Yea as a matter of fact i do.....this site you go to after you log on your phone internet.....it will give you free ones the only thing you are charged for is being on the net for you phone.... it is www.3gforfree.com and click on i am browsing from my phone....ok

some cell phones you are able to record sounds (so record songs or things you like) and make them your ringtones. thats free :) other then that id try searching the internet for websites. you might find something. but they arent really that exspensive!

Depends on the kind of cell it is .. try google.com and search free ringtons for ** whatever model of phone you have ** Theres a lot of free sites, you just have to look for them!
