There's this boy at my school. He's new, I'm a sophomore and he's a junior. Every time I see him in the hallway, he's checkin me out! And I think he's the cutest person I've ever seen in my life. The thing is, we have never talked, and probably never will becuase no classes, no mutual friends, and different groups... the groups part means like I'll never run into him at a party (he's kind of into the skater scene and I go to the weekend parties, and also I'm more popular than he is). So were not in the same group, but he is actually so attractive to me and there is just so much tension between us and I wanna hook up with himmm!! I have no idea how to approach this situation because theres a lot of setbacks. What should I do about him?

Forget this high school group nonsense. You are entitled to talk to whoever you want to talk to. Next time you see him in the hallway go up to him and say hi. Yes, this is a bit scary to do, but most people turn out to be quite happy when a stranger talks to them. If he checks you out constantly, there is a good chance he'd keep up a conversation. If you have enough courage, ask for his number.

If you are really too worried about going up to him and saying something, at least smile at him in the hallway. This may prompt him to approach you!

this is kind of a weird question and maybe it isnt even possible, i wouldnt know. but is there any natural ways to make my boobs bigger. i know thats a really awkward thing to ask but i feel like mine have gotten smaller or something..i dont even know. thanks for your help

There really isn't a natural way to make them bigger that you'd want to try out.

As one columnist mentioned, taking birth control does make them bigger, but that's because birth control makes boobs swollen. Once you got off the birth control, your boobs would return to normal size. Furthermore, you sound a bit young to try out birth control anyway.

Eating more and drinking more milk can make boobs grow. This is because this make one gain weight. However, you would not just gain weight on your chest, you'd gain it all over, which I'm assuming is not something you want.

Be happy with the cup size you are. The way it sounds, you still have a bit more to grow!

I love this guy SO much. He just recently added me on my space. I need to tell him how I feel about him..I want to tell him that I do like him a lot...but it's alright with me to just be friends. First off, my dear, love is a very, very strong word and generally you cannot say you love someone unless you've been with them for a very long time. I just wanted to point this out.

As the person below me said, leaving a comment on myspace would be a good idea. He'd eventually see it, and most likely would eventually comment back. Hopefully, after that you can keep a small conversation via myspace going. Once you've become acquainted casually sit next to him in study hall and start a conversation. Really, you won't be able to become friends until you start talking!

There's really no way to tell if he likes you or not unless you just come out and ask him. This is quite scary, and I do advise you to not do this right away because that may frighten him. Nevertheless, there is the always a possibility that he does like you so start talking to him.

I write for my high school's student newspaper. Writing about the election and the school's sports is starting to get very over-done. What kinds of things does your school's paper include? I live in a small town, so we don't have many major news such as drug busts or things to that effect.

Any creative ideas your paper does?

Currently, my school is working on an issue that deals with our school and town's history. We're having articles about people who have been the school mascot, the teacher who has been here the longest, and milestones in our history. I am doing a piece on teacher's funny stories from years past. You can try doing something like this.

By the way, I live in a small town too, but we still have drug busts, unfortunately.

I having a hard time deciding if I should take online school or go to college campus. I would suggest going to a college campus. You will miss your boyfriend and your job, but a change of scenery is good for everyone. You may actually find you're quite happier in a different city.

Furthermore, people have told me before that they feel like they've missed out on so much by not going to a college campus. A lot of people view it as a rite of passage. You grow up a lot and learn to view the world differently.

Try for the college campus. If you do regret it, you can always go back home.

She's super cute, definitely a 10.
I'm an average looking guy, shy, but people tell me I'm really nice and sweet.
I've partied with her 3 times, and she has been nice to me in person even though I've been somewhat shy.

It is not unheard of at all for her to go for a guy like you. Sweet guys generally come out victorious in the end.

All personality traits aside, if you have mild feelings for someone, you generally should peruse a relationship. You never know how cut out you might be for someone unless you give it a shot. As of late, my parents, friends and counselors at school have been talking A LOT about colleges and it's starting to freak me out.


I'm a 16 year old junior in high school, so it's REALLY time I start picking out where I want to go. I'm pretty much set on what I want to do as far as a career goes, but I don't know which college I want to go to, which is pretty bad seeing as that will determine my career path?!


So, like I said: I don't know where to start! I know I want to stay in state or go to a neighboring state, but how should I go about researching, choosing, and whatnot?

Talk to your counselor again. The counselors at my school have nifty little search engines that you can put in the major you're thinking of pursing, the state you want to go to college in, and a few other attributes that you'd like in a college.

Find out if your school uses Naviance. It's one of these search engines, and it's a life saver.

It could be just a sore throat, it could be strep, it could be an infection. If you've been experiencing symptoms this long, you really should see a doctor. Strep does not necessarily come along with other symptoms, so you really need to get checked out.

Okay when i was 6 i was 63 poumds and i was really skinny but i still had muscles (natural) i lived in NY and i walked everywhere and i was happy. I ate candy everyday (it sounds bad i kno) but i used to jump around and all. I moved to NJ and ever since fifth grade i started to ain weight. I was a size 2 ant the end of it. People called me emo because i was always sad. I ate junk food and never moved around. Now I am 123 pounds and in 7th grade. Now i have a lot of problems now and i sleep late. The reason you gained weight is because you went through a magical transformation known as puberty. Embrace it.

It's completely natural to gain weight as you grow older. To be honest, it would be completely unnatural if you did not. I would be worried if you were still 63 pounds. You're 13 now, not six, and you should weigh more. Sleeping late is normal too because when you are a teenager your body needs more energy to keep going, therefore, you sleep longer.

You really do not need to lose weight, but if you have your heart set on shedding a few pounds, eat healthy foods and exercise. Trade sweets and candy for fruits and vegetables. Go jogging or do some other cardio three times a week. Really, one should do this regardless of if they wanted to lose weight or not, seeing as this is how to be healthy.

There is absolutely no estimated price. You can go all out and drop millions of dollars on a wedding or you can go to Vegas and get a marriage license fairly cheap. Really the sky is the limit. When planning a wedding you need to set your own budget or talk it over with a wedding planner and have them help you set one.

If you have dry skin, buy a good moisturizer. Personally, I like anything from Clinique. It can be a bit pricey, but it's really high quality stuff and it works well. If you really don't want to spend that much, go to Bath and Body Works, or just a drug store, they sell some cheaper moisturizers there.

As for blackheads, you can either buy strips that remove blackheads or you can remove them using a facial scrub.

To take good care of your skin, you should get into the habit of having a cleansing routine. Wash your face, cleanse, and moisturize. If you go to skinid.com you can find good treatments for your type of skin.

Well, if you do in fact no he doesn't like you, believe it. Don't waste your time.

However, if you're not sure, you just believe he doesn't like you, tell him you like him and ask him to hang out sometime. It's much easier than playing silly games.
