Okay... So, a few months ago, I won an iPod shuffle in a contest. I used it for a few weeks, but something was wrong with the charger/loading dock. So I called everywhere, and I kept getting hung up on by Apple, so I gave up.
For Christmas, I recieved a portable iSound charger, that has a USB transfer port/charge mechanism. It also runs on batteries.
It charged the iPod, amazingly, and I was all excited.
However, when I went into iTunes, to try and move songs into the iPod, it didn't register under devices.
How do I make it register??? (link)

My question,
Everyone at work knows that our boss who is married is dating someone at work, when the gossip started he call everyone in to his office and told them if the gossip continued he would give everyone a 3 day lay off or some would lose their job..Can he do this if the gossip is true?
by-the way his wife also works @ the same place...

well weight watchers is defently the chepest but it takes forever and ever one of my friends tryed jenny craig she lost 17 pounds and she looks pretty good but she dosnt look the best she could and i have tryed nutrisystem i think jenny craig and nutrisystem are the same price and guess how much i lost on nutrisystem...i lost 50 pounds its so great and so worth it go for it really it rocks good luck hope you lose as much as me

i can't stand my boyfriend anymore, we've only been dating a couple months and he is always telling me how much in love he is and how he never loved somebody as much as he loves me. he made me meet his entire family, church members, friends, etc. and always tricks me into going to his grandma's house so i can become "friends" with his grandparents. and for christmas he got me a bracelet that has an engraving of "i Love you more than anything"... i just got him a blanket? again, we've only been dating about a month and a half!!! This is moving WAY too fast for me and i told him that he just got mad and ignored me.
second thing, we never do ANYTHING physical,not even a peck on the cheek. I don't really find him attractive but i didn't think that was an issue because i loved his personality, but it makes it difficult to be physical and im growing tired of his dirty jokes. He is so awkward about everything, he has to announce when he is going to put his arm around me or try to kiss me it makes me really turned off.
i want to break up so badly, because im really tired of all this, but the thing is he gets so moody about things. Before when i tried to break up with him he said "this isn't going to happen again." and it really freaked me out. Now i have his entire family, friends, and church members breathing down my neck if i want to break up with him he's going to make it so chaotic!
i guess my question is, how can i break up with him in a way that i can make him feel good about it, or at least not make him upset?

Tough break. What I would do is tell him in the NICEST way possible that you just don't think its going to work. Like say, "I'm so sorry (w.e his name is) but I really don't think this is going to work out. We gave it our best shot and it was fun, and trust me, you'll find another girl and when I see that girl I'll be totally jealous." Smile fragilly and try to make him laugh. If he goes all psycho on you, just walk away. Your not the one at fault here, if he makes a scene don't be apart of the play. Maybe you could even tell him that you can't be tied down right now but you still want to stay close friends because you think he is cool. Compliment him, but not in a flirty way because then you would be leading him on. Just apologize and leave it at that.

Okay so i'm really confused... i dont think this is the right thing to do cause if he cheated on his other wife than he will do it with you i cant say if he really cared about you he wouldent do that but if he cheated on his ex than he must not apreciate woman so i think you should break up with him before he hurts you you are to inportant to be hurt i really hope you give what i have said a chance just trust me trust me like your best friend please cause if i was you i wouldent even go out with him in the first place good luck

Don't do anything you don't want to. Tell her that you don't want to go that fast and that you want to take the relationship slower, and hopefully she will understand. And lets be rational, she probably-most likely- won't break up with you if you don't french kiss with her. And your probably not hurting her feelings because you want to go at your pace not hers, and thats fine. Just don't make a big deal out of it to her, don't be like, "NOOO WAAAYYY!" just be cool about it. If she tries to french kiss you, don't let her. Its just a kiss, it shouldn't ruin the relationship :]
