okay, theres this guy, bob and fred, they are best best friends, and i like bob who is best friends with fred. If these two guys are as good of friends as you say, then Bob wouldn't do anything with you as long as fred still liked you. So be nice to Fred, but even nicer to bob, make an effort to talk to him, but not to Fred. =]]

Drink lots and lots of water. Everyday. Don't drink a lot of sugary drinks. Eat full meals, not just snacks all day. Make sure your getting everything you need. If your also looking to lose weight, becoming a vegetarian or even a pesecatarian ((only eats fish)) would help emensly. Stay away from chips and candy. Baked lays are really good for you, but more expencive. Don't eat until you can't eat anymore, don't eat a lot of servings. And don't fill your plate overboard. Hope i helped!

it is really important for me to lose weight in one week. I would like to drop like 10 pounds or around there. If anyone has any methods to help he do this, can you PLEASE tell me!! I will not eat seriosuly if that is what i takes me. Any advice is GREATLY appreactied!!

Don't stop eating, because then once you eat again you will just gain weight really fast so its not worth it. But, you can run at least a mile right when you wake up in the morning, before anything else. That will start your motabolism. Then run another mile at night, after dinner. And Only drink water, and a lot of it. But don't drink more than a gallon without peeing. Stay away from salty things, and sugar. Just don't eat as much, but still a healthy amount. Caffine pills are also very good to take in the morning, they will give you energy so you have more of it to burn.

If your asking how to make your boobs grow, you can't. If your asking how to buy a bigger cup sized bra, try them on before you buy them.

i am like a total break-down right now. my friends and i have this "group" that we hang out in, there's 7 of us. one of them thinks she is so popular and funny, when she is really just plain ANNOYING! i'm not jealous or anything like that. when she makes a comment, and then laughs, then everyone laughs. it's like she's the center of attention. my friends like ignore me now, and it's not fair, what should i do? i've already tried talking to them, and that made it worse. my best friend is in that group of friends, and she loves her as well! should i hang out in another group?

Not really a whole other group but maybe like invite someone else to hang out with you guys sometimes, or try to chill with others in the group and just steer clear of her so she doesn't get in your way. But don't be mean to her or anything, also try to get more outspoken in the group too, you might beable to take her spotlite once in a while and she'll find that she can't always be the center of attention.

ask her more about the far fetched stuff and see if she can elaborate (sp?) more and if she can't just keep drilling her on it until she gets sick of it and she'll stop streching the truth like that. ok so my best friend is a guy and after he broke up with his girlfriend 3 weeks ago we started a friends with benefits relationship. we've made out and a few other things. i've always had a crush on him and now i really really like him. ok so last week he said that at the next party we'd hook up because we havent seen each other in a while. so its the night of the party and i come into the room and he's cuddling with this whore who has been with every single one of my guy friends and now she's sprawled across my best friend. i was crushed and left the room after a dirty look to both of them. my guy friend sensed i was mad and pushed her off to come talk to me. he didn't know i liked him. then we talked and he told me that she liked him and he liked her a little but realized he only liked her for the attention he was getting. so that made me feel a tiny bit better knowing he only liked her for attention and not personality. i started crying because i didn't know how to tell him how much i liked him and he didn't know what to do so he just hugged me. the rest of the night was better because the whore left and he just stayed and talked to me but i couldn't look at him because i knew i'd start crying. later that night after we both left we talked on the phone and i told him i liked him and he apologized so many times and he started crying because he thought he "f***'ed up" my night. which he sort of did but i didn't tell him that. he said that he wished that girl never came because she always screws things up. at least he knows it. so now he doesn't like her. im so confused. i like him so much that its almost love but i know he's still grieving over his recently ended relationship. i knew him and his ex still have feelings for each other but agreed that it was over and done with so i told his ex about my feelings and she told me to go out with him.(his ex is also a good friend of mine). ok so the thing is today i was talking to him online and it was so akward, we had nothing to talk about. i think he started to like me but didn't think i'd like him back so i dont know what's going on there. my question is...finally...that i dont know how to start up a conversation again. he's my best friend and it's so weird not talking to him like we normally do. so how do i start a conversation with him and now that i asked his ex about going out with him i feel like we can start a relationship. but i dont know how to start it when i know he's still not ready for a relationship???

I would probably just go on with your friendship as it was, and if it doesn't get better than that just point out that its awkward and see if he agrees. If he does then be like, well why? and talk about it, if he doesn't then that might mean that he doesn't like you back and doesn't like the fact that you like him. Also, you have to keep an open mind that he might just be rebounding you so, i wouldn't do anything with him for a while, just hugs. and try talking to him a lot more, then after like a few weeks remind him that you still like him, assuming you still will. But for now, just comfort him. And talk to him as much as possible, hope i helped!

Hi. This morning, as i was in bed, i tried rubbing my eyes, and my right eye, really hurt. so after a few hours, i got up, looked in the mirror, and there was some sort of yellowish-green thick liquid, on the edge of my eye, and my eye was slightly red and runny. there is also a tiny little spot on the edge of my eye, that hurts also. My eye hurts when i blink, or look around. is this an eye infection, or something worse? will it get better with eyedrops? thanks.

It could be pink eye, or the spot on the edge of your eye could be a sty. Pink eye will go away in a day or two with eye drops. A sty could be 24 hour thing or it could get bigger and you could need surgery to get rid of it. I would suggest using eye drops and showing your parental, assuming your adolecent, and maybe got to a doctor if it doesn't go away in a few days.

Your just growing, most likely going to get your period in the near future. If the discharge gets too annoying or bothering you too much, just put a panty liner in and it won't seem as "wet".

Deffinitly, I think drinking effects anything a teenager would do. Sexually, or anything else. I say nobody can be blamed for what they do when they are intoxicated with anything. Alcohol, or drugs. It's all the same. But most of the things teens do while under the infulence they wouldn't do if they weren't. HOPE I HELPED!

my freshman year i got accepted to one of the top performing art schools in the nation for vocal performance!! i was so excited!! ever since i heard about it ive wanted to go....My dream ever since i could remember was to be a singer...when i attended school for the first few weeks i noticed that there was a music male teacher that i would always catch looking at me....about 2 months into school, he told me to stay after class because he wanted to enter a song id written in a major record label contest. I walked into his room and he told me to sit on the piano bench and he'd be right back. So i did as he said and got my music out and waited. When he came back he shut the door and locked it he said that he locked it "because he didn't want to be bothered with the janitors" so i didn't think anything of it, kinda thought it was wierd (music rooms are soundproof) but anyway, he sat down next to me and placed his hand on my upper thigh and said im so proud of the progress your making in my class, you're deffinately going to acheive your dream and go somewhere with your talent" he put his arm around my shoulder and acted like he was grabbing my music, and he pushed it off the side on "accident" so i bent down to grab it, and as i bent down he grabbed my butt. and i told him to stop. but then he sternly said, "if you want to pass the class and win the comptetion you'll let me do what i want. Trust me, you want me on your side. I can give you everything you want." I sat back down, giving him another chance, hoping he would stop, but it just got worse as time went on. Long story short, he ended up raping me.
When i threatned him that i would tell, he just said "do you really want to leave this school?? you're parents would take you out of here and you wouldn't get ot pursue your dream anymore." and after i thought about it i realized that i wanted to be a singer more than anything else, and this school would help me out so much. So i continued to put up with it...
This situation has been continuing on and off for about 2 1/2 years now. I haven't told anyone, becuase i don't want to run the risk of anyone finding out becuase then i wouldnt be able to go to this school anymore. I just really feel like i need to talk to someone, but i don't know who to talk to. I don't feel comfortable telling my boyfriend, bestfriend, or anyone whats going on.
What should i do? I want to continue achieving my goals, and the school helps out with this alot, but at the same time i want the abuse to stop. I'm sorry this is so long, thanks so much for taking your time to help.

Okay well i think that everyone else basicly summed it up for you. First, tell your parents. Second, tell the principal or someone of importance at that school to get him fired. Third, sue the guy, get him arrested SOMETHING! Guys like that don't deserve to live let alone have a normal life. This is wrong. Tell someone.

Drink a least a bottle more of water a day, and skip the cheese for breakfast. And when you run, wear a hoody and like sweats, they will let you sweat more, making you loose more weight. HOPE I HELPED!

well alright the other night me and my boyfriend were planning on having sex. I was prepared, or so i thought. If you actually do love him and want to stay with him. Then make sure he knows how much he means to you until you guy get good again. Like call him a few times more than you usually do. Well you have to buy the new phone and that obviously costs and I don't think there is a charge for them to switch phones, I am pretty sure you can just do it online or over the phone actually. BUT you have to have the new phone ready like with you while your doing it, the number and website will come with the new phone. OR when you buy the new phone they will do it for you. HOPE I HELPED!
