Words of advice on love:
- Don't ever let someone tell you that you are not in love.
- If you say that you THINK you're in love, then you aren't. If you really feel it, then you are.
- Never let someone judge your relationship unless they know FACTS.
- To me, age is not an issue. If you are 13 and dating a 30 year old, then it's a big deal. If it's 5 or 6 years, not a big deal.
- If you are being abused mentally/physically GET OUT OF THE RELATIONSHIP! Don't give the excuse that he apologized. If he loves you he wouldn't do that to you.
I'm not a fan of answering questions that are listed in the FAQ. If it's a question you can look up on Google then please, look it up on google. Don't be lazy.

I need your opinion:
I have been love for four years.
I am 17 now.
Some people say I'm too young and others say that seventeen is ld enough to know what you want.
I've always been mature for my age and when I told everyone I was in love at fourteen, needless to say, they didn't believe it. But it has been years and I am still in love.
Do you think I'm "old enough" to be in love? If I am, then wasn't I old enough when I was fourteen because back then, I was sure I would be in love forever and I still am.
There is no age limit on love.
However, alot of girls AND guys confuse infatuation and lust with love.
Smart teenagers can figure out the true difference.
You are definately old enough to be in love. I fell in love at 14. I'm in love still and I'm 16 now.
I'm not going to say you WERE old enough or that you WEREN'T old enough when you were fourteen, because like I said, there is no age limit on love.
Anyone who tells you different: They're just jealous cause your young and in love.

Personally, I think that one should start dating at 14 or 15. You are slightly more mature at 14 or 15. 12 and 13 year olds are uber immature, and think they are in love when they've been dating a guy for 2 minutes. That's ANNOYING.
Anyway, I would say that because I made the horrible mistake in dating young. I started at 12! That's really young. Your hormones are all screwed up at 12 and 13.
I've been in a serious relationship for about a year and a half now, we started dating when I was 14, turning 15 the month after. I felt I was more mature, and more ready to have an actual relationship with a guy instead of going out with one for a week, breaking up, dating another guy for a week, breaking up.. Yadda Yadda Yadda.

This guy I knew, he would always tell me he'd wake up with an erection EVERY morning. And he didn't know why. Then, his sex ed teacher told him it's just part of puberty. There is really nothing you can do to "control" them.

ok i have a friend that just got a puppy and she is scared that i am going to take it away from her because the puppy like me better what should i do? i still want to be her frined but she wont hang out with her but if she is goign to not trust me then i dont think i should
Well, if you were to take her dog that would be illegal. Because it's HER and her family's property. Not yours. If she was a good friend, then she'd know you, being a good friend, wouldn't take your dog.
A dog will act friendlier to one who gives it more attention. It's only a puppy, it wants to play.
If you think she's not going to trust you, then it's your choice not to hang out with her. It's stupid that she's upset that she thinks you're going to take her dog. You can be fined if you take her dog. And possibly arrested.
Do you think if I cut out all sodas would I lose about 5-7 lbs in 2 weeks? I usually drink about 1-2 sodas a day, but I am not overweight or anything I am 5'5 and 110 lbs. I would just like to lose about 5 lbs or so. Also I hear people say to even cut diet soda out? I thought diet soda was okay to drink b/c it has no calories, how could I benefit from not drinking diet either?
First of all, you don't need to lose weight, so get that thought out of your head. You are under weight by a pound anyway. And even if you DID gain that pound, you'd still be dangerously close to being underweight.
Diet soda doesn't do jack squat. It tastes disgusting, and isn't healthy for you. Calories don't mean anything. What you have to watch out for is FAT. Calories.. really they mean nothing.
Keep drinking your soda. Nothing is wrong with soda. But seriously, you must be CRAZY to think about losing 5-7 pounds. Type in your height and your weight. Then look at the chart. You are currently an 18.3. In order to be in the normal zone, you need to be 18.5. Even at 18.5, you are still INSANELY skinny.
So, while at that site, type in 105 pounds and 103 pounds. See what shows up. You would be 17.1 at 103 pounds and 17.5 at 105 pounds. Still, dangerously underweight.

Okay.... I have a big question and I dont know what to do.. sooo.. Okay. My mom has this problem that she wont let me date anyone thats 16 and older. I am 14 right now. I was melested when I was 12 by my brothers friend who was 18 at the time. So my mom is paranoid about me having older boyfriends. I think she needs to get through her mind that not ALL guys are the same. She thinks that older guys are more "experienced". So there is this guy. I told my mom alooot about him and I told her that he was a sophmore and he was 15. But then I found out that he was 16!! And like an idiot I told my mom. Now... I like him sooooo much!!!!!!!! He wants to ask me out. What should I say? I like him alot but the thing is is that Ill have to keep it a secret from my mom.
I could see where your mom is coming from not allowing you to date a guy that is much older. Or, a little older in your case.
Talk to your mom and try to convince her not to place judgement on someone when she doesn't even know him. Invite him for dinner so he can get to know your parents and your parents can get to know him. There is really no harm in that.

She really is NOT being far to you, nor to this boy you like. My boyfriend and I started dating when I was 14 and he was 16. He's now going on 18 and I'm 16. He and most of his friends were the least experenced people I have ever met. I was more experienced than him!!
Just talk to her and try to make her understand that he's not like that guy.

Well, in all honesty, make up really didn't exist much back then.
But, if you do choose to wear make up, make sure it is VERY natural.
No or very little eyemake up and very nude colored blushes and foundations. A very very sheer lip gloss, brownish or pinkish blush (NOT ALOT) and no eyeshadow.

How far can you drive a car after the empty light comes on? I have a rental car that I am not suppose to refule. I have 1/8 of a tank and have 40+ miles to go today.
The light means you only have one gallon worth of gas left. So, depending on how many miles to the gallon you get, that will let you know how far you can go.
Even though they said NOT to refule, put about 5-10 dollars worth of gas in the car. That should be enough to get you where you're going.

1- You are underweight by a few pounds.
2- Guys love red heads. Red heads are almost as attractive as blondes (In a guy's opinion) But I think they are even prettier than blondes and brunettes together. You're lucky to be a red head. Don't ever try to dye your hair again, I will hunt you down and dye it back to your natural color.
3- Fair skin is beautiful. Don't try to tan, it will just look fake with your red hair.
4- Kissing just comes naturally. Just go slow, don't rush into it. Start out with baby kisses (pecks on the lips) and then work your way into the french kiss. It should come easily to you, but if you're confused, just massage your tongue on his. Don't keep your tongue in the guy's mouth the entire time, keep pulling away for a second and then start again.

I sing in church and at school and I have been working at the Haunted Graveyard, for thoes of you who dont know what that is, its like a haunted house where you scare people, anyways, It has made my throat sore and unable to sing, or get my voice back to how it normally is. Does anybody know how I could heal this and get it back to normal? last year it took almost a full year to get my voice back to normal. i just found out my best friend is pregent, she is about 5 to 6 months along and is due in january and she is going to make the kid call me aunt because we are so close, like sisters. i feel totally shocked because she is only 17 while she is gonna marry the guy, i know its gonna be hard for her, and im just not sure what to do for her right now, i just need some ideas because i am completely in shock.
All you can do right now is support her. You're her best friend and I'm sure the stress of having a child at such a young age is enough for her. So just support her in any way you can.
Go to check ups with her, buy her a few diapers here and there, baby clothes, etc. Just do what any good friend would do- Help her and BE THERE.
