the little red bumps are ingrown hairs..your not supposed to shave your bikini line..dont worry i made that mistake too.what you should do is wait for the hair to grow back out and most of the bumps are gone then get a hair removing lotion, i recomend nair, and follow the directions. the hair goes away and there are no little red bumps! hope i helped!

Is it ok to still think you pretty even though, some people think you ugly, or if they call you ugly then you should go ahead and say your ugly. I'm having that kind of problem. My whole entire family says I'm pretty and cute but I don't know if they're just saying that. Just recently, a man apparently came to my school. I don't really know who he is but they've been calling him Prophet Murphy. He's this guy that predicted the 9/11 fiasco and now he's like, come to my school and talked to the principal. I go to a high school in Vermont and he told the principal that there was going to be a shooting at the school this friday, the 13th of May. I'm a little bit confused because I don't know if the guy even came. It could all be just a rumor that some idot circulated. One of my best friends ex-boyfriend had told her that he planned on shooting up the school. I told her to tell the principal but I don't think she's going to. My other friend told her mom about the rumor and now she's not going to come to school because her mom's not letting her. Kristin's dad doesn't believe her and neither does mine. I just don't really know what to do. Should I take this seriously and cut school or something or is it nothing?

okay, im not sure if this is in the right place. but i know i dont get enough of water. because i just cant drink things of water, i get sick. like i throw up. and water with something in it takes a while to make. and you get tired of it.
why is it so important to have 10 cups of water. what am i doing to my body? why do i get sick?
your getting dehydrated and that is bad for your body..if you cant drink water than drink like sprite or sumthing caffine free.trust me i didnt like to drink just water but after awhile you get used to it and it taste good..personaly i like dasani(sp?) if you dont drink enough water you can die that's why it's so important..and your body is probably malnourished by now so i would just get over the water thikng and start to drink it again until you feel better

lastnite i was on the fone with my boyfriend and my mom kept coming in saying she needs the phone and i wouldn't get off cause my boyfriend and i were in the middle of a conversation. So... she took my cell phone which in this case my dad bought for me (parents are split up) and i pay for monthly and she only did it to waste my minutes. so when i got off the phone i walked into the living room and there she was on the couch talking on my phone and i got pretty pissed off about it. So... i tried grabbing it from her and told her to give me my damn phone but she pushed me away and slapped my arm and then she finally got off but she wouldn't give it to me and she went and got the home phone so again i tried grabbing for my cell phone and she pushed me into the wall and started choking me and cussing at me and so i called her a fucking bitch and she pushed me onto the couch and punched me in the chest and in the face and slapped me across the face and kept saying what did you just call me and i tried kicking her off me and then i finally got her off me and she goes to my stepdad you wanted her here then you can stay with her and she left..... thats just the background... but my question is what am i supposed to do, I have a HUGE mark on my neck from where she was choking me and now i have worse breathing problems (i have asthma pretty bad) i mean like should i call the poilce or should i call child services i have no idea what to do!!
