Question Posted Friday July 29 2005, 10:58 am

I've been home for the last week and it is so boring!! I'm home alone from when i wake up to 11:30. What can I do other than eat, go on the computer, read, and watch TV because that is what I've been doing. So bored! My summer is wasting away!

Go up and call your friends. Make a trip to the mall with them or go to a theme park. I really can't think of anything else. Oh, um, maybe try finding a new hobby. Try painting or try making music or learning a new instrument and maybe take up lessons in the summer so you'll have something to do at least once a week, guarantee. I hope I helped!!

Love,
MELii

If you are over 16, you can probably go out driving, go to the mall, or hang out with friends, without having to get a ride! However if you can't drive and you really want to get out of the house and your parents aren't home to give you a ride, ask your friends to do something with you. They can probably give you a ride if you need one. You can also go out and play some kind of sport or go to a park. Try doing what you enjoy. Hope I helpeD!!!

Sorry to hear your summer is going so cruddy. Mine is about the same way. I get up around 12:30, eat lunch, then run and work out, then either get on the comp, read, or bum around til dinner. Then I basically repeat everything til about 3 in the morning (I have trouble sleeping). Do you have any friends you can call and talk to? Maybe you could try to plan something with them. Best advice to get your summer (or what is left of it) going better is to do stuff with your friends and stay in touch with them. Your summer will alot better when you got your friends around to talk to and do whatever with, trust me. Hope your summer gets better and this advice helps!

-Ryan

You can go swimming, you can go to movies, or the mall.
You didn't say whether you had any friends around to hangout with.
You can find a job, whether it's just regularly babysitting, or if you're old enough, then a place close by, like walking distance if you don't have a car. Or if you do have a car then it wouldn't matter.
Where do you live? Like around me there are awesome amusement parks such as Wet and Wild Emerald Park which would be a great place to go during the summer (and it is a super fun place, and only $20, or at least thats how much it was when I went) I also have Carowinds which has a water park and just regular rides and stuff.
But maybe near you there's like a six flags? Or a beach, or a lake to hang at? Heck maybe you live near disney land or disney world in Florida or California.
I bet if you put some additional info you'll get better answers from others, but since this is all I had to work with, all I could come up with was calling up friends for mall or movies, of going to the mall or movies by yourself (not much fun, but better than sitting around the house) going to an amusement park close by, going to a lake or beach close by, getting a job, just going to the neighborhood pool (if you have one)
Thats all I have, so I hope I helped.
