For the last few days, I've been having a hard time going to sleep. It takes me at least 1-2 hours to finally rest my mind. The cause is I have a restless mind. I think about too much such as School, Burglury and My schedule for tomorrow.
What can I do to get my mind off all these ideas so I can be able to sleep.
P.S. If I can avoid it, please don't say pills!

mabey you can go to sleep 2 hours earlier, this way you get to rest sooner...also try to count sheep or play soft music to fall asleep to...it actually really works! GoOd LuCk!!!

ive already asked for help and noone responded, here it is again.
im in my 40's/male. i was married for about 20 years with the most amazing women known to man.
i have cheated on her with about; 10 different girls, but only had 3 actuall girlfreinds. we have been seperated for about 1 year; im now with my girlfriend she caught me cheating on her with. she doesnt know about the others.
also my 2kids (wife) basically hate me and i never see one of them.
since no one resoponded back to me before im going to make this short.
basically, i still love my wife and im now cheating on my girlfriend with her friend. i want my wife back!!! p.s we are going through divorce. help!! (link)

hi im a 16 year old guy and for some reason dandruff is constantly present it went away for a while but its back again i have been using head and shoulders for the passt 2 days and its not getting any better what other prodcuts are there that truely work..and by washing my hair everyday does that not help?

definitely try this product called tgel, like the girl under me said. you use it like 2 x a week and it really helps. when you start seeing dandruff, just shampoo your hair with that stuff. i've never heard that it leaves hair dry. it doesn't make it softer, but yeah anyway this is a GREAT product for dandruff.
don't wash your hair everyday. that's not good for your hair or scalp. the chemicals in shampoos dry out your hair & scalp, sometimes causing even more dandruff. at most, you should wash your hair 3 x a week.

Alright, so I've filled out a few different applications before, but I don't recall this question: "Please enter how many hours per week you are available to work"...So am I supposed to put 168 hours [every hour of the week], or ANY, or what? like say your willing to work 8 hours on weekdays, and 5 on weekends.
( 8 x 5 = 40 ) + ( 5 x 2 = 10 )
So that would be 50 hours in a week

This made me cry sooooooooo hard ok here is the story. We were at my colleage and in the girls bathroom every one just walks around naked and we dont care and some girls have like huge boobs but anyways the mean girls at our school were being flirty to the boys and the boys had a crazy and mean and pretty much illgal plan. They were going to put a camera in the girls bathroom. and the worst part is all of the boys caught me naked ok this is going to be a long story. theboys were going to hide in the showers because it was lateand time for us to goback to our doorms and anyways there is a time limit to take showers so anyways when we werent there all of the guys hid in the showers and the othere two guys were hooking up the camera and it was a really tiny camera so none of us can see it so anyways....all i had was my robe on and nothing else i told my freind after i take my shower i will meet you back at the dorm.and she said ok cya.so now no one was there and i took off my robe and opened the shower curtain and there he was..i screamed my head off and ran out the door nto the hall where all the dorms are and i wasnt even coverd up with my robe i left it n the bathroom and then when i ran out all the other boys came running out into the hall.and i was so shocked i didnt even run or cover myself with my hands and the boys laughed at me and after they laughed at me i waited five seconds while they were just staring at my vagina and my boobs i ran into the bathroom and the boy was still there and he was try to touch my vagina and boobs so i kikked him out. it was the worst day of mylife.after that i called my boy freind.and he was helpfull.the next day i went over to there rental house and started to tell them off and they said they were sorry and they sort of chuckled and then they left to the school. Then i saw something on the table and it was a recorded video tape of last night and even more. They had a video tape of all of us naked on there and they were after all just hazing. i was so angry i didnt even pick up the tape and the tape was really high teck so it told you how many time you watched it and at the end of the day so i went there when they had just left there dorm lughing and then i saw that the tape was watched 12 times!!i didnt take it the second time i was so upset and the next morning it was on the morning news!!!so the whole entire school saw it even the teachers the boy teachers so i was the laughing stock of the century and i never got that tape back i need a way to setle this its ongoing!!Have any advice? wow, i'm REALLY sorry about what happened to you! that sounds awful.
but you know, it's in the past & you can't change the past. as soon as you forget what happened, everyone else will.
it wasn't just you that was seen naked, it was all your other dorm roommates as well, right? that's not so bad. you weren't the center of attention.
that was exTREMELY immature of those guys to have done that to you girls. just forget about them. they'll never get girlfriends cause no girl would date them & they'll suffer a long, lonely life for what they did :]
sorry i didn't help much. but seriously, if you want everyone else to forget about it, you need to forget about it first.

ok all of my friends that are girls (they're not lesbians) think im really pretty and i believe them because they never lie to me and they're amazing friends and always tell me the truth even if it hurts me because i'd rather know the truth. also when i go places guys are always staring at me and giving me the "your hott" look and sometimes i over hear them talking to their friends saying "wow shes really hott". whenever i like someone though, they never like me back. and i've never had a boyfriend. when i tell people this they don't believe me. they say im so much fun to be around. whats wrong with me?

haha, that's weird because the same thing happens to me. everyone thinks i'm pretty but i haven't even had my first kiss yet or a real boyfriend.
i think guys think you are so cutesy & "fun to be around" refrains them from asking you out because you're not one of the serious types of girls. guys prefer funloving girls anyway. don't change yourself.
a guy who likes you will come along one day & ask you out. it's just a matter of time. i'm 14.5 years old... you have time. in college, everything starts to really kick in. maybe even in high school for you.
you know, it's also a coincidence that when you like a guy, he doesn't like you back because that happens to me & they start liking me afterwards. guys have the worst timing sometimes!

I can't remember if I was wearing makeup in that picture, but if I was it was probably mascara and a line of eyeliner on my top lid. I started wearing it above my lower lashes now, though. My older cousin also, this weekend put clinique eyeshadow on me. It looked gorgeous and it was white on my lids and under my brows and purple on my creases. Well I want to buy some good makeup, from department stores or mac. Can anyone please tell me some good colors to use on my face and eyes according to my features? If you can't see from the picture I have silvery blue eyes. Also, what type of makeup to wear. Because I can't wear that eyeshadow my cousin did for me daily, its too dressy. Thanks! (link)

first off, you're really pretty.
you don't need much make-up because you have freckles [which is a good thing]. you probably only need a little eyeliner on the bottom lids, a touch of blush, & a dab of lipgloss.
i think you should use medium colors [not dark] because although you are very pale, you would look very strange with really dark eye shadow all the way up to your eyebrows. in fact, everyone on the planet would.

all of the above will give you a simple, cute-sy summer feel. however, it would be good with a dressed up skirt & shirt or a simple trip to the mall in jeans & a tee. you can skip the mascara if you feel you don't need it, but i suggest going along with everything else. if you're really in a rush, the things you would like to have still on are just the gloss or chapstick, blush & eyeliner.
also - since you have bluey eyes, i would try a turquoise mascara. now you might be a little freaked out right now saying i'd look weird with that, but if you do it only a TOUCH it will look AMAZING. i have brown eyes & dark hair and it looks good on me. it's NOT enough so that someone can say, ""why is that girl wearing turquoise mascara" but enough for them to look twice ;]

dont let it chip, because chipping black nail polish is goth

It isn't bad really, it depends on your school and the maturity of the people there. The most people will do is say "stupid freshmen..they don't know anything" just make jokes about your intelligence. Freshman Fridays really don't exist anymore so don't worry.
To become friends with other you just have to be yourself, don't pretend to be something you're not and don't be obnoxious [upperclassmen hate that] I myself had a lot more Junior friends than Freshman friends..but it just depends on your personality I suppose.

Descent is actually pretty good.
Hostel isn't too scary but gorey...
Movies really don't scare me really so it's hard for me to think of any.
Cabin Fever freaks me out though.
& Saw isn't too horrible.

Idk where you live. But Spencers [in malls usually] does. They can range anywhere from 5 - 15 bucks i think. I'm 15 and me & my friends bought some stuff there for one of my friend's birthdays as well. hah.

omg, my friend. is being such a big huge slut. and doesn't even care. she sends naked pictures of herself to guys she doesnt know, her mom found out , she doesnt care and still does it. then she sent it to this one girls boyfriend, and his girlfriend freaked out. "I'm sorry I agreed with the other person but what you are doing isn't right. You aren't respecting your body. I don't know if you do this to boost up your self esteem when guys comment about your body or what. You shouldn't do this to yourself. The guys like it now, but how will they ever respect you if you do this? They'll just think you're easy and want to get down your pants. You're my friend and I just don't want anything bad to happen to you alright? Please don't be mad I'm just trying to help you."
If that doesn't work you really can't do much else. It isn't your fault if she won't listen. =)

On facebook do you just like add people that go to your school that you may not even know? Because I made one like last week and so far have only been adding my friends and right now I've got like 26 people (at my school) and a few of my cousins out of state. Then, I look at other peoples and see they have like 180 people at my school and wonder how they know everyone on facebook that goes to our school.I also noticed how some people don't even have the "how they know eachother" under a lot of people, so its like they dont know them. So do you just add people that go to your school? Or your not supposed to do that? (link)

well if you switched from myspace to facebook, i can see why you asked that question. myspace you probably don't know... 80% of your friends [well at least that's how i was!] and thats how you end up with so many friends.
on facebook, i don't actually add people... i just accept everyone. if you really don't know someone... like you've never even heard of them, you probably shouldn't add them.
but yeah, like russianspy said, you CAN do anything you want with your facebook. but most people don't add random people on facebook cause facebook is so much more, well, sophisticated, safe & all around better than myspace.
don't add random people who you have no idea who they are. but yeah why not add people that go to your school? it's a good way to meet people. or, don't add them, send them a message & introduce yourself. people love meeting new people [espesh if you're cute - girl or guy]

I probably read like 400 tampons questions on this website and other websites. I worked up the courage to try to put a tampax pearl tampon in. I was thiking oh it will probably be a bit uncomfortable or painful but will slide in. I couldn't even get the first step done, inserting the applicator, i inserted about an inch of the applicator into my vagina, and it felt HORRIBLE! like if i went any further my vagina was going to burst open or rip apart or something, it felt like my body was telling me DONT STICK THAT THING IN HERE!! Like, it physically WOULDN'T GO IN unless I like jammed the thing up at 50 miles per hour. Maybe because my 'hole' is so small. It really is, it looks like I couldn't even stick a pea up there. Also, I tried multiple times sticking it in at different angles and positions. Still got the same feeling. What am I doing wrong! Please help! I want to wear a tampon. :( (link)
