Well what you mean?? under the eyelashes or above the eyelashes..
Underneathe just trace underneathe && maybe slanting your eye to the side would help you some..
Above the eyelashes i find easier && looks better but its your decision..
Right above the bottom eyelashes is a line of white just go over it with the eyeliner til its as dark as you`d like..Pulling it down some helps to put it on..♥Dez

I am an 18 year old female and I have been getting my period since I was about 13. I get my period every month. This month, however, I got my period for about a week(which is normal) ...but now, my period should be done by now. There is no more red blood, however, there is brown when I wipe. This is normal..Even tho your done with your menstual period.. There is some brownish discharge afterwards..Might not happen all the time but it can..
