i have a coughing problem and i have no idea what im going to do because it comes so fast and at random times its ruining my life!! okay so in class il just be sitting and il get this feeling in the back of my throat and sometimes its only on one side, and it will make me gag if i dont cough!! and when i do cough my eyes get all watery, and the itchy/weird feeling in my throat wont go away. il have some water and itl go away but then it will come back. im not sick, and this comes only at random times and i always make a big scene cuz i gotta get up and go to the bathroom cuz its so loud and..bad. i hate the feeling!!!! somebody PLEASE HELP ME! ive tried coughdrops/water/gum and it doesnt help! i got the same thing, you might have brochitus, someone told me that i might have that, its best if you take some cough drops and carry a bottled water around with you and it should go away pretty soon, but if you want you can also go to the doctors to get treated. xox

My best friend dated my ex. It was a tough thing for me to see.They are totally over and you would think everything is fine. Wrong. I still like him. At least I think I still like him. heyy im 1 13/f and when i was 12 i had sex wit my bf we did everything he was 19 and i loved him.. and then when i was 13 we broke upp but anyways.. now i have a new bf hes 14 but i turned 13 right after me n my exbf had sex for the last time and my other i juss had sex with him like 1 week agoo and im deff pregnant and i dont no whos the dad and plus if my mom finds out that ive had sex she'll kill me and my bf will leave me if its not his and the 19 year old guy is in jail.. i dont know what to do PLEASE HELP ME (link)

you know that he can go to jail even if you and your exbf were going out, even if no one knew that you guys had sex. just letting you know. but planned parenthood does pregnancy tests and stuff, you just have to fill out papers and its all confidental. just for the future reference, you shouldn't be going back and forth from guy to guy. xox

well ok.. my crotch area has been really itchy during these past few days and i'm too embaressed to ask anybody why so please don't make fun of me. anyway, that area has been itchy for a while and now it stings. i wash down there so i don't know why this is happening. if anybody could please tell me why i'm going through this and if its normal and how i can cure it. thank you (link)

maybe it could be the body wash that your using, or the type of soap that your washing with down there, if you do shave down there, you might have a rash from shaving. but it should go away soon, just try not to itch it so much. there is also creams and lotion made for 'down there' so that you dont itch. xox

I was wondering how to get summer-ready when you know that you'll be around guys! I mean everything from the perfect bikini that's sexy but not slutty, the perfect exercises to make me tight and toned, and how to get invited to the best parties...most of my friends are having beach/pool/waterpark parties and I often see *really* hot friends fro school at the local pool, and I want summer love (lack thereof) or a fling or something that can boost my reputation and gain me some friends...aka get me into the popular circle...since I'm friends with like half of the popular people! hey i know this is a strange question, but how likely is it that a guy would put a condom on inside out? Because I kind of think my boyfriend did but I don't know if he would have to be really stupid to do it, or if like he noticed but he felt dumb so didn't say anything. it could be less effective, but condoms roll down so i think it would be a little hard to do, but hey i bet it happens, you should ask your bf about it, but since you guys are having sex, and trusting eachother is enough i dont think it should be a big deal that it happened. xox

dont worry too much about it, just ask your mom what age she got it, then if you have any older sisters ask them too. it could just be a family thing, my friend didn't get hers till she was 15, talk to your family

Whenever I am done with school, I go to track. After track practice, I go home and get home by around 5:00. I eat dinner, then watch some shows and go on the computer (like now, but it's only to get advice!). I end up starting my homework at 9:00 PM, setting my alarm for 5:00 to finish it, sleep through my alarm, and wake up at 6:00 with no time to do my homework. I always finish it on the bus and get off the hook, but I really want to stop and do my homework right away! How can I do my homework with plenty time to spare? (link)

try cutting back on tv and the computer, its all bad for you! i shouldn't even be on here, but i'm trying to help people so i guess its not THAT bad, but anyways. its always a good thing to do your homework the right way, its a good thing u dont copy, at least hopefully you dont. so yea try cutting back on tv and the computer but still get enough time to eat dinner and get enough rest that you need at night. hope ive helped! xox

crazy, first relationship i've been in since highschool has lasted for over a year and i was a freshman and my bf was a junior. and we know that were going to be together for a VERY long time but he keeps telling me that i should just break up with him and see other people because he was the first serious relationship ive ever had and he thinks its a bad thing. i'm not sure what happens after your frist try, but i know that you dont get over anything when its your first time and you really liked someone in your relationship. xox

after the first step things go alot easier in the relationship. i think you both are afraid to do something that will make the other scared and break up. itll take some time i would say because you say that both of you are shy. you can try to be more outgoing and make him feel more comfortable around you to make him less hesitant about things. xox

your 15 with an 18 year old, if anyone ever found out about you two being intimite with eachother you can get him sent to jail, your mom can even do that without any word of what you say about that. just think twice, and i dont think its normal, hes only 18. i dont think it has to deal with what he eats, but yea have him go to the doctors. xox

well i know that in my school after school anyone can go to the weight room and lift weights and excerise for an hour/ or more. theres a chance that you might have that in your school. but if not you can go to a sports store and buy more weights.. but i sound like you, skinny and really small wrists, i do pushups and i lift weights that my mom has, my arms look better so if u did the same i think that it would work on you too. good luck

i have a kodak easyshare camara, and they work really good. mine is the 'Kodak EasyShare CX6330' and the chip that you have to buy separate can hold up to 100 pictures. but the camara itself is over a hundred.. sorry its 150. but there are cheaper ones by kodak that are still really good too! shop around and find a good one for a good price. xox

yeah, you can def go to prom as just friends, i was going out with my bf at the time (he was a junior i was a freshman) and his friend asked him to go to prom with her and i was fine with it, no big deal to me or both of them, they went as friends and had a good time, i think you will too. ask him before its too late! sooner the better right?
