Since relationships are based on trust, I think you should tell him that you kissed another guy. Of course he is going to be hurt and he might leave you but you have to tell him. It wouldn't be right if you kept this inside and he would never know about it. He has the right to know, he is your boyfriend, hun. You should really tell him, even if you don't want to. It is the best thing to do. Wouldn't you like to know about this, if you were in his shoes? ♥

I don't leave my hair curly because it's short right now. And since it is short, my hair goes even shorter when it is curly. Plus that, it doesn't curl well when it is short. When my hair was longer, I always left it curly. But since it is short, it's easier just to straighten it.


As for the straighten part, I have a professional straightener. That is why my hair goes poker straight. ♥

I know that you're allowed to do sports when it comes to a "ladies time" and I play alot of sports... but my question is If I have my "ladies time" am I allowed to jump around... like on a trampoline??? Because I've always thought that if you jump up and down while having your "ladies time" that more blood comes out. Can somebody fill me in on this conundrum? thanks, much appriciated.

You can do everything you would normally do while not on your period. When you're jumping around the same amount of blood will come out as all your other periods. Don't worry about it. Don't stop having fun because your period is here. You can still have a good time while on your period. ♥

I'm going to be a young mom, My boyfriend is my age too were both 18. We had many plans and everything was going fine, until he came over one day (Im living with my mom.) And he started ranting out on me, saying "I don't want a kid, I don't want to take care of it, I dont want to college, I cant handle this. Im not your boyfriend , tell your parents the baby isnt mine. Make you seem like a slut. Im not taking care of a baby its your fault." And so much more. Well that was 2 days ago. I've been crying for hours a day and I dont know what do to anymore. Do I call him? Should I call him? What should I say? They were his ideas and I liked them. But I need him, ALOT!

I think it would be best to talk to him about this first. Call him or have him meet you somewhere so you can have a mature talk. Sit him down and ask him what he really wants. If he wants this baby or not. And if he wants to step up and be a real father to this child. If he doesn't and he is still calling you down, leave him have his space. You do not deserve to be treated this way. Leave him think about this by himself. Some people have a very bad temper and they tend to say things they don't mean while fighting. Maybe if he has sometime to himself he'll cool down and realize what a bad person he was being.


I hate guys like this, though. I mean, it wasn't just you in the bed making the baby by yourself. So he should be a real man and step up to his responsibilities. If he wants to be a little child and be immature about this situation let him. He's the one who's going to miss out on his daughters' or sons' life and that is something you can NEVER get back. So if he wants to do something foolish and childish like that, let him. It'll be his entire fault in the end. Not yours, his.


Right now you need to look out for yourself and be around people who love and support you and this child. You need to stop worrying about him and focus more on yourself. It sounds like you're the one holding this together. It sounds like you do want the baby and you want what is best for it. This baby sounds like its going to have a great mother! If the dad doesn't want any part in this babies life, at least you know the baby will have a loving and caring mother. And you can be a father as well. It sounds like you're really mature and you're going to make this work, no matter what. Don't give up. I'm sure you'll pull through this all in the end. And once you have that baby in your arms, everything will be worth it. ♥

When I was in college (which is now 20 years ago), I did a few things (usually while I was drunk) that were very embarrasing (nothing illegal). The other day while exchanging e-mails, my good friend referred to one of my more embarrasing acts in his email. Although, I think he meant it in "good fun" or as a "joke", I was offended that he brought up this long-ago act. Should I say something or just forget about it?

It would probably just be best to forget about it. Everyone has embarrassing moments in his or her lives and it seems everyone always remembers it. It is just something that happens. If you were offended by it, just try to forget about it. I'm sure he didn't mean it in a bad way. He just wanted to bring it up for a laugh. If he's not going around telling everyone, you should be fine. ♥

I honestly think you should move on. I mean while having a boyfriend you guys are suppose to hangout, be able to kiss and hug, go out for supper and to the movies, etc. You are suppose to do things couples do. Since he is so far away and you won't see him for another 3 years, really doesn't seem like the best idea. You should have a boyfriend who you can see whenever you want. Not one you'll only get to see in another 3 years. You have all the time in the world for a boyfriend. You're only 13, so I'm sure you'll be able to find that perfect guy. Other than him smoking dope, he is the biggest sweetheart to you, correct? Why give that away for a guy that may treat you like shit? I mean obviously he cares about you tons if he is doing all these cute and sweet things for you. Why throw that all away just because of his one flaw? Everyone has flaws. Some are worse than others are, but there is always someone out there who loves them no matter what kind of flaw(s) they have. You might end up dumping him, than finding a new guy with no flaws but he doesn't compare to your current boyfriend one bit. You see, just because he smokes dope, it doesn't mean that he isn't a good or kindhearted person. It doesn't mean that he's any worse than the rest. It just means he smokes dope but that doesn't make him a bad person. If he really loves you and cares about you, he'll respect your thoughts on how you want him to quit. He'll take what you say to heart and will try. Not saying he will quit, but he may try. Obviously it's going to be hard to do, depending on how many years he has been smoking for. But, if you really love him and you truly think he is the one for you, you'll look past that and will stick by his side. ♥

If a guy says 'I really don't see you as a girlfriend type,' it usually means he just wants to be friends. On the internet you can say anything to anyone, because you aren't going to be shy about it. A lot of people are shy in real life, but once they're talking to you on the internet, they're a completely different person. Well I've never had a boyfriend before. And I really want to get one around this time of age... but the problem is I have seen so many cute guys in my school that I have a crush on (5 or 6 to be exact). I suggest making a pro (all the things that is good about him) and cons (all the things that are bad about him) for all the guys you're crushing on. The one with the most pros, is the guy you should try to get.


Also, lots of people your age haven't had their first boyfriend yet, either. Don't think you're the only one, because you aren't. Everyone takes time for something like this to happen. Some get their first boyfriend when they're 12, others when they're 16 and some even only have their first boyfriend when they're 18-30. It just depends on the person and if they're ready to have a boyfriend or not. It doesn't really matter if you don't have a boyfriend, yet. It's good just to be able to hangout with your friends and have fun while you're still young. You're only in grade 8, hun. You have tons of time! There's no need to be tied down just yet. It'll be much more special if you wait for the right guy. Just not any old crush. Don't settle for a crush. Wait for that one special guy. You could talk to him about this. Explain that you still have feelings for him and you were just confused, so that lead you to dumping him. Tell him that you didn't mean to dump him, you just didn't know what to do. Explain to him you love him a lot and you want and need him in your life. Without him, you're nothing and you just want him by your side again. Maybe you could do something cute for him? You could make him a card, saying on the front 'I miss you and I want you back!' Than, in the inside of the card, write all the things you love about him and how much you miss having him as a boyfriend. Once you're done, you could mail it to him, or just slip it in his locker at school. Something cute like that might change his mind, since he's going to know how much you really do love him and want him back. ♥
