there is a boy in my class and he is a real bully and somedays he piks on me somedays other people how can i stand up to him without freezing.

I think you should simply ignore him and agree with everything he says. If he realizes that what he is saying isn't having any kind of effect on you, he'll stop saying what he is saying. Bullies only pick on people to get a reaction from them. So, if he knows that this isn't bothering you anymore, he'll finally give up and stop. ♥

yeah, you should agree with him whatever he says to you because it makes them mad that its not bothering you. they want it to bother you because what's going on in his life is bothering him.
if he goes away for a while and comes back, do the same thing--agree with him.
if he doesn't stop bothering you, you should tell a teacher or the counseler.

you should just go tell an administrator at your school or your guidance counselor.
but if he picks on you just agree with him like
bully:your fat
you: yeah im fat
Bully: gosh your stupid
you: yeah your right!
it will make it no fun for the bully to pick on you
