okay, im not sure if this is in the right place. but i know i dont get enough of water. because i just cant drink things of water, i get sick. like i throw up. and water with something in it takes a while to make. and you get tired of it.
why is it so important to have 10 cups of water. what am i doing to my body? why do i get sick?

But there's tons of water in other drinks; you don't have to be drinking 10 cups of plain water a day. I just checked and in cranberryapple juice and gatorade, water is the first ingredient. When you mean you try to drink 10 cups a day, you know it's the measuring kind of cups, right? I sure hope you're not think of regular drinking cups. There's also things like Crystal light that you can mix with water but that takes less than a minute to make. Take this from someone who's gone to the hospital before from being dehydrated: water is really important but you don't have to drink 10 cups or straight water. Also I've found that if I try to drink water before school in the morning, I get sick too. I still think you should talk to your doctor though. Good luck. I hope I helped.

twstandshout32 answered Thursday May 5 2005, 4:16 pm: your getting dehydrated and that is bad for your body..if you cant drink water than drink like sprite or sumthing caffine free.trust me i didnt like to drink just water but after awhile you get used to it and it taste good..personaly i like dasani(sp?) if you dont drink enough water you can die that's why it's so important..and your body is probably malnourished by now so i would just get over the water thikng and start to drink it again until you feel better
