my parents keep such a strict eye on me, and i really just want to have fun. i got caught in my friend's car a couple of weeks ago when she was still on JOL, so i was grounded and now they're keeping an even closer watch on me.
tomorrow night, my friend is having a sort of party and i want to go. there will be alcohol there, and i want to have some to let loose and have fun. i don't know what to say to my parents, because i know they'll call me to ask what i'm doing and thoroughly question me. they need to let me make my own mistakes, but they don't understand that.
any advice on what to do about tomorrow night and in the future with my parents?

Talk to them calmly.
Tell them that you're going to call them every couple of hours, just so they know what you're up to an you're ok.

Don't try to do things behind their back ot anything.

Also, if they find out that you were at a party drinking, they will take a long time to regain your trust.

You see, a couple of years ago I told my parents I was going to a Drama club, but instead I was going out with friends. Not that much of a big deal, but I wasn't doing what I was telling my parents.
Unfortunately, the drama club called them and asked them why I hadn't been turning up.
To make things worse, they also found my cigarettes that day.

So they didn't trust me for about two years.
And whenever I smelled like smoke, even though I stopped smoking, they wouldn't trust me at all. They wanted to smell my breath and my fingers.
It sucked.

So I think you should be careful, and try to sleep over at your friend's house :)

As I said in the other question, I personally don't like the lipgloss.

okay, i got my ears peirced a week ago today..and they still kinda hurt. they sometimes itch a little bit at the bottom of the lobe. and whenever i turn them, they kinda hurt..like kinda sting, and kinda pinch. i wouldnt turn them, but the lady that peirced them said that i have to or they'll grow over or something. and after i turn them, they hurt. my mom said it's probobly because im sleeping on them. but whats really wrong with my ears?

You do have to keep turning them. I've had four ear piercings and it's been the same for each of them.
I know that stingy pinch sensation. Annoying isn't it?

What I suggest you do is mix some warm water(not hot) and sea salt in a cup. It should taste like tears.
Then get a q-tip and clean your piercings. twice a day.(Like around the area and also the earrings and the front and back entrance of the holes)
This works like a miracle!

But don't forget to turn them at least once a day, and when you do that make sure your hands a clean.
Same for when you clean your ears, wash your hands properly before.

Oh, and don't change the earrings until your ears are completely healed. If you change them, things will get worse.

I defenetly agree with the people below me.
Something that I do is add random(but not people desperate to get friends) on MySpace, and I start talking to them.
Usually I check out their pictures, to see if they have more than one, and pictures with friends. Then I know that it's unlikely for them to be a pervert in disguise.

what are some other things that i can, i guess, do with my hands while i'm making out with my boyfriend? like i know the whole typical thing of like running them through his hair, and down his back and stuff, but what else can i do that he'll really like? or if not even with my hands, what are some other things that i can do that will totally turn him on?

You could gently nibble his lips or his lobe.
Also with your hands you could put them in his back pocket or play with the hem of his shirt(in the front, where his stomach is)
Small kisses on the neck or around the ear tend to turn quite a lot of guys on.

you know when you put your mouse over a picture it can get transparent; blurry; etc.

does anyone know the code so when i put the mouse over the picture it will be transparents & i want it to show a picture of hearts as it hovers.

I don't think you can do so that one picture will go transparent, and there'd be a picture of a heart underneath.
I'm not sure about that, I didn't find anything.

my family is planning a vacation for this weekend, it's going to be about a 9-10 hour drive down south. I always get car sick esp if the drive is more than 4-5 hours
any way I can prevent this from happening?

The pills work. The ones that prevent car sickness.
Also if you wear glasses, wear them. It works for my mom. She sometimes gets car sick if we drive for a long time, but when she wears the glasses she feels ok.
It might work.

Also try to sleep as much as possible whilst listening to music.
This always saves me.

Hi--

Well, let's get right to the point. My mom and I are going shopping in August soon for back to school shopping, and I REALLY want my best friend to come. But, there's only one problem. My family doesn't really like her parents... We went shopping a couple years ago together for Halloween, and her mom ended up coming, and the whole time it was a disaster. She was dragging her around the store, she wouldn't let her buy certain things, and in the end they actually ended up doing they're OWN shopping. And, anyways, my mom said she could only come if my best friend's mom DIDN'T. So, now, my best friend called me up awhile ago asking if it was OK if her mom came to pay for her stuff if she couldn't afford some things... and I REALLY don't want her mom to come, because we are going into 8th grade for Chrissake, and I really DON'T want her mom to come, because she won't let us go to certain stores, which is TOTALLY unfair. So, I have no idea what to do. I love my BFF to DEATH, but... I don't know what to say to her! Please help me!

Hmmm, this sounds difficult.
I think the best you could so is explain to your best friend.
I know it's her mom, but tell her that her mom is restricting both of you from having a good time.
It's better if you tell her, rather than making excuses.
Tell her in a calm and mature way, and she should understand, after all, she is your best friend, right? :)

Ask her maybe she could talk to her mom about it, see if her mom would give her some extra money to take with her, if she's planning to buy something expensive.

This is a hard situation, since I know that you don't want to hurt your friend's feeling, but you nor your mom want your best friend's mom to come with.

Or if her mom does come, you could maybe ask both of your moms that you two (your and your bff) go shopping together, and then you meet them(your parents) in an hour and a half.
That way you two can have fun, without your or her mom being around, and if she finds something that she can't afford, she can take her mom to it afterwards.
(I hope that made sense to you)

But first of all, ask your friend to talk to her mom about this.
Maybe her mom doesn't realize what she's doing wrong.

Okay I have the jZip program installed so that when I download custom content from websites for my sims games (such as clothes) I can open the zipped files. Because that's what a advicenator suggested. BUT now that I've downloaded them how do i find the file to open?

Go on the zipped file.
Right click, and then choose ''extract files'' and then choose a place to extract them. I'd recommend Your Sims 2 file. Because that's where you need to save them for them to turn up in the game.
So:
EA Games > The sims 2(or the newest EP you have) And then if you don't have one, create a folder called ''Downloads'' where you should unzip your files.

If you need more help, just ask. I'm a sims 2 addict :D

Okay So I know how to download clothes and stuff off of the sims2.com exchange. BUT my problem is you know all the other websites that you can download custom content off of such as http://dahoodsims2.com/crumbgrabbers/ Well whenever I download those files or any off of another fan site. It downloads them as a "zipped file"
WHATS that??? THen it wants me to put them on cd's HELP me . I really want those files!!!

Kay, so lately my hair has had this majorrrr problem with being static-y?! Haha. I don't know why, and more importantly, I don't know how to stop ittt ! :[

14/f-I havent gotten my period yet, and i was wondering if there are like any warning signs before i get it, b/c i dont want to get it during school. thanks so much!

Mine was when I was 13.
I was having stomach pains and also I felt pissed off even though it was one of the best days I'd had in ages.
I went to the toilet to pee, and when I wiped there was blood on the toilet paper.

So watch out for cramps, moodyness, headaches and keep a pad in your schoolbag or whatever.

Just so you know, enjoy the days when you don't have your period. :)

my sims game keeps freezing right after it was saved every now and then, and sometimes i can just restart my computer and i can get the game back on. now its not coming on at all. how do i fix this? also if you're going to say update to a 4.10 driver... please tell me where to go to do that. and also whenever i create a family customized right after i finish making the family and it moves to the loading back to game page, it also freezes every time.. i haven't figured out how to fix that. help please.

I had a freezing Sims 2 problem on my old laptop.
I uninstalled it, then restarted my laptop, and installed the game again, and then it stopped freezing and crashing.

Try it.
If it doesn't work, tell me, and I'll tell you what else you could try.

im not sure if number 4 is still existing but i heard they discontinued it.

SO WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THE BEEST??

I have the MAC Fluidline, and I personally love it.
I've tried the L'oreal Hip high intensity, it's not too bad either.
I haven't tried the Stila Smudge Pot.
