Wow, now that's out... No, there isn't anything against it. Since you are in college i'm assuming you are over eighteen so you can legally date "men".
You should think about if you were to stop dating him but still taking his class. There is a chance of your grades magically dropping. Hopefully that won't happen. [ 4everMyself2's advice column | Ask 4everMyself2 A Question ]

sizzlinmandolin answered Sunday March 5 2006, 7:34 am: He's "kind of" a teacher? I'm not sure if you were trying to be delicate or if he really is somehow "kind of" a teacher. Try to be more clear next time. Anyways, yes it's definitely not okay to date a teacher or professor. Plus, it's very common for students to be attracted to their teachers, but if he's not attracted to you, how do you expect to date him? Sure he may like you and be nice to you, but since you like him, you are going to interpret his actions much differently than his actual feelings and intentions. Please reconsider your plans to try to date him. Not only is it not allowed, it's wrong and he could get into a LOT of trouble for it. I hope I helped you and good luck.
