my bestfriends ex boyfriend wants to take me to ringdance, my bestfriend hates the guy so doesnt care at all but i only like tha guy as a friend, do you have to be bf/gf to go together?? will people think that?

You don't have to have a boyfriend or girlfriend to go to a dance with. You can attend a dance as just friends. There is nothing wrong with that. A lot of people do the same thing as you. If people ask if you guys are seeing one another say 'no, we just came to the dance as friends.' ♥
