bad knees
both me and my fiancé have bad knees from old high school sport injuries. they're good some days and horrible other days, both right knees are the worst. what positions for sex are best that put the least amount of pressure on your knees.

Me and my wife have the same problems. I have a weightlifting related injury and my wife banged up her knee when she was in the Army. We've found that neither of us can do too many things when we are hurting but we both enjoy the spoon position. It works great and no stress on the knees. There are variations on it too as well.
