ok I have been doing about 60 situps a day and now my stomiac hurts in the bottom of it. REALLY BAD to. Whats wrong and whats going on. I will rate all 5'd 4 good answers. (Please exuse the misspelled words) Thanks
It's probably just because your muscles are getting stronger, and they aren't used to that kind of work out. Because you probably went from doing no sit ups to 60 which is a little too much. Just maybe give yourself a break for a day from doing them, let your muscles relax and then slowly and gradually start them over. for maybe a week do 10. Then then next, 15. And then just keep going up. There's nothing to worry about =). I hope I helped!!

my friend likes me a lot.. and he told me he did and he told my friends he did.. and sometimes all he does is tell me how much he cares about me.. but then out of nowhere he stops calling me and ignores me and then a few days later hell call me again.. why does he do this?
Well it seems to me like he really likes you ; and maybe he's getting embarassed because he's afraid he might be annoying you or he doesn't want to be calling you TOO much. And he might be afraid of saying something stupid or something. Or he might be trying to see how you'll react, like if you try and call him back and ask why he didn't call or anything like that. He might also be afraid of rejection. If you like him, I think you should go for it! Cause it seems to me like he cares about you alot, and it's nice to have a guy like that, but if you don't, tell him. Just be like," I know you like me alot, but I'm sorry, I just don't have those same feelings back....but I still wanna be your friend. I like you as a friend, nothing more." ( or something like that ) so he won't feel like he's totally rejected and you guys are still friends. I hope I helped!!

I might want to tell him how you feel. Just be like," Look I gotta tell you something.. I like you alot. I know you have a girlfriend and stuff and I'm not going to try and ruin anything between you two.. I just wanted to let you know." And don't do anything more. Just continue being his friend adn stuff. Because he will respect the fact you aren't gonna be one of those girls who try to ruin stuff between couples and stuff. And hopefully if him and his girlfriend ever break up, maybe he'll get feelings for you and ask you out. I hope I helped!!

I'm not anorexic i just have a problem gaining weight. I'm 13/f and appx. 93 lbs. i have an extremely high metabolism and can actually loose weight in my sleep.i eat like a pig and i eat constantly. my doctor told me to eat five meals a day but it doesn't work. i've gone to a different doctor and he says i'm normal. i want to gain weight because i get picked on just as much as a heavy kid would and i don't want my bones sticing out. Does anybody with a heigh metabolism know how to gain a quick 10lbs.?
I have a high metabolism too. I don't want to gain any weight ( I'm 100, so I think I'm fine ) but I wanna still try and help. Just try increasing your fatty foods. Try eating them more. And maybe don't try exercising and doing pyshical activities ( unless necessary ) as much. So basically, kinda just be a couch-potato. And there's this stuff I'm not sure what it's called, but try googling it or something but what it does is it gives you more weight ( like my dad used to work out ALOT and he used to drink it like all the time to give him some more muscles and weight and stuff ). I'm sorry ; I wish I knew what it's called..try asking someone about it. I hope I helped!!

hey, so i was reading some of the questions and one of the sounded exactly like one of the cases i am in. Like this guy always wants to hang out, but im just not comfortable around him so i always tell him im busy, which most of the time i am. is there anyway i can know for sure?
I'm not sure exactly what you mean ; you kinda didn't fully describe the situation.. not sure if he likes you? Is that what you mean? If that's it then just try hanging out with him sometime and getting to know him, cause the more you get to know him, the more comfortable you'll be around him. Just figure out your comfort zone. If you don't like him sitting close to you then let him know that ( nicley of course ). Just be like," Look, I'm not exactly comfortable with you being so close to me yet.. so can you please move a little over?" or something like that. But if you wanna find out if he likes you back, then try some flirting after awhile. See if he flirts back. But don't take that TOO for granted, he could just be a flirty person. But maybe even try asking his friends to see who he likes, or ask him yourself. And then if you think he likes you, ask him to hang out again. I hope I helped! Well I don't think you need to lose weight either.. because that's skinny. But if you want to lose maybe I guess a pound or two what I suggest doing is eating alot of healthy foods just like fruits and vegetables, salads, etc. And maybe every morning/afternoon go out for a jog or something and just exercise. Because I don't think you need to lose any weight at all, but if you REALLY wanna lose some, then that's the best way I can think of without losing too much. I hope I helped!!

I've been home for the last week and it is so boring!! I'm home alone from when i wake up to 11:30. What can I do other than eat, go on the computer, read, and watch TV because that is what I've been doing. So bored! My summer is wasting away!
Go up and call your friends. Make a trip to the mall with them or go to a theme park. I really can't think of anything else. Oh, um, maybe try finding a new hobby. Try painting or try making music or learning a new instrument and maybe take up lessons in the summer so you'll have something to do at least once a week, guarantee. I hope I helped!!

OK ive been friends with this boy for a while now, and i think i like him. I'm pretty sure he only wants to be friends. Hes never had a gf, ive never had a bf. Well you don't have to get over him, I mean you can still like him and stuff, but the whole going out with him thing is kinda impossible. Because if you guys are going to become priests, I don't think you guys can date, cause priests aren't allowed to date, right? So I don't know.. all I can really suggest here is to just talk to him and hang out with him, be his friend and stuff..but if you want to just forget about him, then just don't think about him alot and whenever you do, try to think of something else..that's what I do. It seems to me like maybe he might just be using you to do stuff. Because if the fact that his ex-girlfriend has a new one and it's ripping him apart, then it seems to me like he might have not completly moved on and he might still have feelings, because even though he said he didn't, he might still, hence the whole "waiting for the right time to ask you out" thing. He might be waiting for the right time because he's waiting until he gets over his ex. What I suggest is to not do anything with him anymore and see what happens. If he doesn't talk to you and want anything to do with you, then he's probably just using you for stuff, and I'd suggest not talking to him anymore cause that would be really rude of him. But if he still talks to you and stuff, he just really might be waiting for the right time to ask you out. So see what happens, and how he reacts to everything. Ok I have a really small plain room and it gets veeeery messy. the amount of space when its CLEAN to walk in is even smaller than a walk-in closet! And I can't move out any of the furniture because they're all nailed into the wall! What can I do to make it less messy and make it look nicer? It's so, well, PLAIN and I'm not even allowed to paint it. I like lava lamps and miniature desk water fountains and things like that if it helps!!!! thanx a lot, I will rate high for anyone who gives a reasonable answer
Well what I would suggest is getting some mirrors maybe for your walls cause that will help make your room look bigger, and also bright colors do too. So even though you're not allowed to paint your walls, change the color of your bed sheets, pillows,etc. What I would also suggest is maybe putting stuff in boxes and putting them under your bed, or buy some little drawers to maybe put at the bottom of your closet. And since your walls are plain, maybe put some posters up or maybe make a little mural or something that you love like beaches,animals,etc. And the most important thing you should do is just try and get rid of whatever you don't want. Even though you might like it, just think," Do I REALLY need this for my room?" and then get rid of it ( that's what I have to do sometimes.) And maybe next to your bed, if you don't already have one, but a cute little nightstand and put a minitaure desk fountain if you want, or the lava lamp ( and try getting a lava lamp that matches the room color ). Today the discharge in my underwear had a yellowish brown tint to it. Some parts of it looked kinda red. This is the first time this has happened. Is this my period coming or should I worry. I don't want to go to the doctor *unless its really serious* because my family is really short of money right now. I'll rate 5's for any helpfull answer.
It seems to me like it's probably just your period coming. But I would wait a while maybe a week or so, and if your period hasn't come, then I would suggest talking to your mother about this. Cause, mothers know best =) and she'll be able to determine wether if this is a serious problem or not and if you need to go to the doctor. I hope I helped!!

Ok..I really really like this guy soo much, but we've only hung out 4 times, one all night..and we talk online & on the phone alot..but I don't KNOW him KNOW him..like i dont know how too explain it.. He's cute, SOO SWEET, and funny, well, he's perfect for me...and he tells me he loves me so much and everything. Today he said if we were older he'd ask me too marry him, which scared me..and now I just feel a LITTLE weird..bc I love him, but I don't know him well enough to marry him. But I really do feel he cares about me...but another thing is that he's older than me...and he's had sex, and I haven't and he walsy says "baby you don't know what your missing.." and "i wanna make this sumer one you won't forget ;)" and i'm thinking that he wants me too have sex with him..but he's told me that he doesn't want too push me into it, but he does it slightly...I don't know..

Well since you don't KNOW him KNOW him. Then try to. Next time you guys are on the phone and stuff just start talking about stuff and then maybe share a memory that relates to that. Because sharing personal things also shows that you trust them and can tell them things. But I don't think you guys should even get married even if you guys DO know eachother well.. that's a little TOO TOO TOO TOO soon. I mean you've guys have hung out 4 times! But it kinda seems to me like he might just want some sex. Cause then that's where that whole," I wanna marry you " line might be coming from. Cause then he thinks if you feel all loved and stuff and that you believe that, it'll make you want to have sex with him then. Just send him the message that you aren't going to and stuff and see how he reacts after that. Cause if he doesn't really talk and stuff like that then that shows that he DID just want sex and that he doesn't really want anything to do with you if you're not gonna do it, which then just forget the guy. But if he still talks to you and stuff, then he might understand you're not ready and etc. But then again, most guys are just like that. They always have sex on the mind and stuff. Yeah that's good. You don't wanna ruin the relationship, cause then that'd make him mad and stuff. What I suggest doing is maybe just trying to find a new guy ; it's summer ; meet some new guys =) And sometimes what I've had to do with guys is just... get over them. I know it's hard to do, it's just whenever you start to think abotu them listen to music or something and do something to distract yourself, it's really tough, but sometimes it works. HOW DO I PUT PICS ON MY XANGA? I rate high
Well whenever you find the picture you want you can either right click it and then go go to where it says "PROPERTIES" on it and then copy the URL code, OR..you can just right click it and save it somewhere. After you do that, you sign into XANGA, and then go to "PUBIC PROFILE" which should be on the left-hand side. Click on it, and then there should be options of either loading your picture there, or putting the URL code in there. So do it whichever way you want! ( I just do the URL code ). Hope I helped!!
