Thats way to little too eat especially if you do any kind of workout such as sports or just running. Its ok if you eat as long as its healthy try salads, fruit, and fish. Best of luck losing weight

yes it will make you lose weight faster but its hard to run when you dont have any food in your body. i would suggest eating fruit instead of chips.

Not eating a lot will not help. You need to burn calories, which you will not do if you do not eat any. I've said this before, running without eating at all is like trying to drive a car with no gas.

Few things first. How far are you running? Just a few blocks, few miles? Second, here's what I did. For dinner I'd have a well balanced meal. Then about four or five hours later I'd go to bed. So about around 6pm I'd eat then go to bed around 10pm-11pm. I'd get up about 5am, stretch and I'd run five miles BEFORE breakfast. I'd let my body decided how much I should eat. By the end of the five miles I'd be extremely hungry. Once again I ate a well balanced breakfast but I ran a lot and I did eat a lot too. You calorie intake will be higher if you are working out compared to someone who is just sitting around. Also to, if you don't eat enough, you'll feel lagged and extremely tired, thus making you want to quit and give up. I have no clue to as what your intake should be but a personal trainer should be able to answer that.

I wish you luck!

I had to come back and enter more information.
My point is, you should let your body decide what it needs, that's why I suggest eating after you workout, not before. It may take a bit longer to loose but it will be more of a longer lasting thing.

Yes, most likely it will make you loose weight faster. Although, this is unhealthy and you should know that the weight will probably come back once you stop this routine.

Hope I Helped !
