It's the belief that society exists at it's peak without government; the complete freedom of everyone to do whatever they wish. However, like most political philosophies (especially Communism) it works only in theory. When applied, the human factor ruins it. People are greedy and selfish at their core, and will resort to any means necessary to ensure their own survival. On paper, in anarchy, everyone would do their own thing to survive. If one person raised crops, and another raised animals, they could barter their items so they could both have them. However, murder, theft, greed; etc. keeps a society like that from existing.
There is no "perfect" government, no utopia for us to live in. We just do the best we can without being killed by someone else. [ K3587's advice column | Ask K3587 A Question ]
