Kels answered Tuesday March 15 2005, 9:00 pm: possibly a yeast infection! maybe, if you have discharge, it could be getting in little cuts.
if you shave, and pee gets in there, it could hurt.
it has happened to me too!
try to be careful when you shave-even if only your bikini line!
and whipe super good, but not hard, just good!

If not are you sexually active? there is an std called crabs that cause itching. If it isn't from shaving go see your doctor. He/she should be able to give you something that can help you out. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

A while back i had the excact same problem. First I told my mom. I went to the doctor and they said I had worms. I took medicen it went away for a while but came back. So my second trip to the doc I had a yeist infection. I took medicin and it's gone. Don't be embarassed about it if it is a yeist infection everyone gets them especially older women. It could be itchy as well if you shave down there you can buy a special razor for that area. The area is way too sensitive for a regular leg razor. my skin used to break out from that type of thing then i got a nozema or however you spell that bikini razor and it went away.
Either way let your mom know or a school nerse stepmom anyone you can talk to. [ blondedramaqueen91's advice column | Ask blondedramaqueen91 A Question ]
craazylau answered Tuesday March 15 2005, 11:06 am: It probably is the shower gel that you're using- my gynaecologist told me you shouldnt really wash "that part" of you with anything except water because it is very sensitive to products with chemicals and stuff. I know it sounds disgusting but seriously try it for a couple of weeks! if the situation does not get any better go to the doc and explain your prob and that you have not been using any products and then they'll take you more seriously cos otherwise they'll just send you away and tell you that thats the problem!! good luck [ craazylau's advice column | Ask craazylau A Question ]
TheTeenGirl answered Tuesday March 15 2005, 2:51 am: Don't worry, lots of embarrassing questions have been on this site, but we have to know. If you shave there that could definetly be it. Washing it wouldn't really help, but you might want to try using a cream, or something, but if it is because you shave, don't scratch it, you just have a small case of razor burn, and if you itch, you will get really irritated skin on it, and it will turn red and have bumps on it. It also has to do with your vaginal discharge, I have a girl book, called "Deal with it", and I read about this stuff, and it has discharge solutions. I found a website for you that will help you, now, this is going to be silly to type, but when you click the link, scroll down and it will have 3 pictures of panties with discharge in them, click the one that looks similiar to yours, and it will tell you about it, at the end, it tells you how to help it.
MACwh0re answered Monday March 14 2005, 9:29 pm: If your sexually active, that could be the problem. Like another person said, get some lotion that is specifically made for you vaginal area. If it does not go away within 1-2 weeks I would go to the doctor!! [ MACwh0re's advice column | Ask MACwh0re A Question ]
NEVERLETG00 answered Monday March 14 2005, 9:10 pm: maybe it could be the body wash that your using, or the type of soap that your washing with down there, if you do shave down there, you might have a rash from shaving. but it should go away soon, just try not to itch it so much. there is also creams and lotion made for 'down there' so that you dont itch. xox [ NEVERLETG00's advice column | Ask NEVERLETG00 A Question ]
