HELP IM FAT! ok so i weigh about 126... and i need to weigh 105 before a start to wear my swimming suit!!!!!!! please help me and dont say i dont need to loose weight because you dont know that. how do you loose 21 pounds in like 3weeks???? do i just not eat?!

the answer below mine is true to some degree. not eating does slow down your metabolism. I recommend eating breakfast. Eating small meals actually helps.
I saw one problem with one of the answers below me. The south beach diet is not proven (low carbs) nor has it been studied with exhaustive research. Not one doctor has endorsed it, despite what media will tell you. A quick fix by reducing carbs is not the answer. You may lose your weight, however, when you return your eating habits to normal, you tend to gain more. Also, cutting carbs for long periods of time will result in dehydration, fatigue, and has been linked to kidney problems and strokes. THis is very true with women. Also, ask yourself a serious question. Losing 21 lbs in three weeks is not only unhealthy, but can be deadly. it would be different if you had 100 of fat that you could lose. But based on your body weight given, you do not.
Swimming is a good exercise for total body exerice. I recommend taking your time. I would also consult a doctor about how much weight you can lose HEALTHILY. As the old saying goes, "taking your time and doing it right is always the best way to do ANYTHING." Strive for life long fitness, not summer fitness. ]
ag no, dont stop eating! you'll actually end up gaining weight because your body freaks and thinks your starving so it sloooowwws down your metabolism!!
swim swim swim, if you have a pool in your backyard so you can do it w/ privacy. it really helps your overall muscle tone and makes you feel better w/ endorphins. or if you enjoy running/jogging/or walking. if you stick with any kind of work out its almost guaranteed that you'll loose weight. pick a workout that you enjoy though!! because then you'll be more likely to do it!
you should go on a reasonable diet though. high fiber, low carb (south beach diet) works really well. eat lots of fruits and veggies and salads and NO soda, cookies, cakes and that kinda junky stuff that you can do without!!

No not eating is NEVER the answer. Pace yourself. Eat smaller portions and try to cut down n the extra snacking. Eat healthier foods and try not to eata lot of sugar or foods with a lot of calories. You may not be able to lose the weight in 3 weeks but don't get discouraged and don't give up. Try exercises too. Maybe go to the gym. ]
WORK OUT AT YOUR LOCAL GYM. do sit ups. run . swim. eat right, any thing that basically getts you heart pumping and you sweating.

Jogging and bicycle Riding will do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! okay first of all, you ARENT fat and you do NOT need to lose weight. but since you insist .. NO, don't stop eating!!! it takes longer to lose weight that way than any other diet. if you want to lose weight the best thing i can tell you is to just eat healthy. no soda, tons of water. exercise at LEAST 30 minutes a day but since you want to lose a ton of weight, id say more. i dont know if it will be possible for someone your size to lose so much weight in such a small amount of time but good luck! ]
NO!! dont just stop eating because you will just get fatter because your body will just be on body water. you should have a lot of salad and not alot of calories. like have cereal for breakfast salad for lunch and soup for dinner. just watch the calories.

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!!! If you want to loose weight.. you can actually do it quicker WITH FOOD!.. you just have to eat right.. and exercise.. if you DONT eat.. your matabalism slows down so when you start eating again you gain weight faster anyway.. and well if you DONT start eating again.. you die.. so just stop eating junk food.. eat fruits vegies grains meat.. all that good stuff.. and fish is really healthy and good too!.. but if you just eat right and excersize.. youll loose wieght.. not promising that youll loose that much in that little of time.. but i promise if you keep it up youll loose some weight!
