I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. heyy..i gave my ex a promise ring after 4 months we were dating...we dated for 9 months...we broke up 3 months ago...after we broke up she never wore the ring and we hardly spoke..now 3 months later were on better terms trying to work things out slowly...i asked her if she sold the ring or got rid of it and she said no and that shes actually wearing it...when i saw her this past saturday she had it on her right ring finger..ladies, what does that mean when a girl wears her promise ring on her right ring finger? at school, i dont have any friends. i only have, like, 4-5 real friends, and they all go to a different school than me.
this girl talks to me at my school, but i know she just feels sorry for me cuz i always go over there looking miserable and she just randomly walks up. honestly? she annoys me.
but thats not the problem. ok so ive been having a really hard time getting over my ex. usually at school i just keep to myself and go read a book or cry in the bathroom or something. but there is this really pretty boy over there that i want to be friends with. i dont wanna date anybody right now, so just being friends is fine by me.
only problem is hes not in any of my classes. and i cant get transfered. hes only in my lunch period and "connect" where the whole school goes to say the pledge and pray for lunch and listen to announcements.
hes always with other friends and stuff and everyone i know went up and talked to him on the first day of school but i was too nervous. how do i approach him? and after i approach him, how do i stay friends with him without freaking out too much over my ex? (link)

The important thing is to remember why you two broke up and that you have an opportunity now to meet much better guys than him, and who will treat you better than he did.
I'm sure you're a fabulous person, you're just having a hard time right now. We all go through things like this, I have too. You'll make it through this and start making new friends, and I know you can do it - I have no doubt in my mind!

I don't quite think you're ready to start dating again. I think you need to take some more time to think things through and get over the guy you were with, before going out with another one. That way, you'll be able to completely involve yourself in a new relationship without bringing up this one.

Im really petite for my age; just under five feet tall, and I only weigh about 93 or 94 lbs..

In my group of friends, there is a boy who I have always thought liked me a little bit. Well, of course I was flattered, but I just kinda brushed it off because I wasn't really interested in him and I didn't really feel like dating anyone at the time, especially him because it would just be too akward. I mean, I never really flat out told him I didn't like him, because I didn't want to hurt his feelings, but I just politely didn't respond to his attempts to flirt with me.
Now, also in our little social group, there is another boy who in the last couple of months, durring the summer, I have become extremely close to. We have become great friends with eachother, we understand eachother, and naturally, I have begun to have a little crush on him. Well, me and him are like, reeeally flirtatious with each other. I mean, we hug eachother all the time, we snuggle durring movies, we play with eachothers hair, touch eachothers faces, ect. People probably think were dating now that I think about it. But we are not, and we have never kissed or anything. But of course, I like spending time and flirting with him.
Well, my problem is, everytime my crew is hanging out together, Im flirting away with my crush, and then I look over to the other guy, and he just looks totally defeated. I mean, I know how it is- Its horrible to see the person you like flirting with somone else! I just feel horible when I see him watching us. So, what should I do? Should I tone down the flirting with my crush when the other guy is around? I dont want to, but I like the other guy just as a friend and I dont want to hurt him. But if I tone down the flirting, I may never get with the guy I like, and quite frankly, I like flirting with him because I really like him! What should I do??? (link)

If I were you, I wouldn't flirt with him because you're hurting your friend and to me, my friends are more important than some guy. It's all about priorities, I say you try to figure them out and see which one adds up more. =]

I know that you can get irritation in your throat from giving oral, I haven't heard of these symptoms by giving oral, however, I'm not an expert on this either. I would give it a week, if you don't feel any better, consult with your doctor. That way, you can figure out what's going on and how you can fix it.

This really comes down to a matter of opinion because some people do and don't believe in monogamy. This of course, isn't monogamous. I personally, believe in monogamy so for me, I wouldn't do it because I like being in a relationship with one person only. However, I do not wrong you just because it's not something I do, except if they both do not know what's going on, you're basically cheating and I do have to say I think that's wrong.

This is to anyone who is USING or has USED nuvaring. What do you think about it from experience. What are some thinks that may of gone wrong. Another question is...is it true that you have to give your body a "break" from any type of birth control every couple of years or it will like forget how to ovulate??? and you may have trouble getting pregnant in the future? First off, we really need more information on your symptoms, my advice to you is to go to the doctor and get yourself checked out.
By the way, incase you haven't gotten your period yet - it could be that, of course, depending upon where you're bleeding, haha.

No, the only way you're going to get raped is if you agree to meet up with an unknown person online - which from this question, I can easily tell you aren't going to do that. The only way another person can get your information is if you give it to them, meaning a stranger, and I'm sure that you aren't going to do that either. The only truth to your families statements is that another person can copy and save your picture, however, they can't really use it to indentify you if you don't give them any information to find you, or find out about you.
I would just go ahead and post your pictures, just be sure to be safe and to give out information to strangers.

More than likely, it is irriation from giving him oral. Which is totally normal in most cases, the chances are slim-to-none that anything is wrong with you. Unfortunately, as YG stated, there is no cure other than to stop having oral sex.

It sounds like your crush does like you, but doesn't want to be in a committed relationship. Therefore, that's why he didn't put in much effort into making your relationship last. I think you should stray away from a relationship with this guy, more than likely, it will result with you getting hurt.
