How do you apply eyeliner? I don't know where to put it or how to put it on without poking my eye. please help! (link)

well i use the pencil for the bottom of my eye and all i do is pull donw the bottom of my eyes and apply it on top of my bottom eye lashes and if you want it light dont go over it but if you want it dark go over it a couple of times.
I also use liquid eye liner but i dont use that in the same place as i use the pencil because it stings, i apply it on my eye lids just abouve my eye lashes, if you want to try this here is a pointer, if you want it dark make it a thick line if you want it light make it a thin line and make it as near to your eye lashes as possible for good results , dont worry if you cant get this one right away because it took me ages to get it right lol. hope i could help.

My friend has tried to kill herself many times because she thinks shes ugly. I tell her shes beautiful but she won't believe me. People make fun of her and say shes ugly, but I told her its just because they are JEALOUS. I feel if I post a picture of her on here, and I want to know if you guys really think shes ugly. well i could not see the pic. but i think she should listen to you because you are her friend and friends dont lie, and i would believe my friend over a jerk any day. and some times the reason for people being bullied is not because there is some thing wrong with them it may be because they lack confidence and the bullys know it, i think you should try to build her confidence as much as you can and she might not be so down in her self , and you should try to get her some help if it has gone so far that she has try to hurt her self. hope i could help !

Okay, 2 Q's...
#1: What is this Garnier Fructis stuff and how does it work?
#2: My hair is about shoulder length and layered. I can wear it curly or straight and flipped out. I can pull it into a ponytail, but I can only braid it about an inch, and half of the hair had fallen out anyway. My hair is golden blonde and it usually cooperates pretty well. My question is this: What is a formal way that I can wear my hair? At least nicer than a ponytail.

ok, well i have 2 brothers 1 of them is a twin with me and we share a room. The second one is always an asshole and never leaves me alone, my twin and I are about to lose our heads!!! We try letting him in are room and work things out but he is so anoying! we are all about the same age 13-14 the ass hole is 14 but we dont get along! You know how when you say that you hate your mom or dad or sibling, well i really hate my brother! Ive hated him my whole life! What can i do to resolve this issue? (link)

well he might feel left out, when i was younger me and my cousin nicola was so close like sisters she was at my house all the time and my sister always got us into trouble and she always annoyed us and now we are older she told me it was because she felt left out , when me and my little sister fight i just ignore her then wen she has calmed down and stopped bein annoying i talk to her and sort it out, i think you should try that . good luck !

I want to get highlights for my hair. I'm female 13 blue eyes amd light brown hair. I want to get a lot of medium brown streaks, and then also a few blonde streaks. I'm not sure if this will look good so I need opinions if thats a good combination for highlights? (link)

well i think that will look a bit much so i think u should stick to one colour i think the blonde will look nice cos u have blue eyes but my friend she has brown hair and blue eyes and her hair looked so cute when she had blonde highlights put in, but if you want to go for a more natural look i would go for the different shades of brown that will also look cute. hope i helped .

My best friend (who is 15) is dating my younger brother (who is also 15). Sometimes I feel left out because I'm 18... But I just found out that my brother had sex with her. well i dont think u should tell your parents but i think you should try to persuade your brother to tell your parents , and you should also try to talk ablout it with your friend and also tell her that your some times feel left out and try and work it out between you all. good luck !
