my hair is really weird i straighten my hair all the time and i have like really bad breakage issues HELP!
Well the straightner is probably frying your hair, but that's to be expected, just use a serum on your hair before you straighten it. Like if you blow dry your hair then straighten it, I use Paul Mitchell's Kiwi Skinny Serum, it works GREAT and makes your hair really soft. I also use Pantene Pro-V Breakage control shampoo [The gold colored bottle :D]
I swim in chlorine all the time and my hair used to break, but ever since I started using the serum and shampoo, I'm always getting compliments on my hair and its shine :]
The serum is around 16-20 dollars, depending on the store, you can find it at Ulta. And the shampoo is just found at Wal-Mart or a grocery Store.

truthfully, yeah in always pop my zits or squeeze black heads, who doesnt. well my nose is really dry now and the skin is pealing, part of it pealed so much its beat red and so dry and very bumpy? i dont know how it happened or wut to do
Don't mash on it anymore.
Just wash it with a face wash of your choice. Put an astringent on your face, and apply lotion over the dry areas of your nose.
Repeat this and what I use is a Panasonic EH2511 with mist sprayer. Its blue and cost around $40.00 at Ulta and a little less at drugstores. What it does is it sucks the blackheads out of your nose. It really works and is painless. I highly recommend getting one.
Its blue and comes with a charger and its PANASONIC if you go looking for one :]

I am always getting the hiccups. Always! Sometimes when I hiccup its only just once then i get them again and then its just once. Then at different times when i get the hiccups i get several and they dont go away for quite sometime. I know this sounds stupid.. but could this be a bad thing?

So take a glass of water, then put a paper towel over the top, and drink the water through the paper towel[I recommend doing it over the sink, it leaks sometimes :P]
But make such you do not burp afterwards or they will come back.
And I don't believe this is dangerous. I get them all the time! And that always works for me :]

i gotta cutting problem im 15 and a gurl and a few of my friends are getting mad at me for it. ITs so hard not to cut though like when im cuttin i dont even care cuz im so mad and its gotton really bad. First off, what are you using?
Whatever it is, hide it or throw it away, tell your friends to take all your blades and trash them in a local dumpster with you.
Then maybe you should tell your current gaurdian about your habit, and you could get counseling(Sp?).
Focus more on your school work and your friends, try not to go alone too much, that presents a greater risk for you to cut. Socialize and prevent yourself from just leaving and going to cut, then coming back.
Think posistive thoughts all day and repeat them over and over when you very first wake up in the morning.
Get involved in an extra cirricular(Sp?) activity with a bunch of your friends.Throw sleepovers, talk about boys,and eat tons of popcorn. :]
When you think about cutting or a negative thought about yourself, hit yourself a couple times and tell yourself that you are great [These may sound odd, but they really work. My best friend used to be a cutter. She quit and is clean now :D]

Is there a way I can get soft ringlets by using a curling iron? I've tried but it all just kind of clumps together and doesn't make separate little curls. My hair is shoulder-length.

Second, I would recomend just getting a spiral set of rollers/curlers
Just go to your local Wal-Mart and purchase a spiralings curler set =]
If it doesn't work maybe your hair is too thick?
Or try the kind where you take a shower then roll your hair and go to sleep=]

hey sorry it took so long my inbox wasnt working right...if it continues and u dont start getting it reguarly then you may want to see the doctor...but im pretty sure that its just your period being irregular(sp?).mine was like that too...i would bleed for a little bit then not bleed at all it continued on like this for 2 years. so really dont worry about it unless the pain in your stomach is really bad, because there may be a chance of appendisitis. dont freak out, take a midol and if the pain doesnt go away then go to the doctor.

ok so i use whats called biore warming anti-blackhead cleanser first it warms up your face and has little tiny beads that help get dirt out then i cool down my face by using biore blemish fighting ice cleanser. it gets deep in your pores and washes out all the dirt, i saw a reduce in my acne the next day after i used the two together. But here is the trick after you wash your face put whats called an anstringent on your face and neck(preferebly biore astringent)it makes your pores smaller and helps prevent dirt from getting into them. when you use it, it will stinga little so dont move your face much. but after its dry, put olay mosturizer on it and dont touch your face(i have very sensitive skin and olay doesnt break my out just keeps moisture locked in). i did that for about 3 or 4 months(and i keep doing it) and now i am acne free! hope i helped
oh yeah its will not make your face oily at all!
and if your not completely satisfied or it isnt working for your skin type...then i also use pHisoderm not the new kind the old kind in a white bottle...i use that then i take a cottonball put peroxide on it and wip it all around my face.that works like a charm too! now i have no acne what-so-ever!!
