well i personally use chanel and chanel only just because it stays on really well and isnt heavy looking or anyting. its really good. my advice, dont ever buy makeup from a place that doesnt keep in behind a counter.

no you have a disapline problem. trust me i understand i skip classes all the time. maybe you have add or something like me hah. but when i started doing drugs it made me skip more. so if you really care about your grades, dont take drugs at school and just suck it up and sleep in class if you have to

well just so you know, EVERYONE has problems with their parents even if they say they dont. the thing you have to realize, is that at the end of the day, your parents have the control to either make you happy or miserable. if you dont argue with them, they wont ground you or doing soemthing retarted like that. the problem that i have with my parents is that they have absolutly no trust in me becuase of what i have done and do. you have to learn to play the game. ive learned that i either have to learn to lie better or dont get caught. you need to just suck it up and go with the flow and things will be a whole lot better. fake a smile and then when he leaves the room call him every name you would love to say to his face.

i totally know how you feel. im grounded and have been for like 9 days and its torture becuase usually im never home at all so now theres like nothing to do. i lay out in our pool a lot and just go shopping or drive around or whatever when im really bored. i also get magazines like cosmo and us.

I'm sure most of you ladies who straighten your hair have heard of the product called "Maxiglide". It's a hair straightening iron that is shown on infomercials. I was wondering if anyone owns it and could tell me if it's actually worth paying the $100+ for it. I have EXTREMELY thick/curly hair. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I don't want to make such a great investment on something I'm not sure is even going to work. (link)

i have no idea what maxi glide is, but i have a chi and it works really good its the best. my hairdresser uses it on me too. i think its 200 bucks or something like that.

i dont think your spoiled, but if you are who cares. i am extremly spoiled, i dont do any chores, never had a job, can do whatever i want whenever i want, i have my own credit card with no limit, a mercedes(04)..point is, learn to love it and take advantage of it while it lasts. if people tell you your spoiled like its a horrible thing, then they are just jealous.

i STRONGLY suggest going to meetings or something of the sort. i know how you feel though. ive never done heroin, but i started doing coke when i was 14 and about 7 months ago i had no choice but to quit and i thought i could totally do it by myself but when you dont have anyone else to lean on its just too easy to say just one more time. i thought going to meetings or something would be really emmbarresing and people would think i was a loser but its totally not like that. i still have urges every now and then and have been totally clean for only 27 days. it sucks ass and is super hard so unless you are super man, give the meetings a shot.

i think you should definatly wait to have a baby at least until he gets back from the military. i think you are just setting yourself up for a lot of hard times. also, when you have a baby, dont you want the father to be there through all of it? it is not fair to him or the baby for you to want a kid just for your own selfishness. i think you should definatly wait until the time is right and you can all be together.

yes, i dont think it is a very good thing that you still think about your ex all the time now when you are dating another guy just for the fact that its not fair to the guy your dating now. i think you should definatly talk to the guy your seeing now and tell him that you still have feelings for your ex and be totally honest with him and break it off until your over you ex and can start a new relationship where you can be totally into the current guy your with.

well if i were you, i would just leave it alone until he gets over his little crush becuase it is just wasting your time. now i really dont mean this in a rude way, but if he has known that you have liked him for over a year and he still hasnt seemed interested, i would just give up and start dating other guys becuase hes obviously not very interested. or if your lucky, that might start making him think he should have got with you when he knew you liked him, so then the ball would be in your court. hope i helped a bit!

hey, well first of all, i dont think there is anything wrong with having a friend with benefits if you make it clear from that start that thats what you both want. i actually have one at the moment. but anyways, if you have a particular guy in mind, when your at parties or get togethers or whatever start being a little flirty and when you are talking to him, say things like god i wish i could just have a friend that i could just hook up with but not get into a relationship with and from there im sure he will get the hint and i dont know about you but i have never met a guy that would find that to be a totally good arrangement. but i would have to recommend that you dont do this with an ex becuase feelings will then get involved. hope i helped.

okay... i have a bunch of friends but like NONE of them hang out together. i have two reallllllly good friends that kinda hang out w/each other but not as much. and i have 2 friends that me and them were like best friends in 6th grade and this year kinda seperated (in 7th) (i'm going into 8th) but we were still friends. and when i was hanging out w/other people the called me traitor and backstabber. I really want to be better friends w/them but i don't know i can please them b/c i have other friends too. i have another friend who is totally possesive and wont let me like hang w/other people she gets po ed if i don't talk to her ONE day! and thinks i've become racist or something. then i have some other friends and so like all together i have 4 or 5 different groups of friends and only 2 groups of them hang out together. and this year we have assigned lunch tables but i don't know which to sit with. my one friend doesn't mind, and my other i sat w/this year and the others i have no idea about! i have no idea who to hang w/like should i switch? one day w/some people next someone else?? please help will rate high!

well i think i kinda know what you are going through. my like whole life i have always been best friends and dated guys that were like the popular, preppy football stars and this summer i started hanging out with all of the popular surfer/skater type guys and the two groups totally hate each other. they actually ended up getting into a huge fight like beating the shit out of each other. i finally made it clear that i was going to be good friends with both groups whether they liked it or not and started getting them to hang out and go to the same parties and stuff, and now that they know each other they are totally cool with each other. i think that you should just try to do stuff with people from all the different groups that you are friends with and let them get to know each other and im sure they will like each other and then you can all sit at the same lunch table. but if that doesnt work out, i think that you should deffinatly switch around and stay friends with all of them, you dont need to choose just one. hope i helped!

Ok i went to Wal-Mart last week and i bought a straightener. (Havent opened it yet) It cost like $30 and its a Conair Ceramic Ultra Slim Straightener 1 5/8" plates. DOes anybody have this?? Its a really bright shiny red and its slim. I just wanted to know if it works or if anybody thinks it will work or whatever. I have thin/thick NOT thin but not think hair if that helps... (link)

dont try to get him back. you must have broken up for a reason. and in my experience, going back out with an ex only causes more problems the next time you break up. also, dont try to make him jealous because then he is going to get a jerky attitude towards you and probably say somethings you will wish you wouldnt have to hear. just stay away from him a while, meet some new hotties, and i recommend not getting into a close friendship with him becuase its just going to bring back old feelings and you will never find a new guy.

well my guess is that it is either one of two things. 1- since you said that you were pretty, they might think that you are "out of their league" and dont want to be shot down. or 2- since you said they only tell you what they want to do to you sexually, they dont want to ask you out becuase they think you will want a long term relationship and they just want a one night stand. hope i helped a bit, ive have had too much experience with boys and their stupid games.

well if they are really your friends you shouldnt question if you "should" be friends with them just becuase you are affraid of what other people might think. there are always going to be people that will assume things about you and judge things that they dont even know about and thats just a fact of life. you are in high school, im sure at least half of the people going to your school have tried some sort of drug at least once and drink and stuff like that. just dont let it get to you. this is the time for you to be experimenting and having fun, just be careful.

well first or all, i would go to MAC asap. they are great with giving makeup advice and are perfect for teens. purple would really make your green eyes pop, but the trick is the right shade and not doing it too heavy. but seriously, if you really want help, go to MAC and they will do your makeup for you and give you how tos and show you everything you need to get. have fun!!
