Q: ok ok, i just got my period for the first time this morning. now what! how do i know when it will come back? should i start with pads or tampons (now i'm using pads)? and ahh just please help!

if youre not comfortable sticking something up there, use pads. it comes back in approimately 28 days (4 weeks). no worries. relax, every girl goes through it.

Q: I have lots of pimples and well does anyone know any good good creams or anything like that. cuz i tried some and it didnt work I thougt maybe im eating to much chocolate and im not so please help I'm really pretty but with these pimples i feel so ugly inside. HELP i rate high

clearasil cream works for me. but one thing you should try.. dont always use the same thing to wash your face. if you do, your skin will stop reacting to it and it wont fight off the pimples. proactiv also works really well.

if you want to be a vegetarian, you can be. but listen, to stay healthy you have to take a lot of vitamins because youre missing a lot of things you need to maintain your health. dont worry about what your friends think. just make sure youre not putting yourself in danger.

(thats how long since wed broke up (me and the guy) ) (and the friend has tons of guys that like her .. ) well she went to dinner with one of them and saw my ex ( they've went out before) and told me that he looked really jealous .. i started to cry .. i love him so much and im not ready to give him up .. so i tried to sound like i wasn't crying but i think she could tell .. i couldn't see why she would tell me that .. know i like/love him so much !!! what should i do about the guy and the friend ??

i know what you mean about getting nervous. im like that around joel. youre just so afraid that youll screw things up. you just have to be confident about yourself and know a guy like you for you. ok so now to answer your question.. i also have a friend like that, that tells me things and it seems like she just tries to make me feel bad. it used to really get to me, but i really stopped caring. some people are just like that. just try not to let it get to you, and know that most of it probably is an exaggeration because she wants to make herself feel good. about the guy.. you need to tell him how you feel. tell him the stuff he heard about you was a bunch of crap. just be straight up with him and tell him how youre feeling. much love.

you made a mistake but you cant go back. im not going to preach to you because you cant go back and change it, but you can learn from it. if youre thinking about abortion, stop. its murder and thats just completely wrong. i dont really have enough information to tell you what to do. you just have to trust that God will get you through this. you are very young, and maybeyoure not ready to raise a baby. if your mom is willing to raise the baby, thats great. but these days, parents have to work. you might have to put the baby up for adoption. i suggest talking to your parents about it and figuring things out that way. pray about it. dont worry about what people think about you. you shouldnt care if people think youre too skinny. if you think youre too skinny, it makes you that way. its all about confidence so just be confident in yourself. but you could stop eating so much and let your metabolism slow down on its own.

Q: Hi everyone...im just wondering..I had a few pimples a little while ago like a month ant there is like a little reddish spot where they were. Is there any cream or wash that it make it back to my normal skin color, because the pimple isn't there anymore and i want it to be my normal skin color again..Thanks.

get some kind of scrub. blackhead clearing scrub might work. or get a mask and leave it on for a few minutes. dont touch your face after you wash it or use a mask. also in the meantime find concealor or foundation thats the same color as your skin.

tell him you like him. if you talk to him about everything, it really shouldnt be that hard. just tell him how you feel and youd really like to be more than friends. be straight up and do it in person, one on one.

Q: ok well i had two best friends but now they are mad at me for something and we aren't friends anymore. The one..Molly..she used to share a locker with me well she moved out of it and it is really hard to be around someone that hates you when they are in a lot of my classes and lunches together. tell your ex-friends that you really dont like whats going on. tell them theyre being immature and they need to stop being like that. dont talk to them in an angry way, be nice about it. dont do it online because people take things wrong on the internet all the time. if you really dont want them talking to you online, block them or get a new screenname. just be straight up with them and tell them to stop. then get new friends and hang out with them and just ignore your ex-friends.

you really dont need to have sex with him. you need to save yourself for marriage. what if you get married and you cant give your husband all of you because youve already given a part of yourself away? youre only 13, you arent ready for sex. would you want to get pregnant or an STD? its putting yourself in danger. yure still a kid, stay that way. im realizing lately that i need to embrace being a kid while i still can. dont rush into adulthood because later youll wish you hadnt. fingering is pointless. it will just hurt you and give your boyfriend a reason to pressure you into sex. if he only wants to be with you if youll let him do things to you, you shouldnt be with him anyway. save yourself.

Q: When I started Junior High, I noticed this guy and he seemed pretty cool. At first I kind of thought he was weird because of the way he looked (long hair,converse high-tops..etc) but then I got to know him and sort of developed a crush on him. By the end of 7th grade I became OBSESSED and one night with a box cutter, I just carved his name into my arm. He never noticed. It seemed like he had a crush on me too for a while, he would call me things like "cutie" and "sweetie" . The beginning of the year he seemed like he liked me still, and I hadn't told him about my scar. I needed to get it off my chest, so I told my friend who has him 6th period to tell him and she did. After school he looked scared and luckily he didn't see me. The next few days he would look at me and the stare at the ground. He supposedly said he "hated me" because I carved his name into my arm. It doesn't make sense, how could he change his feelings that quickly? Now he thinks I'm this weirdo. What should I do? I still have major feelings for him, even though I don't show it. Because I feel like I can't. Please help me.

you need to sit down and talk to him one on one. tell him how you feel and that what you did was stupid and you werent thinking. you shouldve told him about your scar, but thats in the past. tell him that you have really strong feelings for him and try to make him understand.

Q: I'm always craving junk food. When it comes to self-control, I have none in the food category. If I have a bag of chips, I could probably eat the whole bag if nobody was there to stop me. I just get caught up in something else and eat continuously and I don't like when I do it. I need some ideas for (easy) snacks to make right at home (besides like fruits/vegetables). I don't want something that will take forever to make either. I will appreciate any good ideas!

cheez-its and ranch dressing. it sounds nasty but it is so good. plus its easy and not too fatning. plus if you eat a lot of junk food just make sure you work out a lot. also apples and peanut butter are really good.

Q: does anyone have any exercize ideas on lik how to loose weight on your calves and your upper part of your arm....websites with pictures of exercizes would help and how many crunched should i do a day if i want a flat stomach in 2 weeks?

for your calves all you have to do is run. im not exactly a pencil myself but i run a lot and i have REALLY strong calves. for the upper part of your arms do push-ups every morning and every night. start with maybe 25 then gradually increase when you want to. and crunches, do 50 every morning and 50 every night. if you want results quicker, increase the number of crunches you do. to make it easier i would do 25 crunches then 10 push-ups, then 25 cruches, then 10 push-ups. do the same at night. it really does help.

Q: Hey it's me again the 14/f that is pregnate..For those of you that don't remember or know me, I had a boyfriend in jail and the side relationship where I got pregnate and found out from a test. Pierre is his name..not mike..but anyway pierre wants this baby aborted..he said he's not going to lose his football career over me or the baby..i`m already 6 weeks and I love this baby more than anything now. Telling my boyfriend was hard.. even harder then telling my father! My boyfriend was really mad since he just got out of jail and everything and wanted to kill the crap out of pierre..well my boyfriend really loves me and you can tell..since he said he'll be the father since pierre won't....but what should i do..should i still consider abortion? because I really want this child...
