Question Posted Thursday February 23 2012, 9:40 pm
Last week I had the flu and lately I have started coughing. The cough is gradualy getting dryer and fiercer. I am very scared of throwing up and last year I coughed so I hard that I almost threw up three times. I can't find my Vicks Vapo Rub to put on the bottom of my feet at night which helps me. And I can drink tea but while I am in school, I won't know what to do. I looked up some acupressure points for it but I am not fully relying on those. I have a horse riding lesson tommorow and I don't want ot be coughing aroung the horses and possibly spooking them. So how can I hold this off? And stop it? Preferably w/o medicine...Thanks! :D
You could of course go to a pharmacy, and get some lozenges which help. If of course it is worrying you, see a doctor who may be able to prescribe you some medication. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
