I'm Almedina. I'm foreign, and I'm pretty much ready to handle whatever life throws at me. Ha, pretty random that I go from being foreign to life,but anyways. I've had this column for about two yearsnow, and I don't update it as I should, or want to but with school and this crazy teenage life of mine, it gets pretty hard to do so. I've been giving advice to all my friends since I can remember and I love trying to help them. I'm out going and extrememly loud once you get to know me. I'm usually shy at first unless I've gotten to know you. I don't understand life sometimes. But I've got my whole life to figure out the meaning of it. I'm selfish at times, and stubborn. I care too much about things I shouldn't and not enough about the MOST important things in my life. I'm very annoyed with people at times, and tend to just block everyone out. Well, if you don't want a boyfriend at the time, then stop leading him on. It will just hurt you later on. Aww, well it's all very simple. Some good brands would be .. ALWAYS but there are many good kinds. Just try a few and see for yourself. Well, first of all you need to find a website that has music codes on it. Just look for some lay out sites usually they will have them. Sorry I can't give you a website right now becuase I can't find out, but don't worry there are many. Well to lose weight you need a healthy diet. Cut down on sweets and fats. For your stomach you could do crunches. They are really fun too. For your thights you could do some lunges. You could also run every night maybe a mile or two. I know that sounds maybe a lot, but i do it every night and it's easy. I mean don't go out now and run as fast as you can, just jog a little then maybe walk a little. My friend told me that if you run for 60 seconds then walk 90 seconds then 60 seconds running.. and so on - that it helps. I don't know for sure thought, I haven't tried that yet. Good luck ♥//ALMA

I think that you should tell your mom first. After that, you should tell your boyfriend, considering he had something to do with it. I would then sit down with both of them and find out what to do.
