Hey! First off, i'm going to start by saying I came here on this site to give people advice. Some people actually don't know the real meaning of advice. They think its the answers they want to hear. But i'm not here for that. I'll give you advice, and it might be something you don't want to hear. But deal with it! You may take my advice or not, its completely up to you and you are not gaurnteed a correct solution.

Ok so now that's clear, I'll talk to you more about myself. Hence the username... I play volleyball. It is my passion and basically my life since I've played for about 7 years. Most of my friends say i'm 50/50 tomboy and girly girl. I LOVE sports!! I play volleyball all year round, and then I go to the park during free times to play some soccer, football, hockey, basketball or baseball with my friends. But then again, I could be inside trying on my new Sephora makeup i'd just gotten, or reading the latest Seventeen magazine or even arranging my clothes for school tomorrow.

You can ask me just about anything and i'll be happy to answer it. You can count on a full and detailed answer.

Oh and another thing... I love getting feedback! Even if its a negative comment. It tells me what I need to work on or even what I did correct.

I think it means that you asked her out too early. Did she just break up with her ex? if she did, she means that she needs more time to think about it. The reason why she's saying its not fair, is because it won't be fair to the ex. the ex will see that she dumped him for you because she agreed to go out with you so soon. Give her some time....

I was about 9 years old when I first got my ears pierced and found out a few years ago that i had an allergic reaction to nickle. I'm 24 years old now and I'm thinking of piercing them again beside the existing closed hole. I have a little bump on the back of my ears, my right ear lobe is nothing really. Is this keloid? Is it safe to give it another shot? It's not even big compared to the pictures I've seen, i think it's just scared puss. I knew exactly where i went wrong, i didn't rotate my earrings or clean them properly when i was a kid and it scabbed a bit. I want to pierce my ears again at a tattoo shop this time. HELP!!... i need an answer quick!

OMG i was EXACTLY like you. I got my ears pierced when I was 6 and I didn't know, but I was allergic to nickel and they started getting an infection. I thought it was something really stupid like i forgot to take them out after 6 months or something like that. My mom made me take them out and let them close up. Then just last year I REALLY wanted my ears pierced again and I went to the shop with my mom and my mom explained everything.

The workers there said they can pierce your ears with a stud that's pure silver and not nickel.

So there you go. You can get them pierced again as long as they are pure silver or gold. nothing nickel .

My ears are perfectly fine now.

mow peoples lawns, babysit, rake peoples yards, clean pools, pet sit, clean houses, bag grocieries at a store.

I think you have to be 16 or older to have an acutal job... so try doing some things that you can get money, but not really a job. For example, a carwash, or a fundraiser.

If one significantly increases their daily intake of proteins while regularly doing Pilates 5 times a week, will they gain muscle mass? Or can you only gain muscle mass by doing bulk-muscle exercises like lifting weights?

You can gain muscle mass by doing both!

If you intake proteins and do pilates 5 times a week- you'll get muscle mass but not as much

if you intake proteins and do muscle exercises and weight lifting, you'll get more muscle mass than the other one

the last day of skool was the last time im gonna see my close friend cause she is moving to diffrent country soon.But ive been avoiding her for a while because i was upset that she was moving and now shes doing the same too so we dont really talk anymore.And then when the class ended i tried to hold my tears but i burst up crying front of her and she tried to cheer me up couple of times but it didnt work so she left saying"im leaving so dont cry" and left me so i cried for like 3hours after school and after that we dont talk anymore, and yesterday she was on in AIM and i was scared to IM her but i TRIED talking to her in AIM and i finally i IMED her but she didt respond me i was waiting for like 2 hours but i was talking to my other friend also but she never replied and she signed off on me and that was the time i was really sad and upset and i was blaming myself for us drifting apart, and not close anymore and what do you think about this? = /

ok 1 question... why were you even avoiding her? you said because you were mad at her that she was moving.... it's not like it was her choice to move. Maybe she didn't even have a real chance to explain to you why she was moving. i agree with the other advicenator, plan something really special with her and you 2 just TALK! talk about your past and talk about why you are mad at her. trust me, it'll make you feel sooo much better if you just let it out.

Just because she is moving, doesn't mean that you 2 are never going to talk to each other again. Keep in touch by writing letters, emails, or phone call her.
You can even give her a present and wish her the best.

You NEED to fess up with her and tell her why you are sad/mad. If you don't, she'll be confused and won't know why you are mad/sad and will only make the friendship worse.

ok, this is something that may seem small, but it's driving me crazy. i'm going out with this guy right now. he is so sweet and he came up with this really cute nickname for me, and i love it. now i want to come up with one for him, but i just can't get one that sounds right, or doesn't sound too mushy. he has the prettiest blue eyes i've ever seen, but i can't think of anything other than calling him blue eyes which sounds really dumb. i could use suggestions, cause as small a thing as it is, i could really use help on it.

i have blach heads and acne how can i get it threat abd its wensday and i want to get rid of them by saturday... HELPPPPPP

DON'T wash it everyday

washing acne a lot only makes it worse

DON'T put any coverup or dirt or bacteria or anything on it

buy an acne lotion or cream that has Benzoyl Peroxide Gel 10%.

apply it 1-3 times a day

don't forget that before you apply it, you put on lotion because this stuff can make your skin dry out. so wait for the lotion to dry, and then apply it again.

Tomorrow I am going on a school field trip with the whole middle school. It is a fun place with pools, lake, fields, rock walls, et cetera. But I think I am getting my period so I don't know what to do. I'm not going swimming [I didn't want to.]Ireally sucks. I'm bringing pads. Is there anything else I can do? I am not a tampon person. Also, on Thursday we are going to a theme park, should I be okay on a log flume, rapid ride, and other water rides?

find a playground and play a sport. Soccer, basketball, kickball, softball, volleyball, etc. etc. etc.

Just because you have your period doesn't mean you can't play around and have fun.

as for the theme park, wellll I don't really think you should go on the water rides cuz there's a chance your pad can leak. You can still go on them, but as long as your bottoms don't get wet. If it's just your shirt and hair that gets wet, then thats ok

What does it mean if your throw up after running a mile or more? Is it something bad or is that normal under some circumstances?

uhh... well it's not really normal because i'm in track and most kids don't throw up after running a mile.

But then again... maybe you didn't wait long enough for the food in your stomach to digest? Or maybe you're not used to running that much, that you just got sick and threw up?

What ever it is, I would recommmend to start of easier and gradually work up harder

Ok my best friend (let's call her jenna) went out with (let's call him jimmy) (off and on)for 3 years... they broke up for the 5th and final time (for now) and she's heart broken. This time he for real wants to move on. He blocked her from aim and myspace and won't even talk to her. He was her world for almost 3 years and now he's gone... ok that's her version. The truth is he was a the biggest jerk to her and treated her like crap and she still wants him back and is acting emo about it now.. how can she get over it?

The best thing right now is for YOU to be there. Be her friend and guide her through her tough times.

Take her out to go swimming, or to the mall and shop. Be her friend and help her forget about it.

She needs to realize that if they were going on and off for 3 years, he treated her like crap... well then they are not a great couple! she need's to move on!!!

Go to some parties and just have fun. Hopefully there will be some guy who will treat her better.

okey, i like this guy, lets call him J and lets call me M and we used to be friends and flirt ALOT. but lately we havent talked to each other. I see him alot in the halls and at gym after school, but its just really awekward between us. I think that he knows that i like him bc, somebody who knows, went up to J and said, "I know someone who likes you!!" and then J is like, " Ya, i know its M." So i know that i like him. He told my friend that he thought i was pretty, but idk if he really means it because my friend might have been pressuring him into saying that. he also said that i was a really good friend, but idk. i have his screenname, but he doesnt know that i have one, so i cant just start talking to him, bc then he will think that im like a stalker for having it, but my friend just gave it to me, knowing that i like him. ahhh i really dont know what to do, sorry this is really long. but i dont really want to talk to him in person, because i never get a chance too, and i dont wanna tell my friend to talk to him for me, because thats just lame. im really in need of some help. so if anyone has some answers that would help!! thx in advance

If i were you, I would talk to him on AIM. That is soo much better than having a friend talk to him for you (making you look really shy) or you just going up to him and talking to him.

He's not going to think you're a stalker as long as you don't sound like one.

okay i have a serious problem, im addicted to guys..i always wanna date more than one guy and i have a perfect boyfriend who loves me bt for some reason im ALWAYS attracted to other guys. and im always so tempted 2 cheat waht do i do to stay faithful and build my self confidence. so many guys ask me out and hit on me but i still feel im not good enough i hate everything in my life! please some one give me good advice PLEAse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK so yes you do have a problem. It's really wrong to cheat on guys.

Try to force yourself. Say NO when guys ask you out. Just keep reminding yourself that you are only going out with 1 guy. Try to plan more events with your boyfriend so that you get more attached to him and not with other guys. What you can also do is tell this to a close friend and have them remind you when someone asks you out.

omg i went to log onto my account today when the computer starts and i clicked my username and it went right to my username! i have a password and i didnt have to type in the password.. somebody obviously changed my account and made it so i dont need a password. and whoever it was had easy access to my aim, myspace, yahoo, photobucket, and all of my accounts. it was definitely my parents snooping around. but i wanna catch them red handed so they cant deny it. whats proof that they did it besides the fact that my password was deleted? also, whoever it was deleted my history so i cant check if they went on any websites.. computer wizzes please help!

well you can't really do anything about it right now, but the best thing would be to catch them later on. Maybe try a password that is super hard to remember. Like your school locker combination, lunch pin number, favorite movie etc.

Also, i've found it really cool to change some of the letters into numbers. like the E in a word could be a 3 ,and an A could be a 4 ETC.

you can even try to hide a camera somewhere near and record it when you are off the computer to catch them.

Ok, so this is my first month on birth control and I have an important question. You have to take the pill at the same time everyday..so i was taking it at 8:30 every night Eastern Time (i live in VA) now im travelling and there's a 7 hour time difference...when its 1 pm in VA its 8 pm here. so my question is do i take the pill on the time zone im in..or continue taking it at 8:30 my time which would be 4 am here.

im so confused...

you take the pill according to the time in VA.

So if you took it at 8:30 there... you take it at 3:30 wherever the 7 hour time difference is.

because if it was 8:30 there, you add 7 hours to that and it would be at 3:30.

It doesn't matter where you are when you take the pill, all that matters is that you take it at the same time.
