yes =) you can. me and my aunt were talking about it with my mom and my aunt was saying that your tampon does not go in the same hole as where your pee comes from! so its all good and ive done it before and it may be kinda gross but it is possible! ♥

Yea I've done it before (I forgot I put it in). But pee will literally fly, well it did for me..(yea I know gross) So just take it out before you go and get another. Besides the tampon would expand, and it'll get uncomfortable.
