Hey, so heres my problem, theres this girl. We like each other. But we have(more like she has) made the decision not to date until were like 16. So thats fine i'm willing to wait. But theres a lot of other girls that like me. And i do want to date and she said that she doesn't care if i date while i wait. But.....well i really like her. Like almost love her. Cus we've known each other since like the age of 3. But i moved when i was 8. And now at 14 she shows up at my church. So i'm really confused on what to do. So PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Don't throw away your high school years waiting on one girl. but don't throw away a potential love in the future keep in touch with her and hang out with her like friends do. then when you feel like the time is right ask her about dating now instead of later. If she really likes you and is worth it she'll agree.

I guess this goes under this category but oh my gosh! i need HELP! Ok i am 13/f and i go out with this guy named David...well im his first girlfriend which is UNBELIEVABLE because hes SO sweet and hes not really hott but ya know! and so since im his first girlfriend his mom wants me to have dinner with them on friday...which REALLY sucks! because of ME! well i dont know if i can even go yet because i might have to go to my dads but still....i am SO SHY! like only around older people such as adults! but not people my age! see im so shy that when i talk about something thats kinda embarassing to me about my family, i get all shy and turn red...i dont know why and it makes me MAD! and its stuff thats not even that emabarssing!! anyone know what i can do to prepare or anything!?! They will love you because if your boyfriend was broughtup by them he must have sertain traits and personality likenesses that his parents do to. You are gonna have so much fun don't worry about it. Sit back and let your life sit in GODS hands and flow through his plan he'll make suer your ok!

Okay, well I am in 6th grade. Me and my best friend have been soo close through elementary school and are families are so close and we even own a beach house togehter. Well, see Through out this month we have started to grow apart. She is trying to be like her older sister (preppiesh) and like that but before she started wanting to be like her older sister she hated the way preps were and that they were retarted and stuff. Well, now she has become a prep and is being someone she isn't. She used to hate this one prep and now she is like trying to be her closet friend. I hate the way she is being. I am hopeing it is just a phase but if it isn't I think we will be spilt up and stuff. I wish I could tell her this but since we are growing apart I don't know what to do. I used do everything to be her best friend because she wanted to end the friendship but now it's different I don't know if I would really care to not be her best friend. I have a boyfriend and since this one night I haven't told her really much about him. I don't know why I want to but then there is something stopping me. I need help. She thinks I don't trust her anymore but I don't know if that is true or not?? Please help! (link)

Well this happens you grow up and change. Me and my friend used to be best friends and were in sixth grade now that i'm in seventh i still talk here and thee but its like it used to be. Thats ok except that your friend is noticing it and she obviously doesn't like the change either.
You can tell because she still wants to know about your life and she missess you. I would just envite her over to spend the night or somthing just you two and you can talk and watch movies and hang out. Tell her about your boyfriend and maybe she'll open up to you about her new found prepiness. If you two grow apart it's ok it happens. Just find another friend i know it will take time to grow as close as you were with this friend to a new one. but you don't want to miss out. so just go with the flow and take it step by step day by day.

i have a coughing problem and i have no idea what im going to do because it comes so fast and at random times its ruining my life!! okay so in class il just be sitting and il get this feeling in the back of my throat and sometimes its only on one side, and it will make me gag if i dont cough!! and when i do cough my eyes get all watery, and the itchy/weird feeling in my throat wont go away. il have some water and itl go away but then it will come back. im not sick, and this comes only at random times and i always make a big scene cuz i gotta get up and go to the bathroom cuz its so loud and..bad. i hate the feeling!!!! somebody PLEASE HELP ME! ive tried coughdrops/water/gum and it doesnt help! try a chloriseptic. those always help numb the itch. you've most likely got just a little bug or somthing it's that time to year. Go to the doctor and get it checked out because it might be more thatn a lettl bug.

So there's this boy I used to see at school a lot. Now he works at a grocery store in our town. Only he works early in the morning. I've heard a lot of really good things about him lately. Everyone says how amazingly nice he is. And considering nice guys are hard to find, I want to have a fair chance at this guy. But he also has a girlfriend (so I've heard.. from a boy who likes me..)
So I want a chance at him, but I've never spoken to him before, never had a class with him, and I dont have the slightest idea how to approach him and what to say.

go to the grocery store and buy some cokes or somthing casually ask him about school just small talk and see if you guyz really have anything to talk about. if not just find another one there's plenty of them out there.

i've been using this 3step acne thing called proactiv. i'm sure most of you know what it is, theres alot of infomercials on tv about it. anyway, i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it dries up my face alot and it makes my face sting or feel numb and makes it extremely red. does anybody know how i can get rid of this? because i dunlike my newfound redness on the face. please help! thanks in advance

You have to stick with it. The red should go down in about a month once your skin gets used to the cleaner. mean while to cover up the red buy a powder base that is made from corn starch. Any other base bleaches your face and reclogs the pores.

I got my ears pierced at Claires 8 weeks ago. My left ear lobe started hurting and bleeding a teeny bit and shedding skin from the back when i changed into my second pair of sensitive earrings. What's wrong with my ear?? Is it infected?? It's a teeny bit red withthat white thingy and when you squeeze it it hurts a teeny bit. What should I do? I RATE 5'S (link)

ok first off take out the earings and clean your ears with hydrogen peroxide. Clean your earings by soking them in hydrogen peroxide. don't leave them out too long or the holes will grow in. Continue this procedure every night. It will help with the bleeding and pain. If it doesn't stop you need new earings get some real gold or silver earings that will help if it then goes down and gets better you know that you have sensetive ears that can't handle crapy earings.

well ok.. my crotch area has been really itchy during these past few days and i'm too embaressed to ask anybody why so please don't make fun of me. anyway, that area has been itchy for a while and now it stings. i wash down there so i don't know why this is happening. if anybody could please tell me why i'm going through this and if its normal and how i can cure it. thank you (link)

First it's not normal
A while back i had the excact same problem. First I told my mom. I went to the doctor and they said I had worms. I took medicen it went away for a while but came back. So my second trip to the doc I had a yeist infection. I took medicin and it's gone. Don't be embarassed about it if it is a yeist infection everyone gets them especially older women. It could be itchy as well if you shave down there you can buy a special razor for that area. The area is way too sensitive for a regular leg razor. my skin used to break out from that type of thing then i got a nozema or however you spell that bikini razor and it went away.
Either way let your mom know or a school nerse stepmom anyone you can talk to.

First how do you know your friend is really talking bad about you. The messenger friend may be jelouse of your other friend ship spend a day with the girl who is suppositly trash talking you. Have a good day don't bring up your other friend at all. Then later on tell her what's been going on let her know you want her to tell you if she has a problem because are you suppost to fix it if you don't know what the problem is.
I've had problems with this before. If it turns out she is talking bad about you and it doesn't slow down then just break it off and let your friendship faze out.

Smokers are really bad to get into. However this could be a good opportunity for him to quit smoking. First make your mom listen wether that means writing a letter or not. Tell her you are going to try to get him to quit. Make that the truth and talk with him about how your mom feels. believe it or not they do know best when it comes to boys. You are intitled to be the most pricy and picky when it comes to boys never lower your standerds and always set them high.

Ok my friend picked me up from track and i had her track shoes and put them inside and infront of the car. When we got home, she noticed she only had one. She sorta freaked out and then we had to pay her bro to go bak up to the skool and look for it. We couldnt find it. We got back and she was pissed and didnt want to talk to me. IF your friend doesn't believe you about the shoe then she needs to chill. It's just a shoe, somtimes you have to just pay her back for a new pair of shoes. Is loosing a best friend over a stupid shoe? I think not just talk it over and let her know your really sorry and that it was a totall axcident.call her right now as soon as you get this and resolve your problem the longer you wait the worse it can get. Somtimes you have to be humble and let her have her way. it will all work out.

i am a freshman in highschool and so is my best friend , there is this guy that is a junior that i have known for a while named chad and i intoduced chad and cat and i started to like chad then i was asked out by another guy i named sam so i went out with sam. then chad and cat went out and i still liked chad but i never said anything about it, now me and sam are broke up and cat and chad are broke up and i like chad but i know cat would be really mad if i went out with chad because sghe said she would be cause i asked but now he aske dme out what do u think should do?

girl friends always come before boys. talk to your friend and let her know how you feel about chad.just remember if she doesnt feel comfortable with you two dating then it really isn't meant to be. There are plenty of different cute and hot and way better guyz out there so keep looking.

get stincles and border your doors and windows with purple flowers. then get a big green and blue rug for your floor. lamps can always help spice up your room. well you can get into posters of stars and such. then for a wall or part of a wall get some cork board and pin cusion. pick a color that will blend with your room. get a ribbon ar pins to pin a shape of patterns now you have the cutest bulletin board ever!

My e-mail is driving me crazy. It keeps saying I have three new messages when there is nothing in my inbox. This has been happening since my friend sent me an e-mail to sign up to Neopets to help her with some points thing. Now it keeps saying I have three messages. I sorted everything in my inbox into different folders and deleted what I don't need. Nevertheless, it still says I have three new messages. Does anyone know why this is happening? I would simply just cancle your acount and reopen a new one. You might have some sort of freeze or mouth function with your acount now. anyways now you now don't use the little neopets thing any more and see what happens

well if your friend is to shy to ask him out then maybe you could get him to come to her first and ask her about how she would feel about it. If they both feel ok then there should be no problem after that. If she has douts about it then she needs to listen to them because those feelings mean somthing. they aren't there for nuthing . I just hope everything goes ok between and you should know you're a good friend to come and help her!

If they aren't treating you right then they aren't good friends I say dump them and get a new friend. they only want attention I had a friend like that as soon as you stop paying attentionthey start wanting you back. Don't cave in right away make them listen and realise how bad they made you feel and how stressed it made you as well.
If that doesn't work then get new friends

okay this is semi long so i am sorry but i really want advice: my mom died when i was 3 and i went to SO MUCH counseling. family,alone you name it. i stopped around the end of 3rd grade. but now that i am a teenager i realize how much i want/need a mother figure. i have my grandmother and i love her dearly but its not the same. i try to talk to my friends but they cant really relate and i feel bad making my problems their problems. i sort of want to go back to counseling but it costs SO MUCH and i am not sure i need it....

If you need counceling that yo can't aford then go to a school councelor they know what they are talking about and are very good. I would incourage you to start a journal it helps me when I feel sad or just need someone to talk to. Also you should try to get involved in church once you experience GOD your whole life becomes lighter and happier I remember a few weeks ago when I trully experienced the love of GOD.
