I want to do something special for each of my parents. They do so much for me so I want to show them how much I care. So what should I do? Nothing that costs a lot...Like Breakfast in bed is a good idea, but 1. I have school and 2. They wake up before me...any ideas???
I also made my mom a coupon book once. I Don't know if you have to do any chores, but I really didn't have to do very many when I was younger. So I wrote out coupons and decorated them that said things like "One car wash" or "One load of dishes" ect. Maybe a bunch of housework that your mom does, and one day when she comes home from work and is really tired, she can just use the coupon and have you do it!
I don't know if that sounds retarded or not, but I made one of those for her when I was younger.
She made me 2 coupons last Easter. I still have them and I sure do plan on using them!
It's nice that you want to do something for you parents. You should! Parents don't get enough credit :) Oh and for your dad....I have no clue. Sorry. I Don't have a good relationship with my dad so I don't know. lol

you can do any meal for them. you can make it fancy with menus; candle light, music and stuff, or simple with a bowl of pasta.
also if you have younger siblings, you can watch them while your parents go on a special evening
doing something they would normally do, and doing it with out them knowing.
writing a note/poem 4 them.
there are so much stuff out there u can do, I hope this help, let me know if it does.
geminic17 answered Wednesday October 5 2005, 9:29 pm: How about a special dinner. A family dinner. Make something that they like alot and after that sing for them. Like something that says I love you(in a parent way of course)!! It worked for me. She actually cried of joy. [ geminic17's advice column | Ask geminic17 A Question ]
xomegaroni answered Wednesday October 5 2005, 9:13 pm: hmm maybe you can cook them another meal, like dinner er something, do some more chores, etc. i think the best thing would be to write them a letter er a note er something saying how much you care, because it'll show it. you took the time to write it & they'll notice that. another thing would be helping out with other things around the house er something.
