duudee_advicer answered Monday September 11 2006, 9:48 pm: Sounds alot like my problem, humidity.
Do you live down south? This may be the cause.
Try De-Frizz shampoo and conditioner by SunSilk.
When you get out of the shower:
(1) Wrap your hair in a COTTON shirt. Some towels are made out of terry cloth, which can promote frizziness.
(2) Apply a straightening moose to hair when it is a little more then damp, be sure to brush in well.
(3) Blow dry straight with a roll brush.
(4) Flat iron hair.
(5) Apply hairspray and comb in well to prevent clumpyness.
When you're waiting for your bus try pulling your hair into a LOSE low pony tail with a scruncii. When you get to school, pull it out and brush quickly.
LM answered Monday September 11 2006, 5:19 pm: -A good (ideally ceramic) straightener that gets really hot.
-Frizzease. Or some other serum.
-And lotsa hairspray.
If your hair gets crispy, brush it out a little afterwards.
Also, I tried Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight finishing spray, and it makes my hair really shiny. It also seems to work with the hairspray and keep frizz down, because my hair stays almost perfect all day now =]. Even better than just hairspray.
Shortcake22 answered Monday September 11 2006, 5:01 pm: Get sleek shampoo for straight hair or anti frizz shampoo. John frieda has a line of anit frizz, and you can get it at walmart. Actually, he has a whole line of anti frizz products at walmart. I love the antifrizz serum. It does work, for me at least. Theres also this spray done by matrix that rebels humidity that is pretty good, but its a little more expensive, you can get it in salons. Good luck =) [ Shortcake22's advice column | Ask Shortcake22 A Question ]
