Knee brace. Tell your coach what's going on, let him know. He may give you some exercises to do. Also see your doctor. He'll probably put you in a .... knee brace. It'll keep the knee stiff and keep it from flexing the wrong way. You might have some damage too that a doctor needs to see. I've been weightlifting since I was a teen and I squat 750lbs but I have a knee injury too.

I was trying to do an overhaul on my computer & when I put in the installation disc it wants me to put in my product key. Well, obviously I threw it away...can't find it anywhere. Sometimes the product key is on a sticker located on the back of the case. Also check the package your OS came in. Have you reformatted the drive yet?

So I'm pretty much the most good goody you have ever seen. I'm 16/f. I have a 4.0 GPA. I am chosen to be in senior classes even though I am a shophmore. I do everything when I am suppose to do it and how I am supposed to do it. I have never drank, did drugs, or had sex. But I am so sick of being the same old boring me. Let me fist say, I commend your celibacy and the fact you take a stance against underage drinking. Those are all things to be proud of. There are plenty of things to do without drinking or having sex. I never was 'wild' either growing up. If you do have sex. As I am sure what I am about to say next has been drilled in your head a thousand times, use protection! My advice is to keep on the path you are going and wait until you are twenty one to start drinking and until you are financially responsible to take care of a child. After all that what sex is for, to have children. If you just can't help yourself and want to hang out without drinking, do like I do, go to the local pool hall and shoot a game of pool. Honestly, in my opinion, there's really no nice way to break up. Sure, you can sugarcoat it and beat around the bush but breaking up is breaking up. You can't control how the other person will react. Since you are concerned about his feelings, you might start off by telling him you care about how he feels but don't see a future in staying together because... (insert your own verbiage here). Okay there's two situations here.
1: What do you do when you find out one friend spread a rumor about two of your other friends (ONE BEING YOUR BOYFRIEND THE OTHER HIS SISTER) that they don't take baths when they do, to the bus driver who's now being all weird and mean to them without proof and the two, TJ and Samantha, well their dad, is sewing or something and the lawyer wnats a statement from me on what's been going on while I was on the bus......lik what should I write? Your best answer is to tell the truth. If this really is a case of slander then the judge will decided. If you haven't seen anything then write that in your statement. Me and my wife have the same problems. I have a weightlifting related injury and my wife banged up her knee when she was in the Army. We've found that neither of us can do too many things when we are hurting but we both enjoy the spoon position. It works great and no stress on the knees. There are variations on it too as well.

It's really about what shaving cream you use. I rarely use shaving cream, I just dry shave but they make shaving cream for sensitive skin types. Also, I've had better luck with the triple blades/quad blades. Less strokes means less irritation.

Someone [my sorta kinda friend] asked me if I wanted to go smoke weed in the woods with him...I was with my other friend and she is a big flirt and is all like okay! [she didn't actually smoke anything, she was just playing around] but she walked off with him and I had said no. She always calls me emo and a downer, and I'm not even emo, I have friends that are "emo" but I'm not. what did I do to deserve this?? Sorry to say that's not a friend. She should at least respect your wishes, even if it was something simply as in a movie choice. I'd say ditch the friend and move on. You are better not having that friend. Besides it's illegal. Let's say you are driving or you are a passenger in a car and you are pulled over by the police. Guess what? You have as just as much chance of going to jail and being charged with the amount of dope your friend has on them. I speak from experience when I say this. I never smoked dope and had a friend that did. We got pulled over and I was charged with what my friend had. I was 16 at the time, had to go to jail and was put on probation for a year, all for something I didn't do. I learned from it, so maybe you can learn from me.

I started the pill for the first time on my last period.

Well, this may question may best be answered by someone else but I'll give it a stab. My wife has abnormal periods, lasting 5-10 days at a time. She took the pill and it helped a lot, regulating the duration. However, we have our second child even though she was on the pill. You may still want to get a pregnancy test.

if i eat just breakfast like a bagel in the morning and eat like a little bag of chips 150 calories and come home and go running for like 30 mintues, would that make me lose weight faster since i didnt eat that much and am probably burning more than i ate that day?
Few things first. How far are you running? Just a few blocks, few miles? Second, here's what I did. For dinner I'd have a well balanced meal. Then about four or five hours later I'd go to bed. So about around 6pm I'd eat then go to bed around 10pm-11pm. I'd get up about 5am, stretch and I'd run five miles BEFORE breakfast. I'd let my body decided how much I should eat. By the end of the five miles I'd be extremely hungry. Once again I ate a well balanced breakfast but I ran a lot and I did eat a lot too. You calorie intake will be higher if you are working out compared to someone who is just sitting around. Also to, if you don't eat enough, you'll feel lagged and extremely tired, thus making you want to quit and give up. I have no clue to as what your intake should be but a personal trainer should be able to answer that.

My friends and I were having a discussion in my AP US Government class because our teacher was absent and we were bored. Anyway, one girl was telling me how, if you're not legally certified and you were to, for example, give someone CPR or the heimlich maneuver, even if you save their life, they can sue you...
She said once she was lifeguarding at a club and somehow a pingpong table fell over on a young girl and the parents wanted to sue for emotional damages or something like that. They club had to settle because their lawyer said the lawsuit could win. I just have 2 questions...
How is it legal that you could sue someone for saving your life just because they weren't certified to do so?
How is it moral to do that? Your life (or child's life) was SAVED, how are you going to morally justify suing someone... are you that cheap and can you possibly want money that much?

Well, I'll be honest with you. I'm more a Chevy fan than anything else...no I'm just a Chevy fan. Overall BMW makes higher end good running cars. However, be willing to auction off your first born and sell a kidney if anything major should go wrong. Unless you can do the work yourself.
