My e-mail is driving me crazy. It keeps saying I have three new messages when there is nothing in my inbox. This has been happening since my friend sent me an e-mail to sign up to Neopets to help her with some points thing. Now it keeps saying I have three messages. I sorted everything in my inbox into different folders and deleted what I don't need. Nevertheless, it still says I have three new messages. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have Optimum (sp?) Online if it helps.

I just can't believe that people are telling you to get a new e-mail address. :-(
All you have to do is write Optimum and tell them you are having a problem. If they can not, or will not, fix it, THEN go somewhere else.
I think they will be able to get you straightened right out. You are probably one of many people having the same problem.

i suggest you take your computer out to an open feild and beat it with a baseball bat and your foot while listening to gangster rap music. then spend your entire pay check ( or dad's pay check )on a brand new one and that will solve your problem!

I would simply just cancle your acount and reopen a new one. You might have some sort of freeze or mouth function with your acount now. anyways now you now don't use the little neopets thing any more and see what happens

Im sure yo dont want to go through the truble of getting a new adress. Go in every folder you have and click each email that is in the folder if you get what i mean. If it doesnt work then i guess you have to live with it lol or just get a new email.

Hey..umm did you check bulk mail.thats usually where neopets go to..anyway..try getting 2 different addresses..one for personal letters and the other for when you sign up for things (such as neopets)..its just much better and less crazy..

Hey, one thing you can do is get a new e-mail, it's probably the best thing to do. You can get some on websites such as www.snowboard.com or www.newschoolers.com . Well good luck.
