Alin75 answered Saturday January 8 2005, 2:27 pm: Listen to me very very carefully. Fitness advice on this site is dreadful. There is NO excercise on earth that will make you lose weight from a specific area of the body. That is a myth, our bodies dont work this way. You can ONLY add muscle to a specifc area, not lose fat there (fat loss happens overall in the body and the order is decided by our genes). Now, here is a link which will give you excercises for each muscle you want to train. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
(just click on the name next to the human body). A note on crunches- building a strong stomach is not about how many you do. As they get easier, you should use a small weight behind your head to keep the reps to no more than 20 or so. Otherwise you are wasting your time. Feel free to send me any further questions you might have and please believe me when i tell you that most fitness advice here ranges from bogus to potentially dangerous. KaTiE_LyNn answered Saturday January 8 2005, 1:44 pm: for your calves all you have to do is run. im not exactly a pencil myself but i run a lot and i have REALLY strong calves. for the upper part of your arms do push-ups every morning and every night. start with maybe 25 then gradually increase when you want to. and crunches, do 50 every morning and 50 every night. if you want results quicker, increase the number of crunches you do. to make it easier i would do 25 crunches then 10 push-ups, then 25 cruches, then 10 push-ups. do the same at night. it really does help.
