Question Posted Tuesday March 27 2012, 2:20 am

So, i'm a 16 year old, and recently started working at a fast food restraunt. And theres this guy who works with me that is 20 years old. I know its a bit of difference, but I think I might start to like this guy. He's constantly calling me beautiful, asking for my number, play fighting with me, and well once he was touching my arm, and down my back no further. I dont know what to do or say, I know i'm not allowed to have "romances" at work, but im starting to like him, what should I do?

You should certainly stay away. He's an adult, and you're still a child. That, by the way, is illegal in the eyes of the law.

It's better to stop now, while you think you may like him, rather than later on. And of course, you are not allowed to have 'romances' at work. You could lose your job for it. He could also lose his job.

All in all, it's not worth it. He could end up a jobless criminal sex offender. You could also become unemployed. If he's too stupid not to realise this, make sure you realise it, and explain it to him should you feel the need.
