I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

14/f. hi. well i have a boy problem. i like this guy a lot.this guy and i are pretty good friends, and we just started getting to know each other this year (8th grade). well, we only have a "funny" relationship. like, all we do is joke and kid around. i like having that kinda relationship with him, but i want one that seems more romanticish. lol. sometimes i really do think he likes me. even my friend one time was like "i think he likes you" because he was just staring at me. and i know he was staring at me because he was sitting right infront of me. sometimes i just don't know what to talk to him about. i don't want to seem weird or despreat. so what can i talk to him about? thanks so much!

Talk about things you usually don't. Talk about music, movies, friends, food, what you like to do in your spare time.

Basically anything. Learn the more serious side of him, and let him see that side of you too. Ask him to hang out outside of school. Go to the movies or the mall a few times, and then if you think he likes you, ask him out.

Hey, I just want to know if it is impossible to love a guy that you never talked to but you know his name?

Yeah. It is impossible. You can't love someone you don't know. I mean, you might be attracted, but since you know nothing about him, it is impossible to love.

So there's this guy, Mike. And he's been my lab partner for this whole school year, and we have always been friendly in lab but we never talked in any other classes. Well then he was on my volleyball team in gym, and we talked a lot during gym, and he's really nice. And now i have feelings for him. I want him to ask me out, but i dont know how to get him to want to, or to like me. And to make matters worse my friend just met him, and now she likes him, and she's telling me he's hers! What can I do?

Just keep talking to him, and hang out with him outside of school. Get to know him some more & when you feel like the time is right, ask him out.

He doesn't always have to be the one to ask you. You can initiate the dates & whatnot too now.

I wan't to get a swimsuit and I found two I like but I can't decide whitch one to get.

hey i read your response and i was wondering a few things

-do you have to put gel in your hair or anything?
-the shampoo itself turns your hair curly forever?

Since my hair is now naturally curly because my haircut, I don't have to put any gel or hairspray or mousse products in it just because my hair is natural, and because I don't wanna make it anymore curly.

The shampoo doesn't necessarily make it curly forever, but it does make it curly until you wash it out again.

15/f. the guy i like has a girlfriend and i'm so jealous of her. how can i stop being jealous and just be happy for him? because we are good friends and whenever he talks about her i get all sad.

That's normal. Just tell him how you feel & that you don't wanna hear about it her because it makes things a lot harder for you. If he's really your friend he'll understand & he'll stop.

Any ideas of what kind of outfit i should wear to a fall out boy concert? I'm going in late spring so it will be warmer. thanks

Wear one of their t-shirts or their hoodies & maybe some capris or some jeans. =) Have fun at their concert, I heard they're really good live.

I used to call all my boyfriends baby or babe. My recent ex had dimples, so I called him cutiedimples. Haha, or cutiedimps for short. =)

i live in NY. is it to late to still be wearing UGGs? to me it is.. but i still see people wearing them? do you still wear themm? ..the weather here is like in the 50's.

I wear mine still. Don't worry about it, there is no right time to wear them. Wear them whenever you want.

You gave yourself the answer. Drop Hollister & go for Aero. If you don't like Hollister but stayed with him anyways, you'd be leading him on and he'd only get hurt worse in the end, so do it now.

im 13, and boys my age are REALLY immature.. so i tend to like boys that are alottt older then me.

Although guys your age are really immature, they won't be that way forever, and not all of them are like that. All guys mature at different ages, and though older boys may seem more mature, some of them aren't exactly what you think.

Guys at 16-17 have only one thing on their minds, and that's sex. It's not exactly good to be dating guys like that simply because they have more experience, and it'd be easier for them to take advantage of you, & rape you. I'm not saying they'd do it, but it's a possibility.

I think it's a bad thing for someone your age to date a guy who is my age. I'm not a guy, but I know what the guys my age want. Just try not to date too much, and at the most, date a 15 year old. Anything older than that is too old, and could be a potentionally bad experience.

my older sister is so mean she calls me fat, lesbian,cunt,slut and other stuff like that.she even tells me to go kill myself.now my younger sister is doing the same thing but she is just listening to my older sister.i told my mam and she just said agnore them i try but it is really hard to.i just feel depressed and empty.even my boyfriend is noticing that somehing is up and he knows im not myself lately.he tries to help me but he cant do anything to help.my older sister has cracked my ribs and she pushed me against the wall and i banged my head.ever sence i banged my head i have been getting really bad headaches.i cry myself to sleep everynight and i just cant handle it any more.please help me i need it.

I'm guessing you're the middle child? If so:

Older kids can feel a lot of resentment toward the younger siblings mainly because they tend to take away the attention. Middle kids usually have it worst, as you're experiencing, and you need to get out of that house.

Your sister needs severe help, but you also do too. You've been through a lot of verbal & physical abuse from your sister, and it's gonna effect you in the long run. You might be scared of people, & not be too trusting because of what your sister has done to you. Not only that, but your confidence is really going to suffer.

Is there anyone you could live with? A friend, a family member perhaps? You need to do as much as possible to try & get away from your sister because she's a danger to your health, and she's also dangerous to your little sister. Although your younger sister is picking up on it, once you leave, who knows what she'd do to anyone else in the household.

Also, your mom really needs help to. She knows what's been going on, but yet has only told you to ignore it. Your older sister CRACKED your ribs, and banged your head into a wall. If your mom is sitting back & doing nothing but watch it happen, then you need to also consider what kind of mother she is. What kind of mother allows her children to literally kick each other's asses, or gang up on each other? A little fighting is normal, but when you get into a heated argument, & abuse, then something is not wrong, & something needs to be done.

Try seeing if you can live with someone else, and if you cannot, get a lock on your door if you don't have one already. Do your best to stay away from your sister because she could end up potentonially killing you. She's already cracked your ribs, so who knows what else she's capable of. I would actually suggest that you call the cops on her. Something needs to be done, and if you can't handle it, the cops will.

I use any of the toothpastes that cleary state they have a whitening formula in them. They've all worked really well for me.

I have been doing gymnastics for basically my whole life. I thought that it basically defined me until this year, when I joined track. I'm a really good sprinter, and hurdler. I qualified for states in both events, and it's my first year. The problem is next year, my brother is going off to college so my mom is getting a full-time job. I won't be able to get my lisence for another two years, so there is no way I could drive my self to sports, but my mom said she would only have time to drive me to one. Plus, I'm going to need to get a job. My question is, what would be a better choice? (in your opinion, I don't care if I should do what my heart desires, because I have NO IDEA!) haha. but back to that point, would it be a better choice to stick with the sport I know and am good at, though I might not excel as much as it, along with all of the friends I have made throughout my time in that sport? Or should I continue on with the sport I will undoubtedly go far in? Please tell me why you chose the sport as well. Thank you very much!

I think you should do the sport you like more. Since you've done gymnastics your whole life, you should try something new because there's a lot more to sports than just that. Cheerleading would be good for you because you can do most of the stunts, and it's just as fun.

If you're good at running, you can do girl's lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, track, or football if you'd like. I think you should do the sport you like most, and see what it has to offer you.

well last night this guy that i like ALOT asked me out,and i was extremely happy.but heres the catch..hes extremely close friends with my ex boyfriend whom i went out with for 6 months and liked for a year and he was my first love..and now my ex boyfriend told my boyfriend he doesnt wanna talk to him ever again since hes going out with me..and i feel really,really bad. not just about the fact that he lost a friend due to this, but also that im going out with someone whos that close with someone i loved..because i talked to my ex boyfriend today and he made it very very obvious how hurt he is. i just hate hurting people and i do wanna be with my boyfriend but at the same time i dont feel as strongly about him as i thought i did..and im not even sure if this is what i want..maybe its just fear im not sure but if anyone could help me thatd be amazing..thank you.

You might feel this way because you're not over your ex boyfriend yet. If you're not, then you need to rethink your decision, and maybe consider breaking up with your current boyfriend to give yourself some more time to think. If you were still in love with your ex, and stayed with you current, it wouldn't be fair to him, and you'd just be leading him on.

If you're over your ex however, hurting him shouldn't bother you. Yeah, it'll make you feel bad, but you two are no longer together so how he feels about this shouldn't be taken into consideration. You're not with him anymore, so you're free to do as you please, and date who you want. If he broke up with you, then that is his problem, but if you broke up with him, then it's not your problem at all simply for the fact that you ended it, and you've moved on.

Explain that to him & see what happens. But my usual suggestion is that if you like your new boyfriend, who cares what other people think? You're dating him now so ex lovers are a thing of the past. Let them stay there.

i have thick, straight, heavy hair, and i was wondering how to get it to look naturally curly. i've tried scrunching after showers, but it turns straight right away because it's naturally straight and because my hair sort of weighs the curls down because it's so heavy. it's past shoulder length, though if i cut it it'll still be heavy. are there any products, (no curling irons because i have so much hair it takes FOREVER) that i can use to get to look naturally curly? kinda wild, relaxed curls. thanks

My hair was naturally straight, and I had super long hair [it was down to my butt]. I cut it last June to my shoulders, and since then it's grown maybe 4-6 inches to mid back. My hair is wild & curly now, and I absolutely hate it. It looks okay sometimes, but I usually can't do anything with my hair.

Anyways, I use Herbal Essences "Totally Twisted" shampoo & conditioner. It smells good, and it'll turn your hair curly. Or, it's supposed to. If that doesn't work out for you, you can always get a perm so that you hair will be curly, and when you get sick of it, you can always just get your hair back to straight. =)

I'm 18 and a male. I have an Aadvicenators account that I've been using for years, but sometimes I just need to reach out to my fellow advicenators for help.

Well, theres this girl that I like named Katrina. We've been friends for a long time, and lately we've been getting really flirtatious, and I've found that she likes me also. The only problem is that we live in two different counties. Even though shes only about a 45 minute drive away we've yet to stay in physical contact with each other over a long period of time. My question is, what should I do? I'd like to leave, 'cause I don't like to wait around for things that aren't going to happen, but her friends all tell me that if I leave she'll be devastated. Not that I wouldn't be hurt too, it's just that I'd like to spare myself some unneeded pain ya know? So, what should I do? Stay or go? I really need some help here...

I know what you're going through. My ex boyfriend is a soldier in Iraq. When he wasn't in Iraq or New York, he was in North Carolina at base, and it was always hard. I never got to see him when I wanted, and he was never able to be there when I needed him. I decided to let him go because it wasn't fair on either of us to have someone wait for the other because of distance.

I in no way regret my decision. I honestly think it's better for the both of us. I can find a guy near me who will be living near me, and he can find a girl wherever he may be. When he's out of the Marines, then I guess we'd be able to get back together, but I could've moved on by then.

If you want to break it off with her, that is your choice. You're going to have to take her feelings into consideration, but the distance is not fair to either of you, so unless one of you moves, the best thing to do is just be friends.

why do people put eyeliner on the bottom of their eyes? doesn't it like make your eyes look smaller???

It depends. It can make some eyes look bigger, and some look smaller. It doesn't do anything for my eyes except make them stand out more, and if I wear enough eyeliner, my eyes turn light brown. My eyes are usually a superdark brown/black color, so them being lighter is a definite good thing. Not many people can see my eye color, so I like it when they can tell.
