This is a good question. I'm no boxing, or legal expert but here is what I think.
There is a principle of law, which is called "assumption of risk". This means, that you understand the risk involved when going into a certain situation i.e. you understand that you may seriously be injured or worse.
Secondly, professional boxers will usually have to sign a contract, saying that they take full responsibility for what happens to them in the ring.
Of course, if two idiots are play fighting in their garden, then no such agreement is made, and so maybe they would be sent to jail and be charged.
But professional boxers understand and agree to the risks.

I think the problem here is "a guy keeps looking at me. I don't know if its because he likes me, or because he is checking as to whether i'm looking at him. I fear he may think I'm ugly".
Do you want the bad news or the good news first?
The bad: If someone is looking at you (ugly, or beautiful), you're going to feel wierd. You then keep looking to them, to see if they are still staring at you. So it may just be, that because you are staring at him, he is checking if you still are.
The Good: He may actually like you. He could be looking at you because he think's you're attractive.
The solution: Stop looking at him. If he still looks at you, then it may be because he likes you. I know its a bit of a contradiction, as you have to look at him to see if he is looking at you, but just don't make it obvious, and fight the urge to look at him.
Of course, we don't know the full situation, and so you will have to judge it.

So, i'm a 16 year old, and recently started working at a fast food restraunt. And theres this guy who works with me that is 20 years old. I know its a bit of difference, but I think I might start to like this guy. He's constantly calling me beautiful, asking for my number, play fighting with me, and well once he was touching my arm, and down my back no further. You should certainly stay away. He's an adult, and you're still a child. That, by the way, is illegal in the eyes of the law.
It's better to stop now, while you think you may like him, rather than later on. And of course, you are not allowed to have 'romances' at work. You could lose your job for it. He could also lose his job.
All in all, it's not worth it. He could end up a jobless criminal sex offender. You could also become unemployed. If he's too stupid not to realise this, make sure you realise it, and explain it to him should you feel the need.

Yes, it's perfectly normal. You give no information on his age. If he's just hit puberty, then its more normal than later on, but still normal.
If it affects him doing other stuff, e.g. working, leaving the house etc, then it's a problem and he may need to see a psychiatrist or a doctor for that.

my name is Rachel and i am a 22 year old woman and i just started taking a new medicine that's suppose to help me with my depression and to quit smoking and I just started taking it about a week ago and i have been having some weird symptoms and I don't know if it is from the medicine or i am just going crazy because how i have been acting is very unusual for me. I don't normally sleep walk and i spent the night at my best friends house the other night and she told me that I was sleep walking and spinning around in circles and pulling my hair saying my hair is short over and over again. Don't want to sound rude, but please try to write in full English when asking a question. If English is not your first language, then note this in your question as the guidelines outline.
Now to your question, if the penis did not enter your vagina, then it is very difficult to become pregnant. Now it may very well be possible that a small amount of semen or 'pre-cum' did enter your Vagina. Scientifically speaking, it probably wouldn't survive being in such short numbers. It is however possible that one little cell made its way to the egg. That is only however if any semen entered your vagina.
The chances of you becoming pregnant however are very slim, so don't worry. You should however take a test a couple weeks after the incident, just to be sure.

Well basically since I was 10 my nextdoor neighbour started harassing us. Not going to go into details but one major thing that happened was he hit my mums boss around the head with a hammer when she was at my house because he was making noise out his front and walked over hands behind back then hit her full force and she near died. Basically my nextdoor neighbour has been causing my family to fall apart from stress from him as he bangs on his walls which we can hear from our house, he tries to force himself into our house and because of him one time my dad and mum had an arguement and my dad went away n I thought he was gone but he came back a week later, what should I do? This seems to be an untenable situation for you family. The first, obvious question is "Have you called the police?". It doesn't sound like it, because surely he would be locked up for nearly killing your mothers boss? First thing you should do is to call the police, file a report, and press charges.
I don't understand why he wouldn't be locked up right now. Surely the boss would have pressed charges?
Secondly, Have you tried filing a restraining order? You can do this with the courts.
Finally, and this is an extreme resort, you could move house? It's unfortunate that you should have to move when you have not done anything wrong (or maybe you have, I don't know the full story), but you may have no choice.
Also, as a side note, is he causing any of your other neighbours problems? If a bunch of you decide to act in the court, they make take it more seriously and urgently.
Another side note, Have you tried speaking to him? He seems like an irrational person, but like I said, I don't know what the problem is.
One more option is, you could just contact a Lawyer and see what your options are? They will definitely be able to help you further. This isn't really simple, and so can't really be achieved via a quick google search, so maybe this is your best option. I know a lawyer may be expensive, but you need professional advice, and the price you pay may save you money in the future, in the event he does something even worse.

Why don't you ask your friends what his reaction was? Like, just ask if he looked/sounded surprised, happy etc. or whether he said anything else?
If not, you just have to judge it! Would it be worse if you told him you liked him and he said he didn't like you, or would it be worse thinking that you threw away an opportunity?

How is this even an issue?! You two are both children still! You cannot even fathom what Love truly is! I'm nearly 21 and don't know what love is! You may think you 'love' someone, but you don't. You just really like them.
A 15 year old does not know what is in their best interest, and knows nothing of the world. When he says that 'he will love [you] forever and that [you're] his one and only', he either thinks that he thinks that, or knows he doesn't think it. So he either childishly really likes you, or he is lying.
And you say you don't know whether you should believe him about marriage?! Of course you shouldn't! Even if you did believe him, the chances of you two getting married is very unlikely. Why? Because as children, life is not confusing, and one of the most confusing things is what to do after school. Not how to pay for a wedding, who will cater it, what music you will have, and whether to have a large or small event. You will both meet many many more people, and change your minds as many times.
In short, don't try to grow up so fast. If you have a crush on him, go for it. But don't be so serious about it! You're 15! You may think you have grown up, but I can assure you, at 15, we all have a lot more growing up to do.

Well stretch marks are just that: Its when your skin quickly and suddenly stretches due to weight gain, etc.
To get rid of them, you can use a good quality cocoa butter like Palmers which you can buy at most stores. Vitamin E helps, and some contain it.
You could also buy Bio-Oil, which is known to work very well. Its quite pricey, but you get a lot, and use only a little. You basically just rub a small amount into the area. You can buy this from large stored, but maybe your small local pharmacy also has it.

Last week I had the flu and lately I have started coughing. The cough is gradualy getting dryer and fiercer. I am very scared of throwing up and last year I coughed so I hard that I almost threw up three times. I can't find my Vicks Vapo Rub to put on the bottom of my feet at night which helps me. And I can drink tea but while I am in school, I won't know what to do. I looked up some acupressure points for it but I am not fully relying on those. I have a horse riding lesson tommorow and I don't want ot be coughing aroung the horses and possibly spooking them. So how can I hold this off? And stop it? If you want something completely natural, I hear a spoon of honey works well for a dry cough. It lubricates and and so doesn't make it so dry.
You could of course go to a pharmacy, and get some lozenges which help. If of course it is worrying you, see a doctor who may be able to prescribe you some medication.

Well, I am outsider looking in, and seeing as how a spectator see's more of the sport, I may be of some use.
Simply put, I would have to say the difference between the two is as follows:
Democrat - Places significance on society
Republican - places significance on individuality
But it isn't as simple as that in reality.
I assume, Like many, the single biggest issue to you is the economy:
Democrats: Quantitive easing (printing money), and trying to create growth by getting people into work. This means they pay more tax, and the government pays less in welfare. This helps to cut the debt + deficit, and people spend more, and this helps growth.
Republicans: Austerity should be used to cut the deficit and the debt. Cutting government costs will be matched by private business growing and creating more jobs, and so thus helping the economy.
Note: The UK is taking the austerity approach, with no success. Japan used the austerity approach for 10 years, with no success. Greece is being forced to take the austerity approach, and will fail. Not all economies are the same, but austerity alone rarely helps the economy, as more people leave work and so pay less tax, and the government has to pay more in welfare.
In regards to health, Democrats obviously want subsidised healthcare for all, whereas the Republicans believe that it is not the role of government to help dying citizens.
In short, I would say that the Republican party is a right wing party. The democrats are more centre-right, closer to the left, but no completely the way. If you don't know what this means, just google it, or ignore it. Its difficult to explain, but easy to understand.
I think you should check out the democratic party and republican party websites. These are intended for the 'average joe' and avoid jargon, but remember that they have a vested interest, and may wrongfully criticise their competitor.

Well, if your boyfriend gets jealous, you need to speak to him rather than cheating on him/breaking up straight away. The reason (maybe) he is jealous, is because he loves you, and want's you to himself.
You need to explain that he should be able to trust you, and that you wouldn't feel the same if he talked to women. It's impossible to avoid 50% of the population.
In regards to your direct question "is it right to date your colleague", I say no. The reason is, imagine if you break up? You would have to face this awkward situation every single day. It may even result in you losing your job if the situation in untenable for your other colleagues.
If you date someone who is not very nice, how would you feel if they spread rumours about you to your whole work? It would be horrible. It does happen.
