I broke up with my ex boyfriend from a couple years about a month ago. We didn't talk that much since then but last week we started to. I went to a party at his house and he didn't act any different but the next day he called me and was showing signs that he liked me. Like he said he was glad he saw me and that I should have slept next to him and stuff. I really think that if I keep hanging out with him then feelings will come back to him. I don't want to be too clingy though and ask him. But how can I make him feel the same way again? I tried playing hard to get but it only lasts so long. I really want to get him back. How should I do it?

I think you should start hanging out with him more often. Ask him to come over, or to tag along when you're going out with friends. Take him to the movies or the mall. Just ask him to do friendly stuff; things that friends would do with one another. Since you guys hungout before and everything seemed to be fine, just ask him if he'd like to hangout again. Tell him you had a good time with him and you'd really like to spend more time together. Once you guys are hanging out more often, I'm sure the feelings will start up again for one another. ♥

I need help with myspace... well I have alot of friends and I would like to know if theres a code that makes it so you can have a lot of friends... you know how it says '24 top friends'?? Well I dont want that... I want all of my friends to be my top friends... So anybody know a code that does that? THANKS!

First off, how many friends do you have? If you have like 100, I don't think you'll be able to put them ALL as your top friends. I think the most you can have as top friends are 24, 30 at the most. ♥

ok i just started to use a tampon. and i did it and it didn't hurt which was good.but it was a little weird..annyways..when its time to switch.is it supposed to hurt??and i wore it during school and during period 4 ( 3 or 4 hours into the day) it was like about to come out.the was "stuff" on my pad( i put just in case)

It shouldn't hurt when you take it out. Tampons are completely painless. I think you just put it in wrong, which is why it was hurting when you took it out. I suggest reading the back of your tampon box for further instructions. They'll give you a step-by-step guide on how to insert a tampon. You should change your tampon every 3-4 hours. And a lot of people wear panty liners with their tampons, too; just to be on the safe side, if you do leak or what not. If you're still leaking, I suggest getting bigger tampons. The ones you have now could be too small for you and that could be why they're leaking. Also, if you don't have 'Tampax Pearl,' I suggest getting them. They're the best tampons. Easy to put in, easy to take out and very comfortable; you don't even know they are there. It's a little uncomfortable and weird when you first start wearing tampons. As you keep wearing them, all those weird feelings will go away. You just have to get used to them, which I'm sure you will in time. ♥

well i got this dwarf hamster like a week ago and like the second day i got it my friend came over and was holding it and stuff and got me use to holding it and i was soo happy but then the next day i went to hold him and it nipped me! so now im scared to hold it. I washed my hands too before i held him too! any tips or anything would be greatly apprecitated!! thanks!

Mostly all animals are going to nibble on you. I know when I brought my hamster home he used to nibble on my finger a bit. I suggest not bugging him during the day, since they're a nocturnal animal. When you go to pick him up, talk to him first and pet him a little. Make him feel comfortable and that you aren't going to harm him. Once he feels safe with you, you'll be able to pick him up anytime you want. But for now you should just take things slow. Talk to him and pet him. Than once you notice he's calming down, picking him up and cup him in your hands. Than just pet him and talk to him some more. Once he gets used to you he won't nibble at you anymore. Just give him sometime. He's in a new environment, so of course he is going to be a little scared. Especially if he is around people he isn't used to or doesn't know. ♥

there is a boy in my class and he is a real bully and somedays he piks on me somedays other people how can i stand up to him without freezing.

I think you should simply ignore him and agree with everything he says. If he realizes that what he is saying isn't having any kind of effect on you, he'll stop saying what he is saying. Bullies only pick on people to get a reaction from them. So, if he knows that this isn't bothering you anymore, he'll finally give up and stop. ♥

ok so there is this girl i really like and i want to tell her how i feel, but i'm already in a relationship, but i'm not happy with it soo here are my questions:
1: should i tell her how i feel and see if she likes me back?

If you're unhappy with your current girlfriend, I suggest breaking up with her. You aren't only hurting her, but you're hurting yourself aswell. If you stay in the relationship but you don't like her, you aren't getting anywhere. I would just call it off, if I were you. Explain to her that she is a great person, but you don't have those kinds of feelings for her anymore and you think it would be best, to just be friends.


Now, since you like this other girl, I suggest talking to her about it. Explain your true feelings for her, than take it from there. One step at a time. But, don't give up on her. If you REALLY feel like there is something really special about this girl, don't give up until you have her. You never know, she could be the one. So never give up, especially if you have strong feelings for her. ♥

I'd have to agree with you on that subject. I believe that touching someones face is very intimate. I think a lot of people think this is intimate because when you're kissing a lot of the times your partner touches your face. Or, they touch your face and tell you how pretty or beautiful you're looking. I believe that this is way up there on the 'intimacy scale' and I'm on your side with this. ♥

Hey this is more of a question then advice but I notice all the columnists have different stars above their names. Some have only 5, one girl had six, some are shaded dark grey, some light, some gold. I guess my question is what is the highest thing you can have above your name when you go to search columnists. And what is better, dark grey or light grey? Thanks! :-) :).

The gold stars mean they have a paid account. Meaning they're paying money for their account; they get more features then regular users. Light grey is nothing. It means that the star is not filled in, yet. This could be because the user is new, so they don't have many ratings. Or it could mean that they aren't giving the best advice.


The higher your rating is, the more stars you will have colored in. For example: if you have an average of 5, all your stars will be colored in. Hopefully that helped you out some! ♥

My boyfriend asked me if I was ready for him to kiss me. I've truthfully never kissed anyone before. He's taking me to the movies this weekend. He said if I was ready he wanted to kiss him there. I told him to talk to my cousin because she always knows everything, but he wants an answer from me. What do I do?

I think you should do what you're comfortable with. If you're 100% sure you want to kiss him, than do so. If you aren't comfortable with it, than don't kiss him and explain to him that you're not ready yet. If he cares about you, he'll understand. When you're ready to have your first kiss, you'll know. You shouldn't go to your cousin to tell you if you should kiss him or not. You are the only one who knows if you're ready. When you have your first kiss it should be something really special. So wait until you're 100% ready. Then, you'll always remember your first kiss and won't regret it. ♥

I think browns, blacks and greys would look great. Leggings are really cute and in. But, make sure they aren't too out there. Make sure they some what match with the outfit you're wearing. However, brown, black and grey pretty much goes with anything and everything. ♥

Ok, I have just gotten out of a 1 year relationship with someone. [We'll call him Jay.] We are still best friends and all, but that isnt my problem. You see, I like this other guy now, and I think he likes me. But when I say I like someone else, Jay goes all sad on me and says stuff like, "I know you hate me and I understand that you want to be with another guy" Which isn't totally true. Because I still want to be Jay's friend. How do I tell him to back off without being mean?

I think you should explain to him how great of a guy he really is. Tell him that being with him for a year has taught you a lot of things about a relationship and he will always be in your heart; you'll always be there for him when he needs you or wants to talk. Explain to him that you guys are only 13 and you need to meet new people, both of you guys. He may think that you're the one, but he hasn't been with enough girls to know that yet. Tell him that his soul mate is out there, he just has to get up and look for her. You weren't it, but you'd love to still be friends with him. Explain that you love him, but it's just not the same type of love it was when you guys were together. Everything happens for a reason, so I'm sure something good will come out of this break up. He just needs some time. Time heals everything. He'll be okay with everything in time, I'm sure. ♥

I think a lot of guys are like this, or so we think they are. Sometimes when you're with a guy you really like, you think he's acting different when really he isn't. You're just afraid that he is going to leave you, or stop talking to you and dump you. Sometimes when you go from being good friends, to being boyfriend and girlfriend it can get kind of awkward. I suggest just talking to him about what is on your mind. Since he is your boyfriend you should be able to talk to him about anything at all. So, if you feel like he is being weird about some things, just talk to him about it. ♥

You can do one of many things. You could simply put your hair up in a loose ponytail until you get to school. Or, you could put your hoodie up to cover your hair. Also, you could just use some styling products. Before you go out the door, put some hairspray in your hair. (Not a lot to make it hard, just enough to keep it in place.) ♥

I think you should do something really special for him. Since you TRIED saying sorry and that is obviously not working, try to do something cute and special for him. You could make him a dinner, than invite him over for supper, cuddles and movies. That can always cheer a person up. Or, you could do something really cute. You could make him a cake, than with the icing write 'I am sorry.' I'm sure after that, he'll realize how sorry you really are. Hopefully everything goes well, hun. ♥
