14/f.whenever i try to fall asleep, it takes me FOREVER to fall asleep. even if i'm tired i still can't seem to fall asleep. i always remember all of the things that i forgot to do at night. i just can't seem to turn my mind off. i also can never seem to get comfortable. help! this is driving me crazy!

I have really oily skin, I try to only wash my face in the morning and at night. But at school, I'm constantly running to the bathroom to blot my face! People even tell me my face is shiny, what should I do? I've tried so many acne cleansers, astrignents, and pads!
this may sound crazy but it works really well,try buying pur acohol and using that,you can get it at the dollar store and it works really well,or you can buy clearasil oil papers,they both work or for free- put egg white on your face once a day,it takes out the oil naturally,I hope I could help

Well all I can see is get a whole new look if possible,buy new clothes that make you feel good about yourself,you could even dye or hair or cut it shorter,and if you want to you can try using pure alcohol to clear up your acne, they sell it at the dollar store for a buck and it works really well, and don't worry what other people think of you,just worry about what you think about your self, if you have self confidence then it will show,and if you dont care what you look like why should anyone else? My boyfriend is leaving to go back to India for six months or so. We have broken up with the possibility of getting back together when he returns. I just wanted to know if i should wait around for him or move on and find another relationship.

my eighth grade graduation is coming up in about a month, and i got a dress, but idk if im completely happy with it. i love the colors and how it looks on me, but im just afraid its too short and not formal enough (even though graduation isnt really formal) the thing is, the graduation ceremony or whatever is before the dance, on the same night. so i go straight from the ceremony to the dance (pretty pathetic) so i'm afraid my dress is too party-ish looking like for the ceremony. here's a picture: http://img119.imageshack.us/img119/2091/10055544fq.jpg

hmmm idk, your right it is a little party looking more then it is formal, but i think you'll be able to pull it off, so i would'nt worry about it, and honestly i think it is a bit short but not much you can do about that, have fun at graduation and the dance,!

Ok so I downloaded AIM Triton beta by accident when trying to download the regular version. it really sucks, various features are missing, navigation is a nighmare, etc. the problem is, i cant see how to uninstall. it seems to fully integrated itself into my AOL software, and it isnt showing up on my add/remove programs menu from the control panel. ive tried right clicking the icon in my system tray for it and still no uninstall option. does anyone have any ideas on what i can do? bad mouthing AOL will negatively affect your score.
try going under control panel and go to add/remove programs find it and delete it that way

Here's the deal. Me and my Girlfriend have been going out for a year and she's now at a different school than me. We live a fair distance apart so we rarely see each other and we seem to be talking less and less.
And now when we see each other it seems the spark just isn't there. I think we should break up but i'm not sure how to tell her.

I've been going through a lot the past couple month (serious knee injury, parents splitting up, gramma dying) and im gonna talk to my priest about it. I am very comfortable talking to him, but i dont know what to say. I can tell him how I feel .. but what will that do? idk im so confused, HELP ME
sorry about everything that is going on with you, but i think that when you talk to your priest that things will just come naturely for you and that everything will be able to get out of your head while you are talking to him you'll just hink of more and more to say so i would'nt worry about it, hope this helps and god bless

my uncle's german shepered bit me and i have a big bruise do i have a rabies? cause my uncle said he got complete rabies shots so i dont have to worry but my friends and my PE teacher said that i have to go to the doctor im confused
and my mom doesnt know that my uncle's dog bit me
by the way the dog bit me in 05/9/2006 and
i washed my wound after he bit me it didnt break my skin that much and no blood at all.
no even though there is a bruise i highly doubt that you have rabies, if it makes you feel better you can talk to a doctor about it but since it did;nt even break through the skin i think that the chances are very slim

I'm 90 percent positive that my friend has feelings for me; but just needed someone elses opinion.
I'll let you be the judge. We were friends for about 2 years and then several months ago he had to move away for a job in another state. Before he moved he gave me his computer so we could stay in touch. I never asked for one or anything he just offered it to me which I thought was a really sweet gesture. We messenger each other whenever he's not at work and he always signs off by saying "chow bella" which means bye beautiful in italian. Just in the last two weeks he has done two really romantic things for me. The first was that he sang happy birthday to me on my voice mail for my birthday in a sweet voice and said he'd be mailing up a gift. The other thing was that when I told him that I caught the bridal bouqeut at my cousins wedding last week he said "hopefully you won't marry anyone from (the town I live in). Since he lives out of town I think he was hinting something. When we have our talks on the internet he flirts with me and says things like I'm funny and a great person to know and talk to. Sometimes we talk for more than a hour. He is pretty shy and likes to beat around the bush and hasnt actually said he loves me- but I think his actions show it.
What do you think?
I most definitly think he likes you, the next time you see him try to bring up in a conversation your guys' future together and ask him where he sees you both in a few years, hope everything works, out

Hey guys,
ok I've hit a real low-point in life.
I've already tried killing myself, and that's not it..it's over the stupidest thing ever; looks. I hate myself so much. I'd do anything to be pretty, I've seriously begged my mom for plastic surgery 20 times a day for this whole year. I need to change. It's not that I care what others think cause they seem to think I'm pretty, it's myself, my inner-critic. I won't be happy until I change completely, but my mom made it clear plastic surgery is not an option, so what do I do? I don't remember the last time I was happy, seriously, every time I finally wake up happy, I look in the mirror..and all I see is: bulging stomach, big nose, hairy + manly face, disgusting face, short legs, unproportionate upper-body, tiny feet, weird ears, ugly + uneven skincolour, everything is just humiliating!! I hate myself sooo much, I just don't want to be me anymore, and please don't tell me to seek help or just accept who I am, I don't want to. I want to change. How though? What are some major things I can do to just completely change without plastic surgery?
well actually consult your doctor abou this, there is a certain condition (i'm not sure what it's called) and it's everytime you look in the mirror you see your self deforemed when really it's not what you look like at all, i'm not sure about what you think of that i'm just throwing that out there, and try this- everytime you look iin the mirro tell yourself that you look great and you feel great, it will soon become a habit and you will begin to mean it, do something that makes you feel good about your self , like try to wear a certian outfit that you feel gorgeous in,you'll end up felling better about your self if you feel good in what your wearing, and see if it is possible to dye your hair and style it diffeerent;y if you want a new look altogether, the best of luck

There is this girl in my town who whenever I run into I feel just utter contempt for. The problem is I'm not even really sure why because she's become such a loser.
Well first of all she has a bad reputation in town. She used to be a prostitute and got pregnant two years ago. No one knew who the father was and after she had the baby social services took it away. She also was a drug dealer and got banned from the volunteer centre I used to work at. I think the main thing that upset me was that she dated my first serious bf after we broke up. She would spread rumours about me and would flaunt their relationship in front of me. She also used to be really skinny when I was overweight.
Well since she had the baby she's gained atleast 50 pounds. She's also unemployed and the last time I saw her she was dancing at the bar with her big gut sticking out and being a complete slut.
Everyone (my friends) said she was gross. I have so much more going for me than her; I'm employed and have my act together and I don't sleep around and I'm a LOT prettier than her because I've lost a lot of weight.
So my question is why does it still upset me when I see her? Because she's turned into such a loser? Can anyone give me some advice?
I would have to say that you pity her, and you also still rember what she did to you , i guess it only upsets you when you see her because even after the postion she is in youu still know what she said about you while dating your x boyfriend

yes push ups most definitly work, you see results to it fairly quickly too depending on how you burn calories, good luck (you can also try lifting weights)

I have a friend, a bisexual guy friend who just got out of a pretty serious relationship (with a girl), the details of which I am unaware of. What I do know is that they were close friends and then one day, he just decided he didn't want to be in a relationship with her anymore. The thing is, up to about a few weeks ago, he's been spending a lot of time with me - for instance, one week, we'd see each other every other day. We go to the movies together, bowling, the park and he'd come over and have dinner with me. But, he never calls (well, once or twice, but only because I think he felt guilted into it) or emails or anything. We get along great, and lately, I've been feeling very attracted to him. The thing is, how do I find out if he feels anything for me? It seems like he is really soured from his ex, and he told me he's no longer interested in dating any friends. Yet he keeps hanging out with me, just the two of us. This is so confusing! Does he want more? I think I might.
I would try just to casually bring it up in a conversation, just say something like "do you ever see us going out?" or if that's a little too deep try getting a friend of yours to talk to him about it that always works or you can set up a little "skit" get a friend of yos to e with you and say 'you know you guys would make a really good couple" and see what his reaction is too that, it could end up making things even deeper with you guys, I hope everything works out with you

the answer is imple actually, you may not think so but you want to get him jelous so you can see what his reaction to this is, it is even possible that you are trying to get him back by making him jelous, girls are known to do that sometimes, and it usually work too ^_^
