My girlfriend(17years old) has been raped by three different people. She only trusts me and hasnt got the confidence to tell anybody else. This means that the responsibility is down to me to give her my own sort of counseling service. I'm not really sure as to what to do apart from help her get it all out. she really should go to the police as soon as possible. if they know right away there is more they can do. if she waits too long (up to 5 years i think) she is over the statue of limitations and there is NOTHING the police will be able to do to put the men who raped her behind bars. the men who did it deserve to have their junk cut off and the only way they will get some sort of punishment is if you and her go to the police. offer to go to the police with her...but when you talk to her about going...just tell her you want her to go to the police so the men who did it cant do it to anybody else. rape is one of the most horrible crimes out there. i dont know how i would deal with it if it happened to me but the police need to be notified of the situation and your friend needs to get medically examined. the rapists could have done more damage than what you think. if they didnt use condoms. she could get STD's or she could get pregnant. please try to talk her into going to the police. if she doesnt want to...you should tell the police. yea she may get mad at you at first but in the end she will thank you for it because she will get the counseling she needs and the medical attention...plus you'd be doing women all over a huge favor. dont let what happened to your friend happen to other women too. good luck and my sympathy to your friend. hope i helped you out.

I just made the volleyball team and I would like to know these two questions:
1) Can you always see panties under the spandex? Because I only have 3 Thongs and I'll have practice everyday and my mom doesn't even know I have the thongs.
2)When your on your period is a pad visible? I'm not comfortable with tampons, I just got my period a few months ago.

dont wear spandex to every practice. its just practice. but if you have to wear the spandex to every practice just buy more thongs. tell your mom you need them for volleyball because otherwise you see the pantylines. she'll understand. my mom is probably one of the least understanding people that i know and she bought me thongs when i was in like 6th or 7th grade so yea. im sure your mom will understand. and about being on your period and stuff...i strongly advise that you try using tampons. they are like 10x better than pads hunnie. you dont even feel them if you follow the directions. if you are afraid that it will leak get a slim thong panty liner. if you decide on the thong thing...they are really thing and they are just there in case you leak. but chances are that if you only wear the tampon during your game you wont leak. hope i helped. good luck in volleyball this season!

I am 13 and have never had a bf. All of my friends laugh at me behind my back. I found this out after we had a school dance a couple of nights ago. I danced with this one senior who is kind of on the geeky side, but he's a really nice guy. He's also the only guy who asked me to dance, all the guys in my class don't really like me. Well I found out from one of my nicer friends that all these girls that I thought were my friends were laughing at me at the dance and saying that Lee (the guy I danced with ) was the only guy I could get. They were also laughing and saying what a geek I was for never having a bf.
I was really hurt and felt like crying. Since when is it a crime to have never had a bf? I know girls a lot older than me that arent dating.

its a shame that you call those people your friends. they dont seem like very nice people but then again i dont know them. but let them laugh and have their fun with it. you are in what 7th grade? if you dont have a boyfriend chances are that are that you arent having sex...so when all your lil friends get pregnant at 15 you can show em up n show em you actually have a chance at a normal adolesence. dont beat yourself up about it. girls are teh suck.:) hope i helped

I just want some opinions on this:
Do you think it's wrong to let your boyfriend go to a strip club?
I personally think it is wrong, but then I see some girlfriends even go with their boyfriends to stripclubs!! I just don't get it. How could you let your boyfriend get turned on by another woman? ..or let alone get a sexy lap dance by another woman? I personally think that can even lead to the thought of cheating.
What do you guys think? I am 18 and my boyfriend is 17 and he will be 18 next month. I don't know whether to never let him go to a strip club(since that is a common thing for men to try out at least once in their lives) or to let him try it out. I am really uncomfortable with that idea. (link)

erm. dont be controling. if you are controling he will up and leave. guys dont like controling girlfriends at all. they like to feel like they are trusted. trust him until you are given a reason not to trust him. the strip club thing shouldnt be a big deal...just let him make his own choices..dont make his choices for him and dont try to pull a guilt trip on him if he does decide to go...let him go a few times and then ask if you and some of your friends can go along with. i know girls who like strip clubs more than guys do. if you can believe that. just let loose and have your fun and let him have his. hope i helped you out. good luck sweetie

worst thing i person can do is stay in a relationship that he or she is no committed to. and clearly you arent very committed to your boyfriend...i mean having sex with him and thinking about someone else the whole time? yea i definetly advise you to break it off with your current boyfriend before his feelings for you get too deep and you end up really hurting him. if you do decide to break it off with him do not use any corny lines just straight up tell him you dont see a future with him. just be honest with him...if anything he should appreciate your honesty.

i know how you feel hun. my parents and i dont get along very well either. and ive had the same thoughts that you are having now. i thought about possibly wanting to have a kid. because no matter what your kid will love you and always need you. feeling needed and loved is what pretty much every teenager wants. BUT!!! if you do get pregnant now. chances are that you and your parents will get along even less than you do now...and plus you are still in high school and in todays society you need at least a friggen 4year degree just to friggen survive raising a child. your boyfriend sayin that he'd do anything because he loves you so much is him either only thinking that to get pregnant you have to have sex meaning that he will get some or just pure stupidity. hes only 16. meaning hes most likely not mature enough to raise a child. and you are only 15 yourself. go have fun and be a teenager. dont tie yourself down to having no life. just think if you have a kid at 16. when you are 21 you wont be able to go out and party and stuff because you will have a kid to take care of...and no mommy and daddy wont babysit so you can go out and get drunk without having to worry about coming home too drunk with a kid in the house. they wont. so yea think it through and maybe talk to your parents about the relationship you have with them. try to make things a little better between the three of you. maybe even spend time with them and your boyfriend. all doing something together. maybe with his parents too. all 6 of you. that should bring you all closer and possibly to less fighting/arguing. best of luck

hey sweetheart. let me tell you about my experience. im 16 almost 17 and about 6-7months ago i lost my virginity to someone who i thought might be the perfect guy to lose it to. we were pretty close and everything...and i figured that i wouldnt regret it. i wasnt dating him tho...so my situation was different from yours. but the guy i hooked up with was one of my really good friends. i thought hed be the last person to turn his back on me. well he and i ended up having sex and now i wish i had never done it. losing my virginity was prolly the biggest mistake i ever made. i really wish i was still a virgin. my best advice to you is to not have sex. you are only 14 years old and if you have sex now you are going to regret it. chances are that you and your boyfriend will not be together forever. im not sayin you wont be...but you arent even in highschool yet. so i wouldnt count on it. highschool changes things. its just how life is. but the point is...dont have sex if you are having doubts and stuff. and by what you said it seems like you are having doubts. sex isnt as important as people make it out to be. and if your boyfriend thinks that yall need to have sex...then he isnt a very good boyfriend. but it doesnt seem like your boyfriend is like that at all...just...dont make that same mistake that i did. keep your virginity. its something you can never get back. hope i was at least some help. message me back if you ever need anything else. good luck with everything.

I met a guy on an online dating site. After just a couple of days he told me he wanted to meet me. The kicker was that he said he didn't have a car, and that I would have to drive up to see him. Remember, I've never met him, and really don't know that much about him except what he wrote about himself. At first I said yes that I would drive up after work on Saturday, but then my gut feeling and intuition were telling me not to do it. So I emailed him and cancelled the date and told him I wasnt comfortable with the arrangement, and that I would prefer he come up to see me. He wrote back and told me that the reason he didnt have a car was that he was taking public transit to save money, and that he wouldnt have a car until May. Then he said he asked to meet me too soon, and would still like to meet me. My gut feeling is telling me that this guy is a little desperate, and I want to back out of the whole thing.
I don't want to hurt his feelings. What would be a nice way to end things with him, and do you think he'll get angry? I told him at first that I wouldnt mind still sending him some getting to know you emails, but I don't even want to do that anymore. I'm thinking realistically, how is this potential relationship going to work? The guy doesnt even live in the same town as me and deosnt have a car.

Hey guys. I'm Kayla and I'm in eighth grade. I will be going to Deer Park High School North Campus next year in ninth grade and I am so nervous! Four different junior highs will be joined into one school next year and I will meet a lot more people but I'm still nervous. What if they don't accept me? What if no one likes me? What about lunch? Where will I sit? I'm asking myself all these questions and it's making me even more nervous than ever! There is exactly 166 days until my first freshman day of high school and I'm already freaking. What about when I get up to 1 day before? I'm going to puke!!! I'm scared of getting lost but I'm more scared of the people. People are mean these days. Some people I don't even know make me feel like I have something to hide, like I'm ugly or something. A lot of people SAY I'm pretty but I don't believe them because of what people have said in the past. I'm afraid it will get worse. These are some positive things about my high school:
1. We can chew gum... sometimes
2. We don't have to have our shirts tucked in
3. We can wear hoodies
4. We get tall lockers so nobody is below or above me
5. We can wear tank tops
6. I have ran out of positive things
Here are some negative things about DPHS:
1. It's HUGE!
2. Four different junior highs will be joining into one and I will barely know anyone
3. I don't know what electives to take
4. I know I'll get lost which is a scary thing
5. I have no idea what credits are for and what we have to get them
6. The people are probably going to be rude
7. I won't know barely anyone in any of my classes
8. I'm so nervous I'm going to puke on my first day.
There... out of all those things, I'm more scared of the people... like I said, I have no clue if I will be accepted or not...
What if they don't talk to me?
I have always made friends on my first day of school but what if it's different this time???

hmm yea it seems like you are pretty nervous kayla. but don't worry. my highschool has about 2000 students. and 15 MIDDLE SCHOOLS THAT FEED INTO IT!!! Once you get to know your schedule it will be very easy to get around school. yea you may get lost on your first day or two. but thats expected of freshmen. so dont worry. upper classmen are usually pretty understanding because they too were once freshmen. dont worry about not knowing anybody. its highschool. new experiences are to be expected.yea there will be rude people...there are rude students in every highschool and some teachers are just assholes. but you will get used to it. what you need to do is stop worrying and live it up. you are young go out and have some fun. hope i helped.

Okay this might be kind of confusing but bear with me please. So at the end of summer last year, I met this guy, Joe, through my best friend, Liz. Joe dated one of Liz's good friends, Grace. They dated for about 2 & 1/2 years and then at the beginning of summer, they broke up. So now its September, and Joe with his friend come by Liz's house, and I'm there with her. So I meet Joe, I knew who he was and about him & Grace and I thought he was pretty cute. He thought I was really cute too. He liked me and all. I wasn't even THINKING about me and him together, the thought of US never came to mind. I felt like I had no chance. Grace (his ex) was unbelievably gorgeous and so much different from me.Well anyways, so we started hanging out. He'd come by more often and we were both very shy. Later I found out that one of the reasons he fell for me was because I was so quiet. But anyways, so we would hang out; play tennis and just hang out with friends. I also got drunk for the very first time with him -- and that's a very goodmemory. I remember how he was so worried about me geeting home and everything that day. Ahh memories. We went downtown by the lake and shopped and everything. Then one day, we were walking, just the two of us, and we kiss. Later on the walk home, he told me about how he wanted to kiss me sooner but that didn't work out cause it was never good timing with his friends and all. So yes, then the following week we would hang out and kiss :) and talked online. He asked me do I see him as a boyfriend and all that and talked about us dating. The next time we hung out, he asked me out. It was perfect. I never met a guy like him. Never dated ANYONE like that. Too perfect for words. It was awesome, the best time of my life. Everything was going great, I couldn't have been happier. He was a bad boy, ditching school, band with his friends, typical guy stuff. But I was always able to count on him. He always chose me over his friends, and even stopped drinking. We went to different schools, and then I started working with my dad, so things got harder. He had his friends drop him off whenever just so he can see me -- it was like a dream come true. My prince charming had come. But meanwhile, Grace (the ex) found out and went crazy. She hated me and my friend/her friend for letting it even happen. She had people watching me and threating me all the time on the interenet that they're going to kick my ass for dating Joe. But I didn't care. My friendshad my back. I remember when Joe was over and I wasn't supposed to have anyone over, and he was over and my dad came home, haha... he ran out the back door and jumped the gate and everything barefoot. Lol poor him left his shoes. He had written me a song and everything, we even wrote each other notes in school. Now back to the psycho ex-gf, well me and her were sort of friends, we just knew each other because of my best friend Liz. She would always follow me & Joe, (she had a car so was EVERYWHERE) and yeah. Then one day, me and joe sort of got into an argument. Me and my friend Liz and some of his friends were all walking around the nieghborhood onour way to chill at this one park. His ex would drive by and stop and talk to Joe's friends. We were with a bunch of friends all walking when these little 12=14 year old were with us and they were talking shit to joe about me and just because bitches and giving me and my friend attitude so I wasn't gonna deal with it and me and my friend Liz turned around and left. He didn't even bother to go after me or call. I regret doing that, I know he must have gotten mad, I remember when I hung up on him, that upset him also. but anyways, so the same day I call him. And I call again. And I call again. No answer. Same thing the following day, Saturday. Then Sunday I call all day. Finallly I try one last time on SUnday night and Grace picks up. And she said he's with her now and all those times he wasn't with me, he was with her. I dropped the phone. It was crazy, my friends wanted to go right over there and beat her up. But I thought about and decided just to forget it. Lateron, I signed online and he was on -- so I instant messaged him. And I yelled at him and everything and then signed off and cried. And cried. I thought I got over him, I was into another guy -- well then he chose another girl over me, and yeah. Then he came back and I rejected him and all that because I'm not gonna deal with someone liek that. SO I really don't even know what I'm asking. Him and Grace have been together ever since. I ran into both of them the other day at a store which was really awkward, he was with his friends in the store and I was with mine. Then they left the store and his girlfriend -- Grace -- and his sister come in. Then they leave and are waiting outside in the car for us. We goto our car and trhey pull up and then she says something and flicks us off and drives off. But anways, I just can't seem to get over him. Its crazy cause this all happened quite a while ago. Maybe its just because he was my first SERIOUS boyfriend? I have no idea what to do... and I really want to believe that one day WE WILLE get back together. I just hope and pray something along the way will happen and we will be together.Like today for example, I felt like breaking down and crying. I went with my friends downtown, on the train. And they were with their bf's and it reminded me how we used to be like that. Last time I took the train was with him. We went to musuems on Columbus Day. Memories :( It was just so heartbreaking. Do you think that we will get back together? People say "THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT!" and I wanna follow that, because well thats how I met him. I wasn't even looking for a boyfriend. ANd now every guy I look at or my friends want me to meet/date, I just can't. And it kills me because I want to be with him and no one elsre. DO you thinkin it's possible for us to get back together? sorry to say sweetheart but he is your ex for a reason. i went through something..and even a year after me and my first true love broke up i wanted him back...just leave him be and give yourself time to get over him. thats what i did. dont talk to him dont look at him...just leave it be...and then...try callin him on his bday or something to say happy bday (thats what i did) and now me and my ex are cool. he appreciated the fact that i remembered his bday...guys arent all complete jerks....they appreciate the little stuff sometimes...well..me and my ex are cool now..and a friendship is better than nothing. even if you and your ex never get back together..just try for a friendship...thats the best advice i can give..just make sure that you get over him beofre you try to be his friend again. coz if you arent over him and try to be his friend it wont work. coz you'll be hurting the whole time. best of luck sweet heart. hope you find someone who treats you right...

My hair is somewhat dry and has split ends at the end of my hair. I straighten it almost every day because if I dont I become a giant ball of frizz and hideous waves. Does anyone know of any products that could help me moisturize my hair and conceal split ends? I heard Biosilk is very good. I'm trying to avoid cutting my hair since I want to grow it long for the summer.

your hair is dried and split because of the straightener. hot tools arent good for your hair.i used thermasilk shampoo and conditioner...they activate when you blow dry and use hot tools..and it works great for my hair...but first try a reconstructor...go to a salon and they can sell ya one..do that and then change your shampoos...try not to straighten your hair so much too. also...get your hair trimmed like every 6weeks to control split ends. it makes your hair healthier and it will grow faster if thats what you want. hope i helped.

they cant take your baby unless, like the other said you are proven to be an unfit mother..my best advice would be to make sure you go see a doctor and talk to your doctor about prenatal vitamins and stuff that will benefit the health of your baby...dont smoke. dont drink. dont do drugs. all of those could point out that you're an unfit mother because those things can be unhealthy for the baby...make sure the father knows that you're pregnant and tell him you are not aborting the baby...dont let him try to talk you into an abortion. thats just the guys way of gettin outta responsibility. if hes "mature and responsible" enough to have sex then he damn well be mature and responsible enough to take responsibility for his actions...takes two to make a baby..and personally i think that the baby is better off if both parents play an active role in the childs life...but talk to him about it...and then go to your parents together..yes your father may want to kill him..but your parents will appreciate him being there with you when you tell them...if hes there with you when yall tell your parents...your parents will see that he cares and wants to do as much as possible....him gettin a job would also help too:P chances are that your parents will be mad at first..but they too went through finding out that they had a baby on the way at one time and they will know that support from your family is one thing that you need the most...most likely your parents will offer to help you out as well. best of luck with your pregnancy sweet heart. make sure you go to the doctor and get checked out. best of luck
