I keep on getting rated 5s and each time my rate goes down like I had 4.56 and I got a 5 and it went down to a 4.5

some of your feedback probably expired. ratings only last for 30 days and then it doesnt count in your average rating anymore.

If someone rated you more than 30 days ago, that rating doesn't get included in the calculation. The only reason why your rating is going down is that some ratings are older than 30 days or someone rated you below a 5. Don't worry, ratings aren't important. Hope I helped :)
