Underneathe just trace underneathe && maybe slanting your eye to the side would help you some..
Above the eyelashes i find easier && looks better but its your decision..
Right above the bottom eyelashes is a line of white just go over it with the eyeliner til its as dark as you`d like..Pulling it down some helps to put it on..♥Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]
betterthanyou_X3 answered Tuesday March 7 2006, 12:48 pm: Do you mean putting eye liner on the bottom of your eye lid or to the bottom of your eye? I think you mean the bottom of your eye so I'll answer it that way. If not tell me and I'll tell you how to put it on the bottom of your top eye lid.
You can either put it on the white spot that's between your eye and bottom eye lashes or over your actual eye lashes.
Putting it on the white spot takes some practice (it did for me at least). If you're new to eyeliner you'll probably want to do it this way:
With one hand (your non dominate hand) pull down your bottom eye lid and with your other hand (dominate hand) just gild on the liner.
Once you get the hang of it you can do it all with one hand. Pull your eye lid down with your ring finger while holding the liner in your index and thumb.
Or, some people just put it on over their eye lashes. It just makes your bottom lashes look fuller. To do that I:
Stretch out my eye (while keeping it open) and just stroke the liner of my lashes a few times to get it as dark as I want. [ betterthanyou_X3's advice column | Ask betterthanyou_X3 A Question ]
