Same question but i need some different ANSWERS!! I really need to lose weight. I'm 5'4 and 145 lbs.. and I'm COMPLETELY in love with food!! Please give me some tips so help me get away from food and eat NORMAL!! also any workout tips would be great!!

Well....
-when you eat food, think about the consequences on what would happen if you eat too much food.
-go jogging or biking every day.
-eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink plenty of water. Not to much sugar.
-Try eating salads, waterelon, etc. ]
Drink lots and lots of water. Everyday. Don't drink a lot of sugary drinks. Eat full meals, not just snacks all day. Make sure your getting everything you need. If your also looking to lose weight, becoming a vegetarian or even a pesecatarian ((only eats fish)) would help emensly. Stay away from chips and candy. Baked lays are really good for you, but more expencive. Don't eat until you can't eat anymore, don't eat a lot of servings. And don't fill your plate overboard. Hope i helped! ]
HI, what i suggest you do is get a hobby in exercising like you could start dancing or going to the gym. I konw everyone loves food, but try to have a routine where your gonna eat the food at a certain time, rather than eating all the time.
