Jogging and bicycle Riding will do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. Hmm. I guess maybe you have two options?? You could simply go to youR PROFILE SETTINGS page and in the slot wheRe it says "Upload a picture of you", click BROWSE and find it on youR machine.
If THAT doesn't woRk, go to http://www.photobucket.com and SIGN UP foR a 100% FREE account. Then SIGN IN, and click BROWSE, then find it on youR machine. Once it's uploaded, it will GIVE you the URL addRess foR it in the slot that says URL. Simply copy and paste that into the slot that says "URL of a picture of you"
If THAT doesn't woRk, on Photobucket, copy the stuff inside the slot "TAG" and paste that in the VERY TOP of youR BIO box on youR PROFILE SETTINGS page!!
