lose weight in ONE WEEK! Hey guys,

it is really important for me to lose weight in one week. I would like to drop like 10 pounds or around there. If anyone has any methods to help he do this, can you PLEASE tell me!! I will not eat seriosuly if that is what i takes me. Any advice is GREATLY appreactied!!

should be doing.
first of all, start out by eating healthy. cut off of all of the junk food and pop. WATER is your best friend. in school, carry a water bottle (a 20 oz. one, they're the bigger ones) so you can drink in class. water really helps you lose weight. second of all, NEVER skip breakfast. you need breakfast, because i read in a magazine it actually makes you gain weight if you don't eat breakfast.
EXCERCISE! for 40-60 minutes a day. the best way is to run on a tredmill. subsitute the things you love for healthy foods. for example, instead of icecream, eat frozen yougurt. instead of french fries, eat carrot sticks. instead of cookies and candy, eat fresh fruit. instead of milkshakes, drink a fresh fruit smoothie. in a blender, put your favorite juice in there along with fresh fruit and a few icecubes. blend and enjoy! sodas and pops can be replaced with water and juice. drink ALOT of water. did you know that one Pecan Pie has the same amount of fat as 12 cheeseburgers? cut down on sugary, salty, and fatty foods.
breakfast- one bottle thing of Yoplait Light yougurt, it only has 100 calories, and water.
lunch- a sandwich on whole wheat bread with low fat turkey and lettuce, with baby carrot sticks and water.
dinner- 1 wheat tortilla roll
4 slices of turkey breast
lettuce
american cheese
roll it up and there you go!
1/2 cup peas
1 glass of water

Replace ALL of your drinks with water. You can put Crystal Lite packets in the water because they're only 10 calories each.
For breakfast, have something small (like a fruit) and water, then go on a 15 minute walk or a 10 minute run. This will burn off your breakfast.
For lunch and dinner, don't go back for seconds or dessert, and drink only water.
That's usually all it takes.
Please don't take Caffeine Pills like someone else mentioned. Too much caffeine causes your heart rate to increase, which over time could cause a heart attack. ]
hola!! so you could go running, do jump rope (if you jump rope for 10 min that equals like 1/2 hour of running). do crunches too! ]

if you really wanna lose weight in a week well you just need to eat healthy foods, and excersice for more then an hour each day, but so you can really feel the burn. BUT dont push yourself to hard and do fun things or you will get bored. go crazy swim, run, play a sport, bike ride, walk with friends. just be sure to do something every day of the week that gets you up and moving to work up a swet but just have fun or youll get no where!!! good luck! xoxox sally ]
ok, first off, it is almost impossible to lose 10 pounds in 1 week, but you still could try. 2nd, DO NOT stop eating! If you completely stop eating, you may lose weight, but as a result of no nutrition, your metabolsim automatically slows down to save energy for the rest of your body. I would suggest eating very tiny, healthy meals, and working out daily. I do a gruelling work out almost every day, and im in great shape, so i can definantly suggest that. Some other things are: celery. celery takes out more calories than it puts in, so make it a regular part of your diet. also, drink lots of ICE COLD water. This will actually help you burn calories becuase your body has to warm up the water before it is digested, and this takes energy and calories.

Don't stop eating, because then once you eat again you will just gain weight really fast so its not worth it. But, you can run at least a mile right when you wake up in the morning, before anything else. That will start your motabolism. Then run another mile at night, after dinner. And Only drink water, and a lot of it. But don't drink more than a gallon without peeing. Stay away from salty things, and sugar. Just don't eat as much, but still a healthy amount. Caffine pills are also very good to take in the morning, they will give you energy so you have more of it to burn. ]

it is impossible to lose 10 pounds in one week. simple as that. if you are considering to starve yourself, get help. just run everyday and do sit ups and eat healthy and maybe you'll lose a couple pounds but don't starve yourself because its plain stupidity to do that ]
dont eat i have did it before i lost 17 pounds its a great way to lose weight just drink alot of water it may feel like you are starving the first day or so but just chew on some ice to make it feel like you are eating to trick your body!!!!!!
