okay well my friend went out with this guy and she treated him really bad, she played games with him and didnt really act like she liked him and they finally broke up cus he couldnt trust her cus she was always lieing to him && flirting wiht other guys and a few..weeks--maybe?--he started talking to me and we started liking eachtother and after a few weeks of talking and getting to know eachtoehr a little better, he ask me out and i said no cus i think my friend still likes you, but i talked to her and she said it wouldd be okay, so he asked me out again and i said yes this time and she was okay with it until after a few weeks,about 2 or 3 maybe, after i had started to really like him. she started getting mad at me and spreading rumors about me and everytime she saw him she would try to be all over him adn kiss him and all that and he'd be like get off of me i have a gf, and she would be like who cares about her? and she talked really bad abotu me behind my back but then around me shed be like ohh i love you! like she wanted to figth me at one point and then she took my best friend from me...and she doesnt like me anymore but she'll be all nice to me when she needs a ride somewhere or something ... so what should i do? i mean i want us to be friends but i dont want her to go on talkign about me behind my back. and dont say to break up with him cus we've been going out for a while now and i love him a whole lot. so please tell me what i can do to get her to stop spreading rumors about me and about him to break us up!
There isn't much you can do about a person like this. So why is it you want to be her friend? I think it is time to break it off with her. If you continue to hear rumors that she is spreading and you are hearing this rumor from someone you trust not to lie to you. This person has to also hear the rumor first hand. I'd confront her with it in front of other people so that you would have witnesses. I'd ask her directly why she said, bla, bla, bla. Do it in a nice conversational tone. Don't be angry when you do this because she then can't be angry with you unless she knows she's wrong. Sometimes when people are wrong about something they will get angry to deflect the focus off of them and throw it onto the person who is confronting them. Be careful of this. If she denies that she's said anything then you have witnesses. The word would be out on her. Finally, I want to stress that this is not the behavior of a friend. You don't need someone in your life who would do this to you. She's only about herself. Enjoy your relationship with your boyfriend and dump her.
I'm a fifteen year old female, and I will be turning sixteen pretty soon. To my extreme amazement, my parents have decided to buy me a car to share with my younger brother when he comes of driving age.
I'm very appreciative of this, because I was expecting to drive my Dad's old 1982 Chevy for the next few years. The problem is, I'm finding it hard to find a small car with good gas mileage at a reasonable price.
I'm particularly fond of the Mazda cars. If you have any suggestions for cars meeting these three requirements:
- Costs less than $15,000
- City gas mileage of 26 MPG or greater
- Well-made car
Feel free to suggest anything to me. Like I said, I prefer the Mazda, but anything fitting those three things would be greatly appreciated.

Mitzubishi is a great car and usually reasonably priced. They drive great and have great gas mileage. Also, look at Saturns. They are wonderful on gas and insurance costs. Mazda and Mitzubishis are foreign cars so the insurance costs will be more on these cars. Last but not least, if you could locate a used Honda w/o many miles on it, they are great on gas and hold their value very well. The problem with Hondas is their owners usually hold on to them until you are in the 100s of thousands of miles. Also, their insurance is higher because they are one of those cars most often stolen.

why do guys find the need to have a skinny girl? it gets me mad when a guy is attracted to some skinny girl when he could have great chemistry and a great relationship with a different girl who is overweight?

Sad but true. Society has us all trained to work against each other I think sometimes. Women are trained that in order for them to make a statement they have to have the right shoes, dress, purse, car, house, ring, hair color, make-up... Men on the other hand have to have the right looking woman hanging on his arm who will be expecting him to provide her with all those things previously mentioned. Men like to brag and say that they are simple and don't need that much. They say all they need is two pairs of shoes and a couple of pairs of pants and they are fine compared to women. What they choose not to see is they can't afford anything for themselves because that's the price they have to pay for that perfict looking woman hanging on. And believe me as soon as he stops being able to provide for her....out the door she goes to the next chump.

ok i am going to make this short on friday i am goin to go see my boyfriend and meet his mom. since it will be cold i am plannin to wear a brown outfit that has a jacket with it. my onlu question is this. i got black and pink shoes? what should i do? i dont got any others because i through them out over the summer and havent had enough money to get new ones. what should i do? well it look bad?
Were the black shoes. We've entered the fall season and pink is not the appropriate color depending upon the shade, and since I can't see the shoes, I think it will be safe to go with the black.

I have a project in English for an individual reading assignment, and i got signed THE PRIME OF MISS JEAN BRODIE.. its a movie also..
but in the movie and the book, Miss Brodie keeps saying she will turn her students in to creme de la creme. does anyone know what she means by that? I don't know if anyone would have read it so that would probably make more sense..

Creme de la creme originally meant high class or best of the best. They would be above all others. You see before they started homogenizing milk the fat of the milk (the cream) would float to the top. People use to scrape the cream off the top of milk for their coffee or whatever other uses they may have had like wipped cream. It is a french saying and literally translated it is "cream of the cream".

hey everyone. my formal is on FRIDAY and i have 3 really noticable pimples on my chin! im so freaking out so how how how can i get rid of them quickly?! everynight i use Stridex and i wash my face so any other ideas? pleaase help
Wash your face with a gentle, oil- and fragrance-free cleanser; preferably a nondetergent one labeled pH balanced. If you have oily skin all over your face, use a cleanser that contains benzoil peroxide or salicylic acid. Don't scrub - irritated skin swells around the pores, which can cause breakouts. Skip toner unless your face is very oily, otherwise it might dry out the skin. Apply a topical acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid over your entire face, not just where blemishes have already erupted. At night, use a drying spot-treatment product and dab oil-free moisturizer on dry areas. In the morning, apply an oil-free sunscreen gel over the entire face. Use a small makeup brush to dab concealer or cream foundation (in the exact same shade as your skin) directly onto the blemish. Use a fingertip to wipe away excess concealer around the blemish and, if necessary, apply another coat of concealer. If the makeup becomes cakey, carefully wipe it off and start over. gently brush powder (in the exact same shade as your skin) on top of the concealer.
* If you have oily skin and feel that you need toner, apply it only on the T-zone, and rinse it off afterward (leaving it on can dry the skin). Use a clay mask as often as every three days to absorb excess oil.
* To stop redness and swelling in an emergency situation (job interview, wedding), ask your doctor for a cortisone injection. It calms down a pimple almost instantly.
* If you can't get to your dermatologist (or needles make you squemish), temporarily reduce redness and swelling by dabbing on a drop of drugstore cortisone cream, Preparation H, or Vasocon-A eyedrops.

My dogs just chased a Ups man (lol) and he ran for his life. I got my dogs calmed down and I told him I was very sorry. But what can I do to prevent this in the future? I have 2 House Dogs (that stay outside!) and 1 other 'old' dog that bit a boy one time. So what Can I do?? Thanks!
You need to do some obediance training. Find a good school in your area and if you can't afford schooling than get a good book on the subject and do it yourself. If you don't do something to train them you could find yourself in some legal battles that will result in a large amount of money spent on your part and the dogs being put down. One of the psycological reasons that dogs will bark and attack someone is if for some reason they are feeling vulnerable. If they are kept in a fenced in area or being tied up will make them have the attack first rather than be attacked mental attitude. If those two factors are not involved at all, you need to watch them and see what it is about these people that makes them feel threatened or vulnerable. Did you get them as puppies? If not, there is no telling what kind of life they have had. You are just going to have to train them. I know animals. I can almost say I was raised by a dog. When I was a baby I had a dog that stood guard over me as a baby and he went everywhere I went as I grew up. My parents couldn't even spank me in front of him without his getting into an attack stance and growling. That was the only instance were he would get that way. He was a sweet dog. Dogs are very simple. They think simply. Food/eat, love/hug, toy/throw. If you look and listen you will see that they are trying in their way to communicate with you. If no one has trained them to be agressive, then, there is something that they feel is threatening. Actually it could be that only one of your dogs feels threatened, but, they all go into a pack mentality. If one is afraid, they all do and they join together.

Ok Me and My boyfriend broke up the other day due to he liked another girl! It broke my heart, I was mad, and I could have pinched his head off. But now he acts like he likes me AGAIN! Like when I was sitting at lunch today with some girls he kept looking at me for long periods of time. He does that even when I pass him in the hall. And when he sees me on the bus he will look for me and when he sees me he will smile. And at other times he will ignore me and just look at me. So Whats going on???!?!? Signed Confused! Sounds like he's playing games. I'm sure he knows how hurt you were by his behavior. But, just to be on the safe side, if you know what girl it was that he broke up with you over I'd do a little investigating. Could it be that she rejected him and now he wants you back? Or, maybe he wants both you and her at the same time. It's been known to happen. He could also be trying to keep you as just a friend while he is seeing someone else. He could be one of those people were the grass is always greener. These people are never happy where they are and are always looking elsewhere for their happiness only to find when they get there that they are no happier than the were before. He may not be worth your time. Be very cautious before you get involved with him again. If you take him back, make him work for it. Don't just take what he says at face value when he explains why he wants you back. Check out the gossip. Find out for yourself what is going on with him. Ask people questions. They will answer them if asked. I know it's hard and you cared for him so very much. But, you have to look after number one, and that's you. Protect yourself.

Okay I am 18/f and I have a wonderful boyfriend. He's 22 and he lives about 1 hour from me because he moved that far to work. He comes to visit me every weekend and calls me every night. We have alot of fun and talk about everything. We have been dating on anf off for 3 years now and are planning on getting married in about 1 1/2. Recently at my work I noticed this guy flirting with me alot, and well I do the same. I saw it as harmless, I would joke with him and stuff and he would back. He had a girlfriend at the time too, but just the other day he walked over to me and pushed me against the wall and said 'watsup babe' and laughed. I found it funny at first but a little odd, then I found out he broken things off with his girlfriend partly because of me. He also slipped me his phone number in my work folder and the other day I saw him he asked me to come to his apartment. I really find him attractive(he looks like the lead singer from my chemical romance) and really like him, I only want to be friends with him because I love my boyfriend so much and wouldnt ever cheat. But when Im around the guy at work Im much more open and talkative then I am with my actual boyfriend. Im just asking if its wrong to be friends with a guy that likes me in a way that my boyfriend wouldnt find appealing?
Well, you are opening yourself up to a lot of problems if you do develop a friendship with someone who is interested in you romantically. You will be sending a message to the guy who is interested in you that you are open to a romantic fling with him. Your boyfriend will see it that way as well. There is nothing you can do that will get them to see it any other way. I wish there was. As you go through life you will run into people who you will have a strong chemical reaction to. It may even be overwhelming sometimes. Don't mistake this for love. This is lust. It's fun when your single, but, when you are seriously involved with someone and you truly love them it will be disloyal to them if you were to act upon these feelings. You know you aren't going to go anywhere with it so why start it. It's not wrong to have male friends its just that you have to consider the problems that will develope if you persue this with this particular individual. Loyalty is a very important part of love.

ok i jus went to the bathroom and i whiped and there was very little blood and like 4 days before it was very itchy down here so could that be just a cut and i have like 2 pimples on my face hat showed up about 2 days ago and some people say you break out before you start your period so i was wondering if i am starting plz help i rate 5s
You have nothing to worry about. Yes, the face does break out for some people before their period starts. There are other reasons for this as well. When your body is detoxing one of the reactions is your face or any other part of the body breaks out with pimples. Your body is trying to tell you that you are injesting too many toxins. Work on slowing down your eating on fast foods and junk foods. The problems with these foods are the chemicals that are in them to make them look better and perservatives. These are not natural foods and our bodies don't know what to do with them. So, when you overload your body with them these toxins have to come out in a lot of ways and one of them is pimples. Another way, believe it or not is the common cold. That is a major detox. I have not had a cold in 5 years. Now for your bleeding incident. You've probably got hemorrhoids . These are small capularies in your rectal area that have swollen up and they are easily broken when you go to the bathroom and by the wiping process. The itching is a sign of hemorrhoids. This is not a life threatening condition. If gone untreated it can get worse and really hurt. Some people can barely sit. This condition also relates to diet. Too much sugar and again the junk foods are a reason for this condition. I have had this problem myself in the past. I don't have it any longer. What you have to do is add more fresh fruits and vegitables to your diet. In short, you need to add more fiber into your diet. Another thing that will help a lot will be taking the mineral magnesium. You probably have a magnesium deficiency. This is a supliment that is usually acompanied with calcium. Drink lots of water. Your stools are not the consistancey that they need to be. So, I'm going out with this girl and everything is going well and everything. Yesterday we are talking on the phone, and she tells me that she is attracted to heavy guys, which I don't mind. I wouldn't consider myself obese, but she says she usually dates heavier set guys. Although she didnt come out and say it, she seemed to hint that she would like me heavier. Now, I'm willing to do anything for her, but I just spent last summer trying to lose weight! I'd rather not gain back that 25 I lost... Is there anything I can do that will satisfy both of us? For your information, I am 15 and male.
I would question to motives of anyone who would want you to gain weight. Sometimes people want their boyfriend/girlfriend to do things that make them look less attractive because they don't want other's to be attracted to them.
I would not do something that would be a health hazzard and set yourself up for a lifetime of difficulties to please someone else. A suggestion is why don't you buy bulkier clothing. Layer clothing. Winter is coming up and you can wear lots of stuff. Start a body building program that will bulk you up. This will add weight but not fat. Keep in mind that your needs and your health comes before anyone elses.

What's wrong with me?
My parents think I'm strange and that I have something weird going on with me. "I have weird habits and a weird way of thinking."
Habits as in...counting the number of cracks I've stepped on, the times i circle around something, the seconds im in somewhere and if its not under a certain time then i..feel the need to start over..and then im yelled at when im still doing it ...I dunno. People think I'm retarded X___x I didn't notice that i was doing this stuff... i just do it because...its what i've always been doing..then people pointed it out. Its like ringing the doorbell a couple of times..before entering because..its just..there. I always think about something. I'm afraid of pain. I'm afraid to do P.E. in class. I'm afraid of running..tripping and landing on the ground..seeing blood or having my arm bend the wrong way or having my fingers crushed or having those bent the wrong way. It makes me sick. I don't want to twist my ankle or have a ball hit my face..because it might hit my ear piercings and those might rip out and hurt. I've got glue on eyelashes and I've just recently thought..what if i get the glue in my eye? My eyes will start to water and then i might get eye problems...might have to go see a doctor...and then i get awful images.. I dunno. I always worry a lot. Also.. my little sister was going across the street to a friends house...in my head I heard a loud crash..and had images of her lying in the street covered in blood and...blah. My boyfriend had this safety pin in his mouth...and it was open and for about 20 mins..he was talking with it still in his mouth..and all i could think about is.. what would happen if it cut him...or if he swallowed it and it got stuck..and i couldn't do a thing about it because there was no adult around.. argh. Am I stupid?
First of all, your not stupid. Don't say that about yourself ever again. Words are very powerful and if you say something often enough to yourself your subconcious will begin to believe it and your life will unfold around this statement. There are some steps you can take that can help you get over these feelings of helplessness. You need to start taking charge of your life. Start a workout program of some kind. Pick something that you know you would enjoy. You need to buld up your confidense in P.E. class. Join a team, learn a sport. Oh, and by the way, once you scape a knee, you'll see that it doesn't hurt as much as you thought it would. No one likes pain, by the way, but, sometimes you have to experience a little pain to have one of the most exilarating moments in a life time. Don't let these thoughts rule you. Rule your thoughts. When thoughts pop up in your mind that you don't want to think about, reprogram. Start seeing yourself running without tripping. When you envision a ball coming towards your face, see yourself catching the ball or blocking it with your arms (this won't hurt I promise). Instead of seeing your sister hit by a car, change your vision to her crossing the street happily and with joy (even when your mad at her). Learn CPR. The red cross teaches it for free twice a year. Call your local chapter and take the course. This way if your boyfriend swallows that pin, you will know what to do. Be in control of your life. Be in control of your thoughts. Don't let the fear control you. Fear is all consuming. Once you beat the fear you will see how powerless it truly is. Right now you've given up your power to the fear. One technique that helped me overcome the fear is this one. Whenever I have a list of things to do, I do the things on the list I least want to do first and work my way up to the things I want to do. This is great practice for getting those painful things out of the way quickly. Your life will be more enjoyable if you do. Once you face a fear and work your way through it you will see how silly it was to be afraid in the first place.

You really have not given enough enformation here for someone to make that kind of determination. But, if you simply want to maintain a friendship with her you should have a talk with her. Let her know how much you treasure your relationship with her. Stress friend. You could also suggest that y'all go out on a double date (you bringing a date as well as she bringing a date). There are all kinds of ways that you can let her know in a kind and loving way so that you don't loose your frienship. Good luck!

I'm a girl, Ive never had sex or anything like that but i think i might have a Yeast Infection because it feels like its burning 'down there' and sometimes it hurts when i pea. idk what to do or even if i have one please give me some advice. Is it normal for a 14 year old to get a Yeast Infection?
Vaginal yeast infections are caused by a fungus called Candida albicans. Yeast are tiny organisms that normally live in small numbers on the skin and inside the vagina. The acidic environment of the vagina helps keep yeast from growing. If the vagina becomes less acidic, too many yeast can grow and cause a vaginal infection.
The acidic balance of the vagina can be changed by your period (menstruation), pregnancy, diabetes, some antibiotics, birth control pills and steroids. Moisture and irritation of the vagina also seem to encourage yeast to grow.
Yeast infections can be very uncomfortable, but are usually not serious. Symptoms include the following:
Itching and burning in the vagina and around the vulva (the skin that surrounds your vagina)
A white vaginal discharge that may look like cottage cheese
Pain during sexual intercourse
Swelling of the vulva
Yeast infections are so common that 3/4 of women will have one at some time in their lives. Half of all women have more than one infection in their lives. If you have symptoms of a yeast infection, your doctor will probably want to talk to you about your symptoms and examine you to make sure a yeast infection is the cause.
Yeast infections are usually treated with medicine that you put into your vagina. This medicine may be a cream that you insert in your vagina with a special applicator, or it may be a suppository that you put into your vagina and allow to dissolve on its own. Medicine in a cream form can also be put on your vulva to help relieve itching. Medicine in a pill form that you take by mouth is also available.
Be sure to see your doctor the first time you have symptoms of a yeast infection. It's very important to make sure you have a yeast infection before you start taking medicine. The symptoms of a yeast infection are also the symptoms of other infections, such as some STDs. Treating yourself for a yeast infection when you actually have another type of infection may make the problem much worse.
If you have often been diagnosed with yeast infections, talk to your doctor about using a medicine you can buy without a prescription
Here are some things you can do to help prevent another yeast infection:
Don't wear tight-fitting or synthetic-fiber clothes. Wear cotton panties. Don't wear pantyhose or leotards every day. Use your blow dryer on a low, cool setting to help dry your genital area after you bathe or shower and before getting dressed. Wipe from front to back after using the toilet. This may help prevent the bacteria that normally live in your rectum from getting into your vagina. Change out of wet swimsuits or other damp clothes as soon as you can. Don't douche or use feminine hygiene sprays, deodorant sanitary pads or tampons, or bubble bath, and avoid using colored or perfumed toilet paper. These items seem to affect the balance of acidity of the vagina and can lead to symptoms of a yeast infection.

plain and simple.. I'm obese, and i feel like dieing. what should i do?
Don't give something as easy as DIET or whatever. Maybe something you or someone you know has done to lose wright? i'm 70 lbs over weight and i hate myself for it...
First of all you might work on your mental attitude. The reason I say this is if you keep telling yourself that you hate yourself, your subconcious will believe it and act upon it. When you set a goal your subconcious will do things to sabotage you because of this belief. Start practicing "I Love Myself" afirmations. Hug yourself every morning and let your body know that you think it is beautiful. Picture it how you want it to look and start believing that you are there. Don't let anyone else's comments bother you (I know this is hard). Simply know in the bottom of your soul that you are a beautiful person and keep that vision of the new you always in mind. Mental attitude plays a big roll in how we view ourselves and how we view ourselves is what we become.
Now for diet. It's just a few things you need to do. I know you want to be able to still function among friends and family w/o standing out too much. Here's some suggestions. Start adding more raw fruits and vegitables to your diet. Do it slowly so that it isn't some drastic change. You see eating cooked vegitables is like eating dead food. Cooking kills vitamins and enzymes (fountain of life). What your body is doing is craving the nutrients that you are not getting so you keep eating and eating but your body is never satisfied. I'm not telling you to give up cooked vegitables, just add more raw ones to your diet.
As for sweets. You can fix fruits in a number of ways that can be tasty. What I like to do is make smoothies. I freeze bananas, mangos, pinapples, stawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. and then put them in a blender, add a little water and blend away. It's really good and filling. Also, stay away from processed sugar. Sugar depetes your body of nutrients, especially vitamin c. There is a great natural sweetner called Agave which is the juice of a cactus. It has a slight caramel taste to it and it is 30 times sweeter than sugar is. The great thing about it is if you know anyone who has diabetes this is a natural sweetner that they can have.
Something most people don't know about. Virgin Coconut butter helps to speed your metabalism up and helps your body to build more muscle mass instead of fatty tissue. In 1948 farmers wanted to fatten their cows so they gave them coconut butter. Instead of getting fatter the cows started slimming down and became more energetic. This was not what the farmers had in mind. They then took cows off of coconut butter and started feeding them corn. Corn made them fatter. So, stay away from corn as much as possible. Also, commercial meat is full of steoids, harmones and antibiotics. Steroids are for the purpose of fattening the cows up so what do you think it is doing to us? This is one of the main reasons obesity is an epidemic today. You can't loose weight easily because the foods contain substances that promote bulking up. Chicken now has it in them as well. What I suggest you do is find a local store that sells organically raised meat. These animals have been raised humanly and they don't have the additives in them. You will find that you like the taste of it better as well. If the stores in your area don't carry it, ask them if they will order it for you. Sometimes stores will do this.
Start walking a few times a week. You don't have to make it a big huge workout deal. Just start off slow by walking around the block and then add on to it from there. However you feel. Let your inner guide show you.

Is it the stupidest thing to want a baby when u had a miscarriage earlier on in the year, when earlier in your life u had bad things going on with your dad but knowing your mum would give you full support, having the bestest boy friend in the world u’ve been with him for a year and just wanting something to fill that hole in your heart you just want something more to love.. at the age of nearly 15..?
Do not ever call yourself stupid. Believe it or not you are setting yourself up subconciously to believe this and you and I both know that your not. Your just confused right now. I don't think you really want to have another baby. But, having a parent (for whatever reason) urging you to do this is cousing conflict within yourself. I think it's wonderful that you have such a fantastic boy friend. But, you have your whole life in front of you and so does he. There are so many things you can acomplish and you can't do that with a baby hanging on. Don't get me wrong I love babies, but, the void you are experiencing is not going to go away with a baby. I think the void you are experiencing is your not getting the good parential advice or kind of love you need at your age. Your thinking that having a baby will give you that love. It won't. Of course the baby will love you, but, it will grow up. It will become an individual with ideas of it's own. Y'all will have conflicts that will feel like the baby doesn't love you (when it still will). Your already feeling unloved. Ignor anyone (including your mother) who is urging you to have a baby. Take care of yourself. Find a spiritual leader (faith that speaks to you). You will find a lot of love, guidance, and support in this type of community. What are some healthy snacks you can replace with junk food to not eat just a bunch of swets- but somethign actually nutricious! Lol please don't send me to a website to look b/c i hate it when they do that...

Well, I have a lot of healthy snack ideas. To give you a little background info on me, I'm a raw and living foodest. That means I don't eat anything cooked. The reason for this is because cooking kills all of the nutrients and enzymes and all your left with is food that is considered dead. It has no life to it therefore how can it impart life to you. There is no room here for me to give you full detailed information on this way of eating, but, if you are interested, just write me and I will give you some web sites that are jam packed with information on this particular subject. They already have it all written out.
Some ideas on healthy snacks are easy. Any fruit is great and also filling. You can eat fruit all day long with no repercussions. You can make your own trail mix by picking your favorite dried fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, well you get the idea. Mix them all together and take them with you all day. When you feel your energy ebb just pop a handfull. You will notice your energy increase. I like to make smoothies during the day. I freeze fruits like bananas, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, mangoes, pineapples, etc. fill the blender with your favorite blend of fruits, I also like to crack open a young coconut and put the meat and coconut water in the mix. Add water and then blend well. As for the nutritional value of young coconuts. The water of a coconut has lectrolites in it and it has the same make up as plasma in your blood. During WWII in the pacific when they were low of blood they would do blood transfusions with this. It's wonderful stuff. Another great idea is to take bananas that are frozen, add vanilla, blend real well (you may need to add a drop of water, but just a drop). This taste better than ice cream. I do this with mangoes and pineapples too. You don't need to add sweetner to this but if you must see below.
What ever you do stay away from sugar as much as you possibly can. Sugar depletes your body of vitiman c and other nutrients. That's why sailors of old would come down with scurvey. Actually scurvey didn't become a problem with sailors until they introduced sugar. Another affliction due to sugar is tooth decay. This was pretty much nonexistent until sugar was introduced. The only other civilization that had tooth decay were the ancient Egyptions. Theirs was because of eating date sugar another form of processed sugar. We in the raw community do use a lot of dates as sweetners though. But, not date sugar. There is a great natural sugar substitute called Agave. This is a cactus juice. It is actually the cactus used in making tequilla. As a sweetner it is fantastic. It is 30 times sweeter than sugar and has a slight caramel flavor to it. It is great on anything. The best news of all is if someone you know has diabetes they can have this sweetner because it doesn't react the same in your body as other sweetners do. I hope this helps you with ideas. What are the causes of hysteria and manic depression?
I think I might have it.
I am frequently having hallucinations and my moods are always changing. I feel like I have a split personality at times. One part of me is happy at times, another is so depressed and suicidal.
As much as I'd like to be the one to help you I don't think this forum is the best place for you to seek the answer to this question. You need to get to a mental helth perfessional as soon as possible. Go to your family and friends and let them know what is going on with you. If they knew the seriousness of your difficulties they would drop everything to get you the help you desirve. My father was a manic depressive so I know something of this disorder. It is nothing to play around with.
Now, from my understanding the causes of manic depression is a chemical imbalance. I have a friend who is a manic depressive. She went on the raw and living diet. That means she eats nothing cooked. The reason behind this is your foods maintain all of their nutrients and enzymes (fountain of youth and life). As long as she stays on the diet she doesn't suffer from the symptoms of the disorder and doesn't have to take her medication. As soon as she gets off the raw and living food diet and eats the standard american diet she is smack dab back into the disorder. It is my theory (I am not a trained mental health professioal) that people who suffer this disorder are extremely sensitive to food additives (chemicals). Start eating fresh organic foods. If you like meat then get organically raised meat that have not been subjected to steroids, harmones or antibiotics. Think about it. We are not allowed to take steroids legally because if the aggressive behavior it induses in people, yet, we can put it in the cows so they will fatten up and then we injest it. Have you ever wondered why people are becoming more hostile? Let's not forget hormones. How many times have you heard the term "so and so is hormonal"? Both these additives induse hostility and yet we are allowed to eat it. It is in the meat, chicken, and cheeses. Top that with the fact that someone who may be manic depressive and chemically sensitive and what do you have.
Try not eating sugar, that includes drinking alcohal. Start eating organic whole grains, fresh vegitables, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds. You will start feeling better. But first, please find yourself a good mental health professional.

What all kinds of supplements are high school athletes allowed to take, and what kinds work the best? Also, I've heard that creatine can cause kidney problems, cramps, etc., is that true?

Some other suppliments that would work well for you are CoQ10 and Chromium Pycolinate. Both are know for building muscle tissue.
Something that I know will surprise you is that Virgin (raw) Coconut butter will build muscle tissue. In 1948 some farmers wanted to fatten their cows up so they gave them coconut butter. What happened next was disappointing to them. Instead of fatter cows, they got, slimmer, more energetic and muscular cows. This was the exact opposite of what they wanted so they took the cows off Coconut butter and put them on corn. The corn did the trick. It fattened the cows right up. The reason I had it take you to the book page is because there is a great book about the bennefits of Coconut oil. It has to be Virgin (raw) otherwise it won't work. Coconut butter is also great for people with hypothyroidism. It helps speed the metabolism back up.

I have problems remembering things. Here are some examples:
*for World history we had to make folder covers and had to label it "world history" but i forgot that it was world history so i put "world geography."
*i was talking to my grandma one time and i told her "ill never forget that time when..." and then literally 2 minutes later I forgot about it and I couldn't think of it.
*if I'm writing down a sentence from a book I have to look at the book every 2 words because i forget.
*In math or history I forget what happens or how to do a problem so when it comes to test time I don't do so well(i do good in math but HORRIBLE in history.)
those were just SOME things. What's wrong with me and is there any way to fix this??
Of course there is, but, you may not like what it is you have to do. A lot of problems that people experience today is due to their diet. Todays foods are chemically ridden. Meats have steroids, hormones and antibiotics in them which can create all kinds of problems for people starting from obesity to depression and of course the symptoms you have discribed. All of the vegitables are not even allowed to rippen on the vine anymore and are sprayed with a myriad of chemicals. It's a wonder we are able to stand up. Also, sugar is a big culperit for memory loss. If you are eating a lot of sugar you may want to cut back. Don't drink that soda or have that piece of bread. You may not think that you are eating that much sugar, but, conduct an experiment. Next time you are at the grocery store try to find something that doesn't have sugar in it. Corn syrup would be considered a sugar. I'll bet you'll find it to be very difficult. This society is completly hooked on sugar. Did you know that sugar is more addicting than heroin? A really good book on this subject is "Sugar Blues". What you need to do is start eating whole organic foods. If you eat meat find a store in your area that sells organically raised meat that has been raised without the hormones, steriods, and antibiotics. This type of meat is more expensive, but, it tastes and is so much better for you. When you have a sweet tooth eat fresh rippened fruits. Drink fruit juice that has no added sugar. There is a great product out there which is a cactus juice it is called Agave. It doesn't affect the body like sugar does and it is 30 times sweeter than sugar. This is something even diabetics can have. It tastes fantastic and you'll never miss sugar with this product.
Don't use sugar substitues. I don't know of a one of them, including splenda, that is good for you. Just copy and paste this into your web browser and it will take you there. These sugar substitues also cause the symptoms you have just described.
Something I know it will sound strange but it's true is you may be touch deprived. What I mean by this is you may need to hug more. Hug your mother, hug your father, friends and even your pets. Research has also shown that people who are touch deprived also suffer from the symptoms you have just discribed. A great book on this subject is "Touching, The Human Significance of the Skin" by Ashley Montigu.
Lastly, but just as importantly, you need to go in to the Doctor and have a check up. Just to make sure that there isn't anything physically going on. I think your fine, but, it is always a good idea to cover all of your bases.
