Is it right to date your colleague at work?

Well I can see that you are already out of school but I'm 12 and my boyfriend also got jelous about my friend brent he asked me why I'm cheating on him and stuff and got all mad maybe you should talk to your boyfriend and tell him that nothing will happen between you and your friends just remeber that a lil jelousy in a realationship is healthy atleast you know he doesn't wanna lose you

First of all he has to understand that you have friends. and some of them are guys. he has to understand that he has to trust you to do the right thing. and not do anything more then talking.
He needs to trust you. Especially at the office, your not gonna go to sex with them. when you are in a committed relationship.

Well, if your boyfriend gets jealous, you need to speak to him rather than cheating on him/breaking up straight away. The reason (maybe) he is jealous, is because he loves you, and want's you to himself.
You need to explain that he should be able to trust you, and that you wouldn't feel the same if he talked to women. It's impossible to avoid 50% of the population.
In regards to your direct question "is it right to date your colleague", I say no. The reason is, imagine if you break up? You would have to face this awkward situation every single day. It may even result in you losing your job if the situation in untenable for your other colleagues.
If you date someone who is not very nice, how would you feel if they spread rumours about you to your whole work? It would be horrible. It does happen.
